I was in need of some cannabis to relax after driving through LAX traffic this morning. Doing some quick research on WeedMaps, I discovered this place and decided that there was nothing to lose considering all the good reviews. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Shay and Melanie who were very accommodating and professional. Shay gave me on a great tour of the selection and was very informative about the products that were available. She was very patient and understanding about what I was looking for and did not rush me at all. Melanie's service was excellent throughout my checkout process as well. I highly recommend you come here, the girls are not only cute but knowledgeable and they have great deals on quality products.

I went to this place a lot before it changed ownership.  I gotta say I liked it better under the old ownership.  They used to take debit cards and orders were filled after you ordered it.  Now you get a glass jar and hope that you're getting. what it says.  The staff kind of seemed like they wanted to hurry people out the door.   It's usefulif you don't want to go to some of the other non-legit dispensaries in the area.

I came here cause my old connect got shut down by the feds.I make it sound like I'm a seasoned pro to weed.This was actually my 2nd time buying weed when, yes, the 1st place I bought it from was raided and shutdown.So I gave this place a shot and walked away feeling OK and not TOO much like a criminal.Their parking is ample. You're also in the cut and the fence is secluded and blocked off so you're away from prying eyes.I came here, checked in, waited a bit (social distancing and what-not) and was allowed into the candy shop.The girl who helped out was nice and took her time. Although I'm not young nor old, it can sound like I'm a 16 year old virgin in HS when I try and ask questions about weed (imagine a HS kid who just had a girl expose her amazing breasts and you're kinda confused as to what to do so you kinda just have a mini-heart attack).But the girl behind the counter took her time, didn't rush (this sounds like a weird sexual experience now) she went through different strains with me and didn't seem bothered that I really seemed like a kid in the candy store after awhile asking about various strains, etc.She even opened a few jars and had me breathe some strains in.To this day, weed smells the damn same to me. It smells like skunks having sex.But this place (and the product) does the trick. If anyone wants free amateur weed advice or courageous words to go to a place like this. Let me know. No homo.

My go to stop for all my cannabis needs! I love that all their weed is organic and they have a wide selection, even merch! Edibles, pipes, I even saw a gas mask. All the budtenders are super friendly and always cheerful! Security is dope too! Shoutout to JoJo she's always my favorite tender she knows her stuff!! I got an 8th of Blue Dream and it came in this cool LED case!

Very very disappointed in the service that i received today. Bought a stiiizy pod only to get to my car and open it to see that the color of the liquid on the top portion of the pod was a very dark brown color and then it faded to the regular gold color. I have never seen a color discoloration like that before so i went back in to get it exchanged. I really didn't think it was going to be a problem. But the guy that sold it to me said they can only exchange it if it didn't work, if it was broken. So i went out to my car to try it and it tasted really burnt and since it works i couldn't get it exchanged. So i got sold a BAD PRODUCT and they wouldn't exchange it. This all happened within minutes, i didn't come back next day, i didn't even leave the parking lot. I come to this store if not everyday, every other day and I'm sure my visits are recorded. But now i will be going elsewhere to get what i need, everybody has the product, just need to find one with customer service.

This was my first time coming to a medical shop. I didn't really know what to expect. Everything was smooth sailing. All the staff were nice and friendly.They allowed me to take my time  and helped with any questions I had. Great Prices and deals too

I have been to multiple dispensaries throughout my life and this is by far the cleanest, friendliest, dispensary I have been to. The quality of the product is even better. No matter what I have ever purchased from this business, the quality has always been exceptional. It's also nice because every so often you see the owner showing his face and saying hello to people. He is one of the friendliest, professional business owners I have ever met. I highly recommend this dispensary if you are in the area!! Enjoy!!Also, to add, it is under new ownership & you can definitely see a huge boost in the quality of the business as well.

The only reason why I know about this place is by word of mouth and my boyfriend is going through a slip disc and fractured tailbone. My boyfriend does not like the feel of THC and would rather have the CBD since its more for healing and a body relaxer. I have only been to this location 3 times and the first 2 times were cool and I got everything I needed and more, lets say the third time I would have to say was the worst customer service and experience I have ever encountered. On September 24, 2020 at 6:30 pm where should I begin, I was sold a E-stick for $27 and when I got home my boyfriend noticed the package was expired since May 31, 2020. So I had to drive back up there to let them know it was expired and try to grab another one since we were not able to use it. When I walked up I told the receptionist my problem she told me to go ahead through and I was met by a gentleman named "Ty". I told him my E-stick was expired and he goes "Okay, well you know its not food so it does not expire right?" I said yes, but why put a expiration date if they do not expire? At that moment he became very agitated with me about what I said about the expiration. He then said "there's no problem but just know it doesn't expire and I will give you a refund." I told him I didn't want a refund I just wanted another one since it was straight CBD. At this moment now he has become combative and rude/disrespectful with me and walked away saying "This E-stick of CBD doesn't even work or going to help with your problem." I understand they had a line and wanted to get people in and out, but that is not customer service at all and all the other staff members ignored my services as well only to find another product that can replace the one that was expired. All customers deserve the same respect and time/help with products they are not familiar with or new experience. I felt I was being rushed to get in and out. I am not at McDonald's spending $10 on a meal, people are spending over $40-$200 or even more in this place for us not to be treated with respect and common sense of customer service. At the end of the day the customers you send away is that customer who will tell the next person about their experience and will find business elsewhere. One bad apple can make their team, owners, and establishment look bad. I hope this review gets to the right person in charge and see that ALL STAFF members are trained in being professional and respectful.

Probably the best dispensary in the South Bay.. great variety of products. Pricing is a little better than most shops in LA. Verified products mean you always getting the real deal. Go here if you are looking for some gas.

I completely understand that people make mistakes but this is ridiculous , was given the wrong product when I left I checked my 8th couldn't tell if it was the same one so I opened it , was the wrong product didn't do anything to it but open it went back and the manager told me its done because I opened it and I should have been paying more attention lol , crazy be careful everyone don't trust them to do their job right , because apparently even if they mess up it's your fault for not paying attention , I just trusted they would bag my stuff correctly I had no idea how it looked in the container as it was my first time trying that strain ,

This has been my go-to weed shop for more than 5 years. They have good bud and lots of edibles, concentrates, vapes and topicals. Many of the products are from their grow and are their own brand.Two particularly special and unique bud products are True Saint and DIablo OG.Saint is the perfect medical indica with cbd. It got me through my total knee replacement and recovery with minimal prescription narcotic.I first got turned on to Stone Age because I was looking for clones. I like to grow the plants -- they are quite beautiful and engaging -- and sometimes seeds just dont work out or too many seedlings go dark-side and turn out to be males.The staff is very helpful and go the extra mile for you. They are ready to engage with you on the phone or you can shop online or in person.A big thank you to Faith who has been fielding my clone calls for a few weeks.  With her help, I scored Diablo OG clones, and today, I got to thank her in person.Stone Age Farmacy, with such a witty brand, how can you not love this place

Great first time patient deals. A little pricey without the deals, especially their delivery service fees, but their quality is great and the budtenders are always friendly and helpful! The nearest location to me is about a 20-25 minute drive, so I don't go often, but I always know I will be getting good service when I do go. Thanks Stone Age!

Was a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND LAST!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!!!Bud tenders do not offer any information regarding FIRST TIME CUSTOMER DEALS!!!Overpriced weed for first timers and bad customer service. I was offered private reserve sativa to check out but after asking if they had any mid shelf sativa the body language and tone quickly changed. I was made felt out of place. Mind you this dispensary is literally in the middle of the hood. Bud tenders attitude needs to change. A little customer service can go along way, regardless of price. But you have to be freaking kidding me with the prices3 grams for 35.85 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEOVERPRICED MEDICINALS and after reading the reviews over the fact that they have no idea if their weed is tested (pesticides, mold, etc...)I'm taking my ass somewhere else NO THANKS!!!

Typically it's an enjoyable experience going here, security is chill, the front desk gets you in fast so you can go about selecting what buds or concentrates you'd like and the bud tenders do their best to help facilitate your bud desires. However, there are times where the bud tenders are not so friendly or not as cool as others, and that's where I was left after my last experience. I've been to this place plenty of times and have had exemplary service and buds but if I had to give a rating based of the last time it would be poor, because of the bud tender. She was jus r-af bro..

I really like Stone Age Farmacy.  There are plenty of dispensaries/collectives around, and I have been to a few, so why do I prefer Stone Age to others?  There are a few advantages and a disadvantage, and I will list them here.Advantages:Product selection.  Stone Age offers a very wide array of products serving all budgets and preferences.  Personally, I like them for their clones.Service.  The dispensary is well-organized and has plenty of service staff.  They're very friendly.Payment: They take debit cards (I use my ATM card).Product knowledge: Each person I have spoken with knows their product and can talk about the production and composition of anything (that I have asked about).Clones: I like their clones, and I like that the staff knows about the clones.  Details matter.Prices: Prices are good and competitive.Specials: They offer daily specials, so long as you sign up for their text service and show the day's text when you come.The diversity of customers and staff: It's like a rainbow coalition in there, and I like that.Slight disadvantage (only one):Access/location.  If you have been there once, no problem.  But getting there the first time is a bit of a challenge because of the location.  If you're coming from the West, you can't legally turn left without going to the gas station 100 yards ahead and making a U-turn.  If you're coming from the Northbound 10 and you exit Rosecrans, you can't legally go straight into their parking area.  You need to turn right and then make a U-turn where legally possible.  So the only legal access route is from the East, on Rosecrans.  Just pay attention the first time and you'll be set for the next time.  It's worth it.

Safe location to visit in the Harbor Gateway. Prices are reasonable and product is fresh (not dry) my last few visits which is awesome. Ample parking and hours are perfect.

The staff turned my terrible day into a good one. From the moment I walk in, the woman at the front desk was so welcoming. I walk in, and have to pull out cash from their ATM, and am unable to do so 3 different times even though I got money. Even though I was embarrassed, I asked if I could Venmo/zelle one of the people behind the counter, and my lucky day arrived in the form of a guy named Ty (he let me Venmo him so thats the only reason I know his name). Thank you so much, and thank you to the women too who helped me get my stiizy, who I unfortunately don't know the name of (I am sorry, I was too flustered at the time). all in all, this place is worth going to solely because of their amazing customer experience.

Where to begin? The welcoming center definitely was welcoming. It was my first time and the lady walked me through the do's and don't during and after purchase. Good service and reasonable prices.

Don't waste your time. You're paying double for packaging. Same strains as any other shop. Low quality top shelf like Tahoe and Purple Kush. First time customer gift was an eighth for $5 more than I paid for the first eighth. Stoner math!As a 22-year smoker, I would go anywhere but here. Left with and eighth and two house prerolls for $57.

I have never had a better Skywalker OG, but unfortunately I was very disappointed that the budtender was clueless, and the Long Beach store manager couldn't show me lab test results and what company does the testing for pesticides and mold, and when I asked if they flush their plants he said that "the grower doesn't tell us his secrets". I find this very shady and unprofessional. I will probably have to go to another company if they don't answer my email soon. Most legit companies pride themselves in giving out all this information. I will gladly edit this comment and raise my star rating if they ever answer my email.UPDATE: Owner of the store in Gardena replied but it seems their flower is not really tested by legit companies cuz she didn't give me the test company names, the information on where to read the full test results, and unbelievably, she has no idea how the grower grows the flower she is selling to everyone. This is pitiful. I'm not buying their flower anymore. Who knows if it has pesticides, mold or other harmful substances. I just talked to the Maven Genetics company and they emailed me right away in just a few minutes with all the information I needed. That's the way the Stone Age Farmacy company should be. What a shame.

I've came here many times and referred many friends. However after today, I will NEVER EVER return to this establishment or ever support anything that has to do with this establishment. Firstly, my friend in I stood in line for about 45min, for the 5pm special, which were flav gummies buy one full price get second one for $1. My friend and got signed in and ordered at 5pm exactly. After taking our order the original "tender/ waiter" told us "I put your order her, she's going to ring you both up" she then walked off, we sat down and waited to pay and receive our orders. The lady that was in line directly behind us, was there for the same special. I heard her order totally was about $80 same amount of my friends and mine. And for some strange reason, she got what was left of the $1 special. No offer of anything else was offered to us, no apology. There were the particular flavor they were offering for free on display, but claimed they were different. I then asked the manager "why did she get them and we did not, we were in here and ordered before her, how is that fair, I come here often and spend pretty large amounts of money....I wasn't asking for anything free. I was just asking for what was offered. And it was unfair that someone after me, got the special. Once I left the farmacy, the interaction and customer service still left a very unsettling feeling in my spirit, so I decided to call and speak the the manager by the name of Brandon about the situation. I explained to him who I was, the transaction, and how everything happened...his response was "well, there's nothing I can offer you, it's a busy day, supplies are limited and things go in order." I said "that's understood, but things did not go in order when I was there and had already made my purchase, as a manager that's a very distasteful way to treat customers, regardless of how busy you are. Do you have a manager I can speak to?" He then said "no, I'm the manger over the whole store, I'm the most highest manager here." I then said, "ok, well....what's the owner's name, perhaps they should know how the highest manager runs their establishment and treats customers on one of the busiest days?" He then said "whatever, no one cares!" And hung the phone up in my face. This place is close to my home and very convenient but I will NEVER come back here, I rather spend my money where it's appropriate. And I hope the actual manager / owner see's this and makes sure this experience doesn't happen to other customers, but it definitely won't be me. My advice, they have good produce but a horrible system and work ethic.

Bad clones not female, bought 4 clones so far 3 are male. Not good. Mango tree strain with pollen sacs. Left message, heard back from facility. They take no responsibility for selling male clones. A real shame. Tried to convince me they must of Hermed, no way! Please beware

Check your buds!! Been goin back and fourth there for a while now, only because of how conveniently close it was when I had limited shop options. And I always wondered why their buds tasted weird when smoked or why Id have headaches after smoking their products, it doesnt even ash the sameThis round I got a batch that was full of mold; went back to complain, they insisted it wasnt frm there even though is was in the same plastic bag it came it, n still they did nothing about it! Fuckin disgusting!! Can't believe they'd sell stuff like that to customers!Waste of time and money, the company must be that Desperate and Pathetic to be selling bud like that. Never again will I go back nor recommend anyone to go there

This place is amazing. My wife has lots of pain from a knee surgery and we went there to learn about CBD to help her relax. When we got there everyone was so nice and helpful They explained about CBD and recommended a few different ones. We made our purchase and let me tell you this stuff has helped my wife very much. Thank you Stone Age and you have earned our purchases for life.

Don't go here, bought a gram, they don't weight it in front of you and it's pre packaged.  it was nowhere near a gram.  they're getting over on customers and this is a legal shop.  never go here.  its a waste of money.  how come you can't weigh it in front of the customer???they responded to my post to give them another chance. why would i do that.   stop selling shorts, sell the quantity that you say you're selling and nothing less....negative 10 stars now...REPEAT NEGATIVE 10 STARS***   Now they tell me that the government makes sure that their scales are accurate.  What a crock of S_ _ _.  Just don't go their.  They know they are selling shorts and that's the best reason to steer clear of this place.NEGATIVE 10 STARS again..

This place used to be really great but the quality of the herbs and the customer service has gone down hill. One example of this is as you can see in the picture below I bought three joints and they were all different sizes. So they ripped me off. Also, the last time I went they refused to honor their advertised special. Cool name though.

Best dispensary in the south bay. It's not crazy expensive, they sell clones, the vibe is chill, the people are cool, and I got the best first time customer special of my pot-smoking life. And they have nice parking too.

Do not shop here. They sell cheap equipment that does not even last a month, then refuse to replace defective vapes. Better to go to a place that sells quality items and that back it up with a realistic returns policy.

This places rocks, they are right off of the freeway so it's always a convenient stop on my way home from work. They have a lot of parking so you never have to worry about finding a spot too. I grabbed a Heavy a Hitters vape for a really good price and it's the best tasting vape I've EVER had so check that out too. Cheers.

This review is only based on one visit, but unlike the other dispensaries I've been to, I'm inclined to return to this one. Everyone I encountered was friendly: the front desk people, the budtender, and even the security. I only came to get a clone, as most places don't seem to carry them. My plant is looking happy, so I'm happy as well.

I just returned from my first visit to this or any other dispensary. I suffer from arthritis and was looking to purchase CBD oil on the recommendation of my doctor. I settled on a $62 tincture on the advice of the saleswoman, JoJo. She opened the box to show me how much to fill the dropper for my first dose. She then said that she would give me an unopened box. I told her it was unnecessary, as I was going to purchase it anyway, but she insisted. She left my sight with the bag then returned to the counter and stapled the contents (which included a glass-cased "house" joint). I decided to check the bag when I was stopped at a traffic light about a mile from the store and found that the CBD oil was not there! I immediately returned to the store. JoJo insisted that I left with the oil. The floor supervisor called who apparently was the "big boss" from the back, who heard both sides of the story and gladly gave me what I purchased without any further hassle. CONCLUSION: either JoJo is a dishonest con artist, is incompetent or I am a fraud. Hopefully, the fact that I am taking the time to post this review will eliminate from the readers' mind the latter. I thank the manager for believing me. If my experience with the CBD oil is positive I will return for more. For customers thinking of shopping at Stone Age, caveat emptor.

I felt absolutely comfortable from the first minute! My salesgirl was knowledgeable and helpful. The quarters are small so I felt a bit stressed and rushed as a first timer there and second timer overall. I think I was supposed to get a gift for being a first timer too after I handed her the strip and said I was a new customer because I heard someone else get something, but I felt awkward asking. So that really should be addressed, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise everything was great.

I wanted to branch out from the Flower that I was used to and they helped me find a great vape (the Heavy Hitters collection) to use. Always has a great selection and awesome specials. This us not a bad place at all. The ladies at the front desk was really nice and explained everything fully. The crew in the back were really really friend and everyone seemed to be well informed. I'm a recent convert to this excellent retailer.  Their service has been above average so far and the selection is great.  As it happens, they carry a couple items I've come to love that I don't find elsewhere.  When they were back-ordered last week they promised to call when it arrived and I got what I wanted at a great price when promised!

Everyone here is super nice, from the front "office" to the security guards. The Bud Tenders are friendly and know their stuff. They have had some great deals and a pretty darn good selection.

Great pharmacy. Party board is good most of the time. Good daily deals, friendly staff, and large selection as well. Got the blueberry crack last visit but it wasnt very well trimmed. Normally pretty good about it though.

great buds. good parking lot. staff could have been a little more friendly. but Chanel's customer service was great, I definitely recommend asking for her when you go in. the one thing that will prevent me from coming back here would be the fact that they package their flower in plastic bags. I was really surprised and turned off by it. If i knew it was packaged like that, I would have bought some other items instead of flower. I would prefer to go to another dispensary where their packaging has more quality. also, I wish the THC contents of the flower was more visible as well.

Wonderful people, were super nice to a first timer   who had a lot of DUMB questions. The lady at the front desk saw that I was a newbie and walked me to where the action was. She paired me up with Trisha, the manager, who held my hand through the whole thing. I felt educated and comfortable. I'm not sure what their busy time of day is, but there were lots of folks in there, but Trisha didn't seem rushed or busy. I felt I received a good value for my donation. Even though it's not too close for me, I will definitely go back. Really wonderful folks. I can't recommend highly enough.

I simply love the customer service and the knowledge the whole staff has. I truly want management, to recognize "Trisha". When I walk in I ask for her specifically. Trisha has taken the time to explain how different products there to me and has taken the time to ask what my injuries are. I explained my chronic pain to her. Since I do not smoke. She took the time to explain which edible would work best for me and how I can bake brownies with a certain potency, to help me with my pain. Let me start of f by saying that this place is a bit hidden but it makes up for it as soon as I get in to the location and find that the place is kept very clean and professional.  At the front check in windows they have signs to encourage you to yelp or follow on facebook and instagram and they always have specials . The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful .As a new patient I can say that this place gave me my money's worth and was well worth the time .

Love this place! They have a huge variety of all strains, wax, oils, edibles, and any other concentrates. They also have blunt wraps, joint wraps, pipes, bongs and etc. It's mostly ladies working at the counter and they are all warm and pleasant and helpful. Even when it's a full house, you're never waiting too long. I moved away from the area a little bit ago and just stopped by when I was in town - they were just as professional this time as always, as expected.

I have been coming to Stone Age for over a year and every time I go somewhere else (usually for convenience) I regret it!! The customer service here is amazing (I'm in the customer service industry) and the product is plentiful to choose from and always superb. I've never had a bad product from here and their daily specials are off the charts good!! I am always surprised at the specials - in a great way. Through the daily specials I have been able to try so many different strains I may not have if it weren't for the great special. If you're looking for a place with friendly customer service and good product, do yourself a favor and come here.

Wow it's like an oasis here! In the parking lot/ entrance there are so many plants and trees that make the place feel so relaxing and inviting. And yes.. you read that right! They have a parking lot with tons of parking!! The shop itself is slightly small but I actually prefer it that way. They keep it very organized and only allow a few people in at a time so you can have a personalized visit. Stone Age is pretty cool because they make their own products and even have clones! I like to come here to pick up my all one favorite vape Heavy Hitters! They have tons of flavors to choose from too! I recommend you try it if you haven't! OH MY GOODNESS Stoneage Pharmacy is the bestest. Love the premium choice buds and fell in love with edibles. Sometimes don't feel like smoking and the edibles work perfect. So far for me the Lol are awesome. Also the the Peanut Butter TKO cookie is delish. This was my first pharmacy and only pharmacy that I go to. I see the offers from others, and I still go to Stoneage. The staff is awesome.

They send you texts advertising "deals" but when you arrive the "deal" only applies if you purchase what THEY want you to purchase.  No matter what you order, they try to convince you to get something else.  Further, they are not interested in their customer base or making any improvements in that process.  I give them 6 months and they'll be shut down tight.

The place is set back behind a gate, in what first looks like a weird lumber yard,  but then u c the "Oasis". Shaded, cool little front courtyard right next to parking. The booth, (the really cool and sexy ladies r in) is a bit hard to hear what they r saying, i.e. If people behind u r loud. But all in all great staff , VERY friendly!! Don't like how the meds r not bagged out of the jar u just looked at, orders r filled in back as u wait for ur name to b called. It was VERY HOT outside so there A/C felt really good so really didn't mind the 3-5 mins for name to b called. The Goods supply is my go to dispensary, I have been coming here since it was Stoneage and I really like it . The bud tenders are amazing ! Ty , Cheyenne and Chanel have been here since day 1 and my seasoned favorites are Jojo , Bre and Iris . I recently came in on Sunday 8/29/21 and Gigi (manager)was in the front when Chanel needed assistance regarding a discount on a certain item . While observing this interaction between the two over radio it seems Chanel really just wanted clarification and it seemed like Gigi's only concern was getting back to her Kraft Mac and cheese and she snapped at her in a very rude manner and then let out and outburst of "how hard is it to understand "! I understand being a leader sometimes is hard but the great ones learn how to keep their cool .

It's very hard to get to this place because there's no legal way if you are coming from either the freeway or OK Crenshaw southbound direction.Additionally, if you're buying a less popular product like Indica, you're likely to find they don't have it anymore when you show up looking for what you bought last time. Also, now that they don't let you use your ATM card you have to get cash ahead of time or pay an extra fee to use their hours. I find this distinctly irritating.
