I Love this Place! They have great customer service and the selection they have is incredible.  Wonderful products

Love it! You'd think since they are brand new that they wouldn't have a big selection, but their selection is great! I love their selection of edibles. The staff is also extremely friendly and make awesome recommendations.

Solid dispensary! As a local, it can be a little nerve-wracking finding good prices on Cannabis/ Cannabis related items, but these guys have you covered. Awesome wax/shatter, amazing selection on edibles, and most importantly, a good staff that is knowledgeable and will help you find the best product for you. Stay up guys!

Great vibe! I have been coming to Winter Park for a long time. In fact I hit the slopes here almost every weekend. This place has a really wide selection and now you can actually get some product after skiing. The staff is really knowledgeable and passionate about their trade. And, the layout of the store in fantastic. Prices aren't bad at all for the mountains. I'll be back.

Booby took care of our group of 5 skiers and was both professional and knowledgable. The product was clearly displayed and prices are reasonable. In closing, do frequent this dispensary for they do take the time to explain all questions.

Silver Stem is my favorite dispensary! They have a great location in Fraser, easy to get to. The employees are always very nice and service is fast. They are knowledgeable about all the products, I mainly buy flower and they can tell me what the difference is between strains. They are also patient if I am having trouble making up mind, for a small shop they have lots to choose from! Spencer showed me a tablet in the store where I can log in, they have a loyalty program that gives you discounts!

Best quality for the price in grand county for sure. Only thing they could do to be more customer friendly is let you mix and match strains of equal value. They used to let me, and "something changed at corporate" and they can no longer mix and match strains of equal value. Booo Silverstem, it isn't Walmart. Other than that, best herb in grand county for the lowest price!!

Very nice and clean shop with excellent staff. Spence and Kyle were extremely helpful each visit and you can tell they take pride in what they do! Definitly will return throughout the season!

Staff was super friendly! My budtender gave me a free preroll for my birthday as well as a discount!! They had pretty good specials too. I will definitely be back again.

My friend came in to pick up some goods and he's sAid the stuff has made him feel uplifted, energetic, revitalized. Really helpful guy at the counter. $12 per gram. Gummies $20 each.

Went in for my first time and had no idea they were cash only. Not only that the older bud tender who was wearing a hat was not that friendly. Once  he realized I didn't have cash, he acted as if I had wasted his time. My overall experience was not a good one. Usually I go to Igaldi were the staff is  always friendly. I was excited about trying icebox for the first time, the selection seemed decent but they really need to work on how they treat customers.

I have had good experiences in this store in prior years. However, this year I was unable to enter the store because I had a vertical drivers license (which is still valid through 2017). I was not causing a scene,  but I was trying to explain that my ID was still valid, but the older man at the door kept interrupting me. Then, I was promptly screamed at (and no, that is not an exaggeration) by a girl with longer brown hair. It was totally unnecessary and I, along with any of my family or friends, will never enter this store again. The place just down the street, behind Sharky's, was very friendly and had no issues with my ID. If I could give a negative rating, I would do so in a heartbeat.

One bud tender who checks IDs is a bitch,  needs to explore a job where people are not involved, she needs to smoke, other budtender was awesome

Stopped in here on our road trip so glad I did. Sarah was very helpful,knowledgeable and educated me on what I was buying. Took the time to explain things to me and made sure I was happy-Even hooked me up with a discount. I will make sure to stop here again when we are in Colorado. Thanks guys!!!

The good:  Selection of bud, edibles, wax, oil, pipes and accessories.  The budtender was extremely knowledgeable, he had his stuff down for sure.  The selection of bud was average I'd say, but they do really have a ton of vape pens, glass, papers and other minutia items.  Nice comfortable couch in the waiting area, too.The bad:  Prices are high, which is to say they're mountain prices.  Average bud was going for $17 to $21 a gram plus tax, with shake at $10 and caviar at $24 a gram plus tax.Perk:  It's next to the Alco in Fraser so you know the parking lot and sidewalks are going to be plowed in the winter.

Seeing a lot of reviews here, most of them are outdated and seem to be made out of frustration and lack of communication with the staff or knowledge of cannabis.  Please give this place support and positive vibes, their staff is always very helpful and friendly.  Very easy going and Kuhiony atmosphere.  Even during busier times, they handle customers one at a time.  Have patience here people, and understand that many businesses are staffed shorter during mud season.        Also, it's helpful to know that they are still cash-only, as many dispenseries are.  So be sure to have a little cash for spending before going in.  The new loyalty rewards are pretty sweet too, check it out if you regularly shop here!

I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings because I had an excellent experience. These guys are very knowledgeable and patient. Great selection, reasonable prices, and even 10% off chocolates for Valentine's Day! Definitely stop by this shop if you're in the area.

Amaaazing people work here! Every time I go they're super helpful and give amazing service! Plus they have super good prices than most dispensary's in town.

Stopped in while on vacation. Found it by accident, was heading to another store, but thought hey, I'll stop here and check it out. My friends were glad I did.  Great prices and very knowledgeable bud tenders. Parking was easy.

The three J's at the shop helped us out and were very knowledgeable and friendly! The dispensary has a wonderful selection of cartridges, shatter, wax, and flower. My husband and I went with a few already rolled and flower. The place was very clean, well decorated and organized. I am a Botanist and love getting in detail with the employees. Any questions you have they are more than happy to answer! They do not disappoint!

All vape cartridges from this dispensary leak.  Not just occasional ones leaking, but all of them, even if they're properly stored and handled.  I've tried seven cartridges from this dispensary and they all leaked out after less than 25% of use, that's 75% wasted.

Staff is friendly and informative they usually know exactly what I'm looking for! Great selection of flower, wax, and edibles. As well as the perfect selection of cartridges

First time in Colorado and stopped here on the way to our place. Super friendly staff and knows exactly what they're talking about. They have just about anything you could need. If you're in the area and you need to make a stop, make it this place.

The entire staff at this spot are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely enjoy this spot best in town. Not only because it’s a well run retail establishment, but IMO the best product & loyalty program in the valley, and the easiest to access by far - right on the complimentary bus system “black line”. Stop by this shop first and thank me later! ??

I had an awesome experience here and the woman that helped me was so nice and helpful. Their menu is displayed on leafly.com and the prices were consistent in store. She even got me a discount on one product so I appreciate that as well. She recommended the 1906 products for sleep and After using the product I am so glad she did because that was the best sleep I’ve gotten in a while. Definitely the best dispensary in the area and worth the visit.

Just visited here for the first time! What a great experience. Loved the dog and the tree was bomb! Will be returning.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable on the products on hand. Even with a lot of people in the store, they did a great job of making each person feel like they had their full attention and wasn’t rushed through the process. They took the time to ask a few questions and get to know your tastes and habits. Every suggestion they made was incredible and spot on with the description given. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if it’s your first time in a dispensary.
