Unfortunately have had too many poor experiences with Neta. They do not honor their deals, and their customer service is wishy washy. In my experiences with them, they seem like they're all about the money and not the patient.
Do not waste your time. Over priced, negligible potency and had to wait 45 minutes after getting a notification that my order was ready AND TO COME DOWN. You are better off finding a delivery service off Snapchat.
I got delivery from here and had called way in advance to see if I could pay cash when the driver arrived, customer care told me yes I could. When the driver showed up it was debit only. Fine. I realized they charged me an additional $3 for that service which was pretty much forced, and which they don't mention anywhere while you're placing an order. To force people to pay debit just seems a little unethical bc how much money are you making off people?
By far the absolute worst run dispensary I have ever been to. I cannot believe this was the first dispensary open in Boston. I waited in line for 40 minutes, just to be told "we can only accommodate the next 10 customers" and this was AT 7:15, well before the posted, but incorrect 10PM close time. Was also told I could come back tomorrow, but the price of the special deal I had reserve ordered would not be honored. They actually said "we're sorry we got too busy" how the fuck are you in business??? HA. Was offered nothing for the troubles, my time, or the inconvenience. NETA was already on thin ice, this is it. Never coming back to NETA. I would give it 0 stars if I could. You can also get a lot of the wax they carry at other dispensaries around the Boston area for a better price!!! DO NOT GO TO NETA
Fun,fast service, just wish they hooked it up more with the 8ths, most of the time they have different amounts in it. And wether it's off by a lil crystal, I still have to pay that n make it last. I've noticed I can make 2 in one 8th or sun I was able to get 4 or 5 joints out of it. I recommend buying the Lean Cones, skinny joints, saves weed n makes it last!! Still luv u NETA!!
They only care about the money, falsely advertise deals and do not honor them. Customer service will tell you one thing and the store will tell you another. Terribly run and many other dispensaries near by with better deals and teams!
note to self: don't go back. the prices are ridiculous. weird lines and organization. weed is unpalateable. havent found one of the 5 variations so pleasurable that it would make me want to go back anytime soon. i hate chunky weed u gotta chisel apart. the choking kind. mission and good chemistry are who i recommend.no novice am i and this place is lacking.good luck. i found my five variations to be almost indistinguishable in taste .harsh is what they all had in common.
Applied for a job with this company. I first had to go through a phone interview, but the person conducting the interview was very hard to understand (language barrier). I got the impression that whoever it was I was talking to was not employed by NETA.I was scheduled for a virtual interview today at 3:30. No one arrived. I called the number provided, have yet to get ahold of a human that way (six hours later). Called the dispensary as a last resort, nothing.I can only imagine that between this and the refusal to allow tip jars (seriously?) this is a horrible place to work. But they wasted so much of my time and now I won't go back even as a customer.I might drop by there to find this John Bogdan guy who never came to the interview so I can ask him why he felt the need to jerk me around.
Sounds wrong product and refused to replace. Overpriced for limited options and inconsistencies with what's available online/in person. Poor experience for a first time customer.
I have much love for everyone at Neta Brookline. I have been a medical patient with them since they opened. When they added delivery, I thought it couldn't get better. It did. The delivery guys are INSANELY NICE!!! Like, out of the way nice. I always seem to get the same guys who deliver to South Boston on Saturday mornings. The quality of Neta's product is like no other. I've been to many of the other dispensaries in Boston and I actually got moldy flower from one of them. The others didn't seem to have as much information on their product, also. I don't like to get super high and I like to be able to see exactly the amount of THC and CBD in what I'm smoking or vaping. I have dealt with management and they have been super helpful. Actually, every single associate that I've dealt with has been crazy, stupid nice. I appreciate that more than you could know.I hope you all continue to thrive, and a message to everyone: please don't forget to tip your medical delivery guys. They must deal with all sorts of people with issues, so they deserve it.Thanks Neta! I'm a longtime fan. You guys are a can of corn!!!!
