Always excellence with products and customer service I'm forever grateful you have changed my life

VERY much appreciate the fact we have cannabis ( med. Marijuana, NOT) here in SWFL. But their system is failing!!!! Too bad they hire right out of school.  Wait isn't working out.  Delivery costs too much for the TRUE SICK! Pick up is so TAXING on a patient!!! Gotta pain, okay, but some are fighting every day to get out of bed. NOT right to make the sicker wait!!! Fix it guys!! Your too valuable not to. Maybe you just don't care to. Up to you how you will be remembered!! Or hire me. A monkey could do better. Not to offend, buisness wise, not working!!

Poor communication, long waits, not well organized, look somewhere else!I've used this dispensary for almost a year and I'm looking elsewhere.  Their products are overpriced and a 'typical' visit results in waits of up to 2 hours.I've also had experiences where I drove to their Ft. Myers location only to find they were out of stock. A 50 mile round trip wasted.I then tried ordering online for pickup. Still have to wait over an hour to pick up my order.EVERY time I've been there there are 15 or more people deep with only 2 people to check-in and usually 3-4 to distribute product. Very inefficient operation in a location much too small. Most customers wind up waiting outside.Placed an online order, drove to Ft. Myers, waited almost an hour and then they told me my prescription expired! Another 50 mile trip wasted because they don't have the systems in place to notify them/me that my order can't be filled.I'm finished with this organization and I'd suggest you do good research before selecting a dispensary.

Long long wait, high prices, lack of control of check inn i have had people check inn behind me all of us with online orders and im last to get severed told 30 mins.   1 hr 30 mins later ohh i called you awhile ago how i was standing right there.. bad bad service

I thought trying this out and going to get some medical marijuana for my chronic fibromyalgia would be a good idea I was WRONG I had to sit in a uncomfortable chair for 3 hours and 42 minutes and my name still wasn't called. I started crying in my chair because the pain was so bad and the staff didn't care. I ended up having to leave the store crying to go get my oxycodone prescription filled because my name wasn't being called. I'll never be returning again!

Let me start by clarifying the ONLY reason I'm giving 2 STARS instead of 1 is because I love Trulieve products. With that being said, my experience in the North Ft. Myers location was relatable to buying a used car from a buy-here-pay-here lot. I was looking specifically for a TruStik and accompanying Pod. Simple enough, I received what I was looking for. This is when things started to get seedy and make me feel like I was being hustled instead of helped. I was told I would receive $75 off of $150 since it's my first time there. Trustik and Pod came out to about $125 before taxes. I was browsing the menu when the hustler behind the counter, I mean, budtender told me there wasn't anything on the menu I could buy that would put me exactly at my discount BUT there are these "super cool" shirts I can buy that will put me conveniently right at the discount. I figured, why not, and decided I really only cared for the battery and Pod anyways, a shirt wouldn't hurt. That's when I see the girl go to the back, bragging to another associate that she just sold another shirt because "ya girls a hustler". She then tells me she threw in an extra charger for the trustik, which I thought to be a little odd, but nice and a cool gesture nonetheless.....needless to say I figured out why she gave me an "extra" charger.....There is corrosion and gunk all inside one of the chargers and metallic flaking off of the prongs to the point it won't charge my battery.This is suffice to say I won't be returning to this location, I would rather return to Surterra or drive to Tampa before dealing with the ghetto sales tactics I should've expected from Fort Myers.

Have been a Trulieve patient for about a year and everyone's been great but Ashley really is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable on all the products and is able to explain them all. In addition to knowing the products, Ashley provided extraordinary customer service and is extremely friendly. Trulieve is lucky to have Ashley on the team! Now every time I go to Trulieve I specifically seek Ashley out for the great experience. Thanks for everything Ashley

Save your money and time!!! Although 1 1/2 miles from me and very convenient it's Always some type of Headache dealing with this company!!Either stock is low not having what you want to long waits for walk in to be skipped over it's happened multiple times. Placing orders online are just another Headache! The last chance was yesterday 7/20/20 I placed an order at 10:05 am checked on order periodically tried calling with no success and finally at 4:16 pm just over 6 hours later I receive a message to now go online or call to check order update to be told they didn't have the Item I ordered and they cancelled my order .. The staff themselves are Very Nice!!! But definitely a Communication/Corporate Issue.It should be more about catering and communication to the patients that keep the doors open instead only focusing on the almighty dollar!! I receive plenty of text/email alerts about product they supposedly have but Never anything about changes/Policy changes for instance only 1 strain allowed per day now instead of 2 or you can only order Ground or Minis online found that out after waiting 45 minutes...

Trulieve the company has excellent product. This particular store is a disorganized mess. I placed a pre-order yesterday, and when I arrived was told it was a 1.5 hour wait. I asked if it would be better if I came back early tomorrow (they hold for 24 hours), and was told that should be much quicker. I was there this morning about five minutes after store opening, and was told it would be a 3.5 hour wait to pick up my preorder! There were a handful of people ahead of me. Why the long wait? "We're slammed with pre-orders." Look, I was trying to give someone cash for a couple of containers of weed in a store nearly empty of customers, and they can't figure out how to make that five-minute transaction happen in less than 3.5 hours?This is not the first time I've run into seriously disorganized service at this location, but it will be the last. I also buy from another clinic that is run far more smoothly. I'll stick with them.UPDATE: As Erica requested, I contacted her by email (twice) so she could "make things right." While she commented on my public complaint within minutes, she chose not to respond or take the promised action in the days since. Consistent customer non-service. Awful.

I am so thankful to have a dispensary that will listen to my concerns.  I was assisted by Nicole, who was compassionate, listened and helped me navigate all the options available.  My second time there and I personally find the whole process is still a bit intimidating.  Nicole was awesome!  She truly made the whole experience so easy.  Front desk staff is very cool too!  Thank you Trulieve!

Shout-out to the real MVPs today. The manager at the Trulieve ft Myers store took the time to listen. I've been struggling with a multitude of issues, and I am grateful to finally be able to have a dispensary I can trust, and give me what I need. Considering the state of Florida is so backwards. They truly made me feel at home, coming from Denver. My cannabis knowledge and expertise enable me to assist patients achieve maximum benefits from medical marijuana. Like my self. Thanks again guys!!

I had a GREAT experience, GREAT customer service, and got everything I needed. Brianna helped me as well as another lady and they were so sweet, professional and knowledgeable. Can't wait to come back. Thank you so much

Greedy uneducated company who does not care about people with real medical issues. Takes at least an hour of waiting and hassle before you can even go inside to shop. The prices are more than 10 times higher than what I'm used to. I haven't seen anyone inside who looked under 50 years old. They sell hanes hats and shirts inside with the trulieve logo printed for $50 which makes me wonder the margins they make off their other products for sale. You would be better off not getting your medical card than going to these scam artists who will make you a walking target for DUI or paraphernalia charge. I will be truly happy when the bill governor Desantis ordered is passed so more dispensaries can open and trulieve goes out of business!

A great customer service experience (4 times) with sweet "Shyana" in N. Ft Myers!  I am never rushed and Shyana always helps me pick the perfect products. She understands the products, mgs, dosing, etc and she is just sweet!I've always had great experiences at this shop.  If I had any problems, they made it right.Absolutely great products!

I was very impressed with the knowledgeable information they give 1st time customers.. I was given a folder with information that answered my questions... Course things will change over time,  but they were very knowledgeable.. I even learned a few new things... Staff is very nice and welcoming... Nothing but smiles

This was my first time visiting this dispensary and I must say it was a nice experience. They have a very nice waiting area comfy chairs lol. After filling out a small bit of info I waiters just moments until I was escorted backed to the back. Once I got in the back I was explained all the medication and how it would help me all in all this is a great experience 10 out of 10

Customer service is horrible. Don't ask too many questions or you'll get attitude. They'll answer a couple but It's clear they don't want you to ask too many. Also they commit false advertising on their website and app. They advertise products they don't have. Worst part about this place though is their customer service. I never feel welcome when I go in. The two employees in the waiting room are great. The people in the back can't wait for you to just buy something and leave.  Several products on their website they don't even have. If any other place sold flower I would never visit this placeAlso..they have tip jars!!. Can you imagine going to CVS and your pharmacist aa tip jar out.?Update-I think they may have gotten rid of some of the people who weren't very pleasant. My last few visits were good. Good customer service. however I pre-ordered so didn't have a lot of questions. But the staff that have been on lately,much friendlier.  Update-The short stocky guy with the short hair needs customer service training.

I wish more businesses had the same outstanding customer service as Trulieve has.This was my first time here and they took their time answering my many questions.  I also called them a few days earlier and spoke to Joseph.  He was also very helpful.  Had me set up several things before I got there (CanPay) so I was ready to go!Wish I could give a higher rating!Thank you!

Trulieve has ARRIVED!! So excited about this location and they truly met up to my expectations. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the manager was amazing. I am so thrilled that they finally have arrived to North Fort Myers. There was no wait time I got seen right away and although they did not have everything available, (due to their popularity I am sure!) they did make other recommendations that I would have not thought about. They get deliveries every week so The manager insured that they would be able to fill my order on my next visit. When I went the following week they fulfilled the order just like they promised. I cannot wait to see what's in store for the future, I am sure they will come up with many different innovative products. Anyone that has not been to the location it's totally worth your while. There is a doctor on site that can help as well , they are definitely the best company in town!

Okay, glad I gave this a little while while they got their legs about themselves. Things feel like they are more relaxed there now. Just personal opinion. They are extremely helpful with not only product, but solutions as well! Thank you Nicole! Your knowledge is exactly what I needed and didn't even know it! Great insight!

I got shorted 1.5 grams on a 3.5 flower at punta gorda last week and this week I got shorted 1.5 grams again in North Fort myers. I use an expensive jewelers scale to weight it so I know if I am getting screwed. Support tells me to bring it back. So I waited hours to get this today and risk my health and they want me to return and repeat the process. These people  have a crooked scale and have been reported to the state. Buyer beware. I have only used Trulieve for the last 3 years and will never return to these crooks. If you buy from Trulieve I suggest you buy a good scale and document the weight of every product you buy from them. Same exact thing happened in Punta Gorda last week. I bought 3 containers of 3.5 gram flower and two weight good while the other weighed 2.2 grams.

I love this POT SHOP the Shatter Northern Hash Plant is amazing is their some thing we can do to make it stronger not a complaint it was so good because it lasted 25 hours I did vape half walking 5 miles home lol love walking that 5 miles lol

I have been using Trulieve for a few years now. Unfortunately, I hate to say I am done with them. Their customer service is extremely poor. I will place an order online for delivery and then get a text or an email that my order will be delivered several days later. Several days will go by with no word from them. Then I get a text that they've canceled my whole order (if they are out of one thing they cancel the WHOLE DAMNED ORDER). When I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars there every time you think they would have a little courtesy for their regular customers. However, this is just a pot shop for them. Trulieve forgets that this is actual medicine for people. People like veterans and people with chronic pain who need their medicine ,not just looking for a way to get high. It is really a shame because I used to like their products, however due to the way they treat me I am done giving them my money. It seems like every time I try to order online their system has changed. They are constantly trying to improve their ordering system, yet only make things more difficult for their customers and patients.Do yourself a favor and get your mmj elsewhere, unless you like dealing with this BS and run around and total disregard for their customers.  Sidenote, I have tried to express to them several times about their lack of customer service and care. However, it falls on deaf ears and I never get a response.

I like the products that Trulieve carries. Horrible system for ordering on line and picking up. They tell you the order is ready and then make you wait for Half an hour after you get there. When they tell you to come in from your car, it is Still Not Ready!  You wait inside then or in hundred degree heat until they call you into the inner sanctum. My review would be two or less were it not for their customer product.

My suggestion is to do an online pick up order place it the morning or night before and then you can check their wait time for when you're ready and then get your spot in line and watch when you're about to be called in online/through text and makes the process easy. Staff was friendly and good selections I picked this one for my first one to go to being for their selection.

Love this dispensary best product and great prices also a great stock to buy I've made a ton of money off it.

I've never experienced better customer service than I did with Rista at the North Fort Myers Trulieve. Rista is an absolutely above and beyond employee. Accommodating, helpful, and above all HAPPY! Rista treated me like a close friend as well as a patient. Rista is 10/10

I'm very impressed with this office. My doctor's appointment with Ronald Cirillo was very informative. He, as well as the staff, were very friendly and helpful.  I  highly recommend this office.

First  & foremost TRULIEVE has the best strains. That said, I find myself again at their counter in North Fort Myers.  Budtender ( though I believe that is not what the company titles their positions) NIKKI was more then just familiar with their stock but was able to create several different item profiles for my purchase as I was exhausting the monthly allowance all at once here and she understood that I do treat this as medication and not a desirous condition.  The variety in such 'item profiles' help address the many ailments as well as targeted expectations she was great in helping create intelligent choices that still fell into my budget constraints.  Now, after all that work, it had to be reviewed and approved and that is where Shift Manager NATE did his job and while doing so made comments and asked NIKKI her reasoning in certain choices,  nodding,  moving to other steps necessary for the purchase to proceed. This is an act, the buying of an expensive item, so needed that requires such scrutiny,  that I have done over 100 times so my experiences are blending together but this particular visit was notable and deserving of both attention and merit.

I Had a very long wait for a pick up order. I think they were being audited by either Trulieve or the gov while I was there so I will not give them a bad review for that. Then when I finally got to the back to pick up my order they did not have one of the products that I had ordered online and I was very disappointed about that but their people were knowledgeable and found me something I liked to replace the item that they had run out of for my order. Trulieve has great products !!!

If you try and call and place and order or talk to a representative, you wait on hold for 45 minutes, and placed on a “call back list” which they never call you back with. Horrible service.

I’ve worked in retail for over 45 years and one thing that you needed is good people skills and every time I go to N Ft Myers everyone is always in a good mood. Today I dealt with Tiffany W. She has the best people skills that I have seen in a long time. Don’t ever get rid of her she’s #1 on my list thank you Tiffany for making my day. Kenny R

I’m not an anti-masker although I do believe in the rights of the American people. I have no problem until you force it on me and then when I don’t comply because of breathing issues which I didn’t get to say before getting cut off to tell me it’s mandatory then I get shamed out by the guard. If you don’t want to be treated like a second class citizen don’t spend your hard earned money here.

Constance was so helpful and helped me get the right mod for my pain level and type of cartridge. She was extremely helpful and patient. The North Fort Myers location is one of the very best as far as helping the customer.

Great products when they actually get the ones promoting on ad. They promote products that you cannot get off website. Why would you promote something that limited stores have available? Flower promote is a major problem when you have no choice trying to order online.
