I was Very happy to see that a Dispensary had been opened near me! I was even Happier after I went in and meet the Staff. I have been in several times and each time I am treated with respect and they value my time so its usually in an Out .... Today I was helped by Monica and as Always She was very helpful and you can tell she enjoys her work. All the people I have dealt with ( Monica, Brian, Thomas, etc., etc.... ) at Med-Men have been Knowledgeable, Respectful and Extremely Helpful ! Sometimes you just get lucky... I visited the MedMen store for the 2nd time and was immediately met friendly associates who allowed me to explore at my speed, as if it was like a popular tech store. My associate was Brian who offered a wealth of information on the latest products. Brian along with fellow MedMen/women offered a fantastic solution to my needs with the New AirVape go vaporizer. WHEW~ Do yourself a favor and give these guys a try, best THC and products. The THC nuggets are like baby pine cones ~ what a treat to meet the team at MedMen.  BLAZE more trails.

I couldn't possibly be happier that MedMen opened up so close to home. No, they don't have the selection other places do, but what they do have is top quality. The prices on the vape cartridges are much better than other places. The customer service is amazing, always know where they are talking about. Thanks!Happy Customer

Excellent and professional service by my med tender Kamil! He gave me a tour of the whole shop and explained everything so clear and skillfully. Product was good too I picked up blue dream, sonic orange, and Harley who, of which all were pleasant to smoke and had good flavors. Overall A++ experience and will definitely recommend.

I Love this store!  The staff are Awesome and very helpful.  Never have to wait and the selection is excellent.  I used to drive to Deerfield Beach to go to Muv, which is also a great location, no wait, staff are great.  But MedMen just takes it to a different level.  This is the Bougie Medical Marijuana company.  Instead of just having a menu on the wall, they take it up a notch and have everything in display cases for you to read and look at.  If you go to this location just ask for Kandace S. or Brian (The Manager) they will take great care of you.  And Remember *Cash Only*!

This was the first time that I had been into Med Men.  Right from the start, all the staff were hospitable and friendly.  I had the opportunity to work with Kandace.  I explained that it was my first time, and she spend time with me going over all the products, different strains, and what May assist me with my ailments. I was able to purchase some vape pens and tinctures.  Kandace was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and made the overall experience less anxiety driven.

I've been in a few times and helped by a girl and Brian who were both nice, knowledgeable and able to get me what I needed. They have great product and some cool merch, come check them out.

Great Staff, from when they great you at the door to showing me around the first time.  Clean, neat, respects Covid-19 boundaries (wearing mask and keeping their distance).  Oh, and there is plenty of parking.  Kelly is amazing and walked me through the new store.  Love this store and its choices!  They said that Edibles should be in the store soon.

Fabulous service. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Absolutely no waiting!!!! Plenty of parking. Had my online order ready in 2 hrs and called to let me know.  I went to Trulieve previously and the difference between them and medmen is the difference between the dollar store and nordstroms. Except the prices are the same!! I will continue to drive the extra 4 miles for this level of service.

I just recently got my medical card so I've been trying to find and visit dispensaries in my area and was finally able to make it to MedMen! I placed an online order for pickup which was ready quickly. When I went in, there was plenty of parking in the back and the store was immaculate. It's a super cool experience since it's set up as more of a recreational dispensary than a medical one. I was helped by Monica and she was so knowledgeable! She gave me a tour of the whole store and helped me with all the products I needed.

Where has this place been all my life?! Bright & clean with an Apple store kinda vibe. Staff is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Camilla M remembered my name on only my 2nd visit which almost never happens anywhere! I had a bigass smile behind my mask! Madmen is the *spot* & a  must! You can thank me later...

I'M SO GLAD MEDMEN EXISTS!!! LOVE this place!!!!I've been to a couple other dispensaries here in S. Florida and what a disappoint!!! From the lack of plant knowledge and inventory to bad customer service. I've been to several dispensaries in Denver, CO as well as in California and have had great experiences in mostly all of them. Why is it so difficult to emulate that over here? My favorite was MedMen in California. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Then I learned MedMen was in Ft. Lauderdale!!! My girlfriend & I visited and was NOT disappointed!! First class type service with a knowledgeable friendly staff. We were first greeted by Kandace and Kamali and were assisted by Kelly. ALL WERE GREAT!!! They have such a great dynamic among themselves that makes it a very pleasant while still maintaining professional environment. Very helpful when asking about the different options they have. I then returned a few days later and was assisted by Max. Also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted me with more of my crazy questions and was always happy help. I actually had a very minor issue with something that I had bought and wasn't planning on even bringing it up but somehow it was and he went more than the extra mile to make it better. Phenomenal customer service. I returned the following week and was greeted and assisted by Thomas who again was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! What a staff at MedMen!! This place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!! I wish that I could do more to show my appreciation for their phenomenal service. This is definitely my go-to dispensary. No need to shop around, I've hit a gold mine with MedMen!!Thank you!!

The apple store of Dispensaries! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and had a personalized tour of all the product and the companies mission. I won't shop any place else but here. I recently got my card and visited other places and wasted countless dollars on medicine that didn't fit my needs but this place nailed it! We have TOP place here in Fort Lauderdale! Thank you!

Yesterday was my first visit ever to a dispensary. I had no idea what to expect or what products would be best for me. Thomas R. immediately greeted me and walked me through the entire process. He found out what I was looking for and then educated me on the products, dosages, and frequency. He made the process so easy and was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I will continue to utilize MedMen and Thomas going forward. The store was also like an Apple store! Clean, iPads with descriptions of the products, and extremely clean! Do yourself a favor and see it for yourself!

I went into MedMen for my first visit and will definitely return. The dispensary is large and open. Thomas gave me a tour of the space and was knowledgeable and helpful. The experience much better than other dispensaries I've been to. Great product variety and prices comparable to or less than others. A bonus is that they have found a way to accept debit cards so I don't have to get cash from the bank.

First time in today and it was very pleasant.  Staff was friendly and wore mask.  It was very clean and nice looking.  It much more convenient for me than the other places I was getting my meds.  Kamali B was very helpful in conveying what they had to offer.  He was very polite and seemed to be very informative about each product.  I do think they will need some sort of sign in or taking a number as you enter the building.  It wasn't a problem today but if there were more customers coming in I could see losing track of the next customer.  I will return.

I just made my first visit to a MedMen  store. Went to ft. Lauderdale - Coral Ridge and had the pleasure of meeting "Thomas." I've been mostly to curaleaf and truelieve in my area but wanted to try MedMen.  Rarely am I inspired to write a note of appreciation, but Thomas went out of his way to introduce me to the store, the web site, various products that I knew little or nothing about (including some beneficial aspects of different cbd products for my arthritis.)I'm sometimes a little nervous in a dispensary but thomas made me feel instantly comfortable with his casual style and product knowledge. Great store, easy parking, extra friendly staff that seem very knowledgeable.

I just returned from my first visit to MedMen, Coral Shores location.  I was immediately greeted and checked-in by Monica.  She gave me a complete tour of the store and answered every question I had about some of the products.  The prices are reasonable, the store is immaculately maintained, and the service and product are top-notch.  Thanks Monica, and to everyone at Mad Men for the pleasant experience.

Where do i start! First of all the product is elite compared to the other dispensaries in the state. Then i noticed the atmosphere of the store is comparable to that of an apple store which is really really cool. The staff is also as knowledgeable as apple geniuses are of their products which makes you feel great about what you purchase. Kandace and Maximo were extremely helpful they even kept the store open a little bit later for me so i could get my medicine before a big vacation. Overall im so glad i switched to MedMen and wont be going to any other dispensaries after this trip. THANK YOU KANDACE,MAXIMO, AND THE ENTIRE MEDMEN FT LAUDERDALE STAFF!!!!

I worked with Thomas and he was incredibly knowledgeable and adaptable to my time constraint. Made the whole experience feel more like a conversation with a friend. Highly recommend him and the quality of MedMen. They're packing's impeccable. Its like Apple and RedProduct make a weed dispensary. Beautiful. Will come again regularly

Went in and all the staff were very nice and helpful. I got an eighth of lemon skunk for $50 which I felt was way overpriced for what it was. The jar had a two way humidity control packet in it but the bud still seemed almost moist. I also picked up the .3 cartridge 1:100 indica for $32 and while it does give a decent head buzz it tastes like cheap distillate with no terps added back for flavor. I don't plan on coming back because their way overpriced for the quality they provide.

Hannah, Serena and Kandace are probably my favorite three to talk to when I come in, very informative and great personalities! Definitely going to be my regular source

MedMen was the first brick and mortar dispensary I've been to (I usually order online), so I didn't have a point of comparison until I visited Trulieve FTL the other day when I was down in that area. I can now say that MedMen is 5+ stars. The staff has always been extremely friendly, informative, and helpful, and the ease at which you can get in and out makes it a seamless experience. There's also plenty of parking (unlike Trulieve). MedMen is my #1 choice.

Hunter has helped me several times and he is very familiar with my preferences, especially with the THC and Terpenes content of each product.  He is fantastic!

I visit this store a lot and today was exceptional because I had Hunter right there to help me and get me on my way to another appointment.  I asked about any specials, and he said right away that he had a great product to try.  Hunter not only had a special product,  he is very familiar with percentages and terpenes.  Med Men is clean, bright and their display cases are lit up, with everything they have.  If you like merchandise, Med Men has some great stuff!  Hunter is amazing! I've never had a bad experience here and I'll continue to visit.

Every time I go to medmen I always have a wonderful experience. Everyone in the store is so helpful and incredibly friendly. I have had the pleasure of working with Thomas, Brian, and Maximo. All experiences have been wonderful and I never have to wait more then a few minutes. I can't wait to go back

Amazing dispensary. Customer service is always awesome. Staff very knowledgeable n helpful in explaining the strains n what helps with different ailments as well as a night or day product. So helpful as I am learning n there's alot to learn. Always greeted at the door, check in, browse the awesome display counter explaining the product n visually see the flower. Walking into a medical marijuana dispensary for the first time can be intimidating to say the least. As soon as I walked in I was greater by the nicest representative, Ben. He gave me a tour, took all my information to set me up as a new guest and explained which products would be good for my needs. I was so impressed by the how clean the store was and the level of knowledge each person had. What a great experience!

This place is amazing! The Apple Store of the dispensaries.  The visual merchandise of this store is the best, the display tables with touch screens explaining all the information about the products and a jewelry case that you can see and smell the flower blew my mind! Out of this world. This is what we want as a customer, to be treated in the best way as possible. The staff couldn't be better, all very polite and helpful, compliments to Hannah! I'll be back for sure.

Ben(budtender as they are called :)     was so helpful and amazing! Wonderful experience with all the of staff each time i visit.. Can't recommend him and this location enough! truly is the apple store of cannabis, small charge to use your debit, or cash, no cc. they scan your med license when you walk in, helpful also to let you know when your rx will expire so you can stock up before it's due for renewal. can't say enough great things about the experience here

I arrived and was greeted by Kelly who offered such a warm vibe, that I felt like I could see the helpful and warm smile through the mask. After such a fantastic experience, I had to return. Upon visiting for a second time, I wasn't let down with the level of service I received. I was helped by Monica who didn't hesitate to offer assistance, and Kamali answered a few questions for me, providing me with everything I need to write a review thanking the staff at MedMen. Management should know (I'm guessing they already have a clue) that the employees at this location deserve every kind word that comes their way. The are without a doubt the very definition of quality.

First time.visit today, got helped by Elizabeth. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Looking forward to visiting again. Online order was painless even for a first timer. No stock issues like other places. You also get to see them working with flower behind glass. Nice change from a secret room behind locked doors. Reminds me of the west coast dispensaries.

I’ve gone to MedMen a few times but Kendal really took the experience to another level. She was so knowledgeable about the products and really helped me make a decision on a strain that would help with my anxiety. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. It’s employees like Kendal that really make the experience so worth it and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back, as long as Kendal is there!
