Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Many different strains. Although I would like my prerolls filled all the way since im spending all this money + tax.

Great place to work, competitive pay, great benefits, fast pace, and lots of room for growth.

Amazing staff and great set up + flow. They have me in and out almost instantly which is much appreciated!!! The ethos team is very welcoming! Paul is very helpful and knowledgeable about strains and effects—other names I’ve caught are Jonathan, Chris, and Issac who are all amazingly helpful and a delight to work with. These are only a few names, but every staff member I’ve worked with here is beyond amazing. Great product and warm employees keep me coming back! Thanks yal?

Nice location near Rte2 with plenty of parking. Good variety of products to choose from. Prices are comparable with other dispensaries in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful when needed. Check out Ethos and you will be glad you did! ?

It was a very nice experience because we were greeted multiple times before we got in the back. Once back there any questions I had they answered and the Angry Hulk I bought was amazing. Thank you

Seems to be a decent selection of flower by their online menu but getting someone to answer the phone INSTEAD of just hanging it up on you is next to impossible if you have questions. So for THAT reason alone, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Plenty of other dispensaries near by that will actually take the time to do their jobs with regards to customer inquiries.

I am a frequent customer at Fitchburg ethos ( at least twice a week) I had a pickup scheduled for 10 am and arrived at 9:57 the door was unlocked and instead of politely asking me to wait for a min or instead providing me customer service I was treated with nothing bug disrespect. I can go on about what was said but I think it’s best to keep it simple I am no longer shopping at this store you have lost a customer…….:.update to the owners post called and asked to speak to the owner since no name was provided in the post from ethos was told I could not speak to the manager or the owner and had to come in. Wow just wow worst business ever
