The staff was super helpful, patient, and knowledge. Also, shop dog is a perk. Very clean and cute set up

We stopped in to ask you a question and were met with an extremely rude and aggressive female, you wouldn't even let us ask a question without showing a drivers license. My husband showed you his license, but that wasn't good enough for her, she wanted to input all the info off that drivers license into your system!!! WTF are you doing with that info?!?!? It was pretty obvious we were over 21, we are 65!!! My first impression of your business is you suck!!! The D in Alma doesn't treat people who walk in the door, like you did!!! For that, we took our $200.00 to spend to Alma, they know how to treat their customers!!! From now on you will NEVER get one penny of business from us!!!

We are from out of town and loved coming to Wise cannabis. Both of our bud tenders were friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a 10% out of town local discount the second time we came in. Great selection of bud and pretty decent prices as well! We will always come back to Wise Cannabis when we visit FairPlay

Great little shop. Employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And as far as them inputting the young lady's info I'm pretty sure most businesses do that so they can either send you advertising, alert you of sales, track where they're customers are coming from, or simply give you the local's discount automatically the next time you come in if you happen to be one.

Excellent service! I can't believe the "Karen" down below left such a ugly review about the ID. Every single dispensary requires ID check at entering, even if you don't purchase something. I had an amazing in store experience. Every product was explained well. I can't wait to indulge!!

Customer service Sucks !!!Why:Walked up to counter and asked the not so cute lady that I wanted  Hybrid disposable with a charge because I don't smoke so much she showed me what they had and I said I will take the rechargeable disposable one I made it crystal clear, she bent under shelf and handed me tube at this point is where I should of checked but I figured this girl knows what she's doing purchased it for $36.00She gave back $4 dollars I said thank you walked to door opened it took one step outside stopped And looked at tube opened and it was not a rechargeable one I literally turned around walked in and she's looking at me walked to her and said you gave me wrong one ? She says "sorry Covid" I asked her for manager she said "I am the manager" Then she says " you can purchase another one for $65.00 they just came in" I said really you gave me wrong product I get it that's there marketing strategy give wrong one and say Covid The place was nice the gal needs to go back to basic school for customer service not to smart**if you look at other review must be same dumb girl**

When entering the store, there is a sign that says "Everyone must wear a mask, mandated by the governor" or something to that effect. This is a good thing in my opinion, as I like to feel safe, and wearing a mask makes me feel safe. However, when I entered the store, to my surprise, the budtender was not wearing a mask. This made me feel extremely unsafe, and for that reason I will never come back to this store ever again. The budtender that was not wearing a mask sneezed 3-4 times while I was in the store. Ugh! It really pisses me off that they ask the customers to wear masks, but this one budtender thinks she's exempt from the rules and is free to put the customer's lives at risk (or at least that is the impression she is giving me by not wearing a mask). I did not feel safe when I was in this store. There is significant evidence that my mask provides more protection for others than it does for myself. Therefore, if this budtender doesn't want to wear a mask, she is risking the health of her customers.wiforum.org/knockout-19-…As far as the budtender not wearing a mask - it is extremely disrespectful and dangerous (in my opinion) to the customers, and I believe it is extremely important that this behavior changes immediately. With a potentially deadly virus that can spread asymptomatically, everybody needs to wear a mask because you can have the virus and not know it if you're not showing symptoms. Please have more respect for your customers. Wear a mask and don't put your customers lives at risk!Also, I thought the prices here were way too expensive, but I'm not from Colorado, so maybe I am just not familiar with Colorado prices.

Went to Wise cannabis for the first time while in FairPlay. This is a very great location. Easy to find with plenty of parking. Inside of the store was welcoming and very nice. Kim helped us out and she was helpful and friendly. Their selection was greasy as well. I would recommend.

This is my go to dispo!!! They have a great variety with fast and friendly service!! The best part, PRICES! They are very reasonable, and have better prices on some items (edibles etc.) than you will find down in Denver!! Great place, be sure to check it out the next time you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed...?

I have lived in park county for over 10 years. The staff here at this place a great. Love talking to them. But the product that is sold from the actual location and not the Willie's, is garbage! The product has the worst taste and it crackles when you smoke it. We all know what that means. In the years they have been here, I have never enjoyed purchasing there product in house. The Willie's is good but they over charge the hell out of it to make it not worth it. There are other places locally that sell the Willie's and at a cheaper price. I have not tried there eatables so you could have better luck then me.

Kim was incredibly helpful, and the whole staff is just super friendly. Definitely my kinda of place. Thanks Kim ?

Love this place.. Was in search of something for my pet. They knew just what I needed. And am thankful they have an ATM! Friendly staff.

Update: I have removed all stars previously given. I wish I had an option for zero stars. I used to like going to this place for a certain cartridge. For several months, every time I go to get this item, they are out. The last time I went, they did not even provide me with the batteries that come with the purchase of the carts. Very disappointed with the store and the owner. The staff is no longer enough to keep me coming back. Love the staff! That's what keeps us coming in.
