Can you please tell me why, in America, the card reader defaults to Spanish?!? I don’t speak Spanish, I shouldn’t have to ask every screen what it says. I have been a long time customer.

My usual dispensary was closed when I realized I was out of my CBD and it was like 9pm. They close at 10! Wow! I made an order online via their website, and tried for curbside pickup. The curbside parking pickup was full, had to park down the block, and go inside to get my order. Great atmosphere, great product, staff could be more welcoming and personable.

If you can, avoid this place. Just about every time I’ve ordered over the past 6 months the products I’ve received have been wrong on the menu and on the price, and when I have attempted to let them know and ask for replacements they offer nothing. The manager really needs to work on her customer service skills. I have been coming here for years for convenience sake since it’s the closest and I just can’t justify it anymore. I’d much rather go to hprc or make the drive to arcata.

Proper Wellness at both locations, has really great budtenders and staff! Whether it's delivery or in store, I have had nothing but excellent service. These are my go to stores for my cannabis needs! Highly recommend!
