Knowledgeable staff. Good security! Would like to see more space on the inside for product display and menus. Otherwise I would definitely give 5 stars!!

This was my very first time visiting a dispensary. All of the staff were very helpful in answering questions and even recommending products according to what I was looking to purchase. I learned some things for sure. They even offer curbside ordering too! I chose to shop inside and I like that each customer is allowed in separately to shop. Great experience all the way around. Thank you to the Lume staff for excellent customer service!

Great experience both visits!! Constructive criticism: This site could have better organization. Maybe use contracted security staff to direct incoming traffic to appropriate areas so bud tenders can manage customers more effectively.. This would make the experience more efficient and make the them more cohesive.

Way pricier than other dispensaries I have been to. Half oz (total and all higher THC levels) for $295....yikes. $50 for tax but still, that is crazy pricey. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Other than prices being higher than high street prices, it is a great place. State and shop has to make money some way I suppose.

Visited 2 locations. Very professional knowledgeable staff. Small shop items not displayed very well. Wish that they labeled with prices. Decent rec selection. Way overpriced compared to other dispensaries for the same products. Will not be a returning customer.
