First time here. I am SOO impressed with their mission and service! I was greeted by Sam. Super knowing and very kind man! He took the time to go over each and every strain that they had available today. I told him my ailments, and he recommended the proper strains with detailed explanation of their lineage and effectiveness. Definitely important if you're a new consumer. He answered all my questions and then some. They are certified organic. So you know you're not just getting uncle Ted's outdoor grow session, thrown at you! ha ha. I was able to talk with the owners as well. If you want  place to go, that is super clean-friendly! Sweet dirt is your next stop! The bud is fire!! As well and delivered exactly what I wanted! Thank you, Hughes, Sam, justice, Jud and Kristen! Chessies rule!

Fantastic customer service for a first time buyer. The associate knew his product and did a great job explaining what I should try.

Customer Service is amazing! First time comer from out of state and the buying process was simple and easy. Customer service was friendly, in an out and very helpful. Will be back next time I'm in town.

This dispensary is amazing! Reasonably priced and most menu items are in stock. Friendly staff will promptly greet you at your car. During this pandemic they do a great job with staff and customer safety. Will be coming back again!

Sweet dirt always has an awesome selection of high quality buds; you'll find yourself coming back for more. One of my top picks in Maine! SD also Just built a new storefront on the property that looks great! All in all 5/5.

I was going to write a positive review about a week ago but forgot to. Then today, a post-purchase experience with the store really just lost me as a customer. The flower and THC edibles I bought were great. But, I bought a Palm vape battery. He's what happened.Bought it March 22Battery failed ~April 1Contacted store via email to inquire whether they warranty them or do I have to go to manufacturer. In the meantime I go to manufacturer site. Chinese company, so I start wondering whether I will get a response.Store replied and told me they don't sell the that battery. In a reply I send a receipt that shows I did. The reply is "we must have sold those and not stock them anymore." and "we don't warranty them" Wouldn't someone in the store know they were in stock 3 weeks ago and not tell me I was wrong about who sold it to me?Next, they ask me what my question was. In my initial email I asked if I need to go through the manufacturer's warranty directly. I thought it was clearly stated.So, all in all, a simple question I asked about who warranties this turns into "we don't sell them" implying wrong store (which it wasn't) and then basically saying "sorry, work with people in China". It was a piece of junk. A simple "sorry we sold you a crap product, perhaps we can make it up to you" would have closed this issue nicely. I understand perfectly that the warranty is through the manufacturer, but I was given sort of brush off at first, then a pretty meh level of trying to help the customer.Eventually in the last thread - "come into the store and we can work something out" themed email.Took my initial intent from posting 5 stars because the product was great and the person in the store when I purchased was awesome and makes me not return.

I had a good experience here. The staff answered my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. I got some cbd pre-rolls and they seem like a good quality product.

This was one of the first dispensaries I went to in Maine, and now it's a must stop any time we are in the area. As an out of state medical patient, I appreciate their flexibility in accepting medical patients with valid identification and prescriptions. Unlike other dispensaries, the menu never gets old, as they rotate product and strains regularly. If you're a new patient, or maybe looking for something new to try, their friendly staff are always ready to help navigate their expansive menu and products, to help you achieve the results your looking for. In addition to their THC products, they also have vaporizers, storage containers, lighters and even a great little CBD section with dog treats. There is literally something for everyone, but don't take my word for it. Go stop in and see for yourself!P.S. Take a close look at their wallpaper - it's subtle, but fitting for the atmosphere! Absolutely love it!

They honored my out of state medical cannabis card and the prices were so good I bought twice as much as intended. Very happy with quality, price and services provided. Flower is high quality medical grade. I couldn't be much happier.

By far one of the best dispensaries in Maine! They always have amazing deals and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Coming from out of state it's refreshing to see such low prices and quality product!

One of the big reasons I want to go back to Maine. The selection was outstanding compared to my normal dispensaries. The staff was so patient and helpful and the price was unbelievably low. We had such a good experience with them we ended up stopping by twice. Love them!!

I wasn't even @ the door yet & I was immediately hit with a warm welcome! I just signed up for the medical program & it was my 1st time in Sweet Dirt Medicinals. Not only was the entire staff beyond friendly but extremely helpful & knowledgeable on the array of quality products they provide! Not to mention the 15% your 1st visit there! I cannot wait to go back
