I just came back here for the first time in a year and WOW what a change! They have so many good products now and I was able to buy some really affordable flower!! The staff are super helpful and the store is so clean now! I would definitely recommend One Plant to my friends!!

This place is awesome. Great staff w/ deep product knowledge. I've been to a ton of CC's across Northern and Southern Cali, in addition to a handful in Oregon and Washington, and this is hands down the most dialed in club I've been to. Plus, they have a pretty aggressive rewards program, something I've never seen in the CC game.

The gentleman that greeted me at the door was chill af & really nice, however the budtender was awfully rude and moody and gave me the worst first time experience at that dispensary, the bud they have is close to trash. I know the difference between good & bunk , I got just a gram out of pity so I could try it & hope that it's not as bad as everything seemed. I will never come back there again I don't need rude service & bud that will make my lungs cry. Jesus Christ

I like this place because they really know their stuff, they care about you and the owners treat their workers very well. Just an all-around good business to patronize. Better than Green Remedy in Richmond! And that's the truth!

Five stars are for the new girl in the front.....Today was the first time in a dispensary but I'm definitely not coming back to this one. I'm not sure  what's supposed to happen but I would imagine, since this is a business customer service would be a priority. I came in with plenty of questions and left with them intact. I took out a bunch of money waiting to be up sold, they didn't seem to want it. After my transaction I was left standing at the counter confused about what jus happened. I would have been ok if the person "helping" me actually seemed to know what they were talking about. All she did was point out what products were indica, which were sativa and which were hybrids. My google research on the different products available at their store left me more knowledgable than she was. Do better.

SO happy with the new ownership! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Great selection of flowers. I especially like the humfarms.com sungrown.

This is a fantastic place! Everyone wore masks and the store is pristine with a great selection, including my hard to find InsomniChews (THC and Melatonin, gets you to sleep quick). The owner was incredibly helpful and the staff was all friendly. I'm going to tell all my friends about One Plant.

I come here because I can buy some good medicine at a reasonable price with very good service is cool because everyone is so helpful but not like all buggy and everything. Plus I like the loyalty program ! Stack em and rack em !!!!Anyways check it out very chill !!!!!

Let me first start by saying that I am a middle aged woman and I have been trying different cannabis products with my boyfriend for the last 4yrs+, but before today I had never actually been to a dispensary or done the actual shopping for the cannabis products on my own. What a refreshing and great first experience, I was warmly greeted by a super nice guy named Derick who showed me around and gave me a run down on all the diff products and price points that I told him I was interested in.   He was very knowledgeable with all the  products I had questions about.  He was even showing  Chu (a new employee) on how to give a customer a great experience. They both made me  feel very comfortable and the products they recommended were spot on. First for my bf, they recommended the Guild Extracts concentrate flavor called Lemon Slushie which he absolutely loves and  is one of the highest quality concentrates that he has ever tried. They also  recommended these Organic WYLD gummies that are absolutely great and high quality.  The flavors are sooo yummy! Also, their prices seem fair compared to the other places my boyfriend frequents.  Huge thank you to Derick and Chu for making my experience such a pleasurable one, I will definitely be back and we are now going to be regular customers of this dispensary.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The One Plant team is always so helpful and attentive. This location feels like a straight up Apple store and i feel special whenever I come in. Don't forget about those daily deals! Michael, Jorge, Isaiah - I appreciate you! If you're overwhelmed by the amount of product they have, look for Jorge. He NEVER steers me wrong. Thanks guys!

This is my first time at a dispensary and I am definitely unimpressed by the storefront, staff and quality of the products themselves. You are greeted by a guy who rightly cards you and then watches you like a hawk for your entire visit, who chastises you if you use your phone. There is a partially full candy vending machine with examples of their overly dry, old bud strains. I will complain about the prices because of the low quality of their bud. The storefront itself looks like an abandoned office of a used car dealership. $55 for an eighth bought in a seedy motel, that's my experience with this place. I highly recommend to sticking to WeedMaps, there are good delivery places for half the price of this place and double the selection.

Probably one of my favorite dispensaries to go to. Its a really small place, but that doesn't take away from their great costumer service and great bud selection for a reasonable price. Doorman and bud tenders are always really nice, helpful and you never feel rushed by the workers. I never fail to come out of there with great bud for a great price. If you really care about the quality of bud you smoke, this is the place to go . I truely recommend this place to anyone .

I called this dispensary and asked if they had a very specific brand and strain in a vape, and the budtender said YES we have 4 left & I will set aside two for you. So I drive 30 minutes, and when I get there and ask for the product, they said sorry were out. So they literally lied to me on the phone to get me in the door. Then when leaving without buying anything, because they didn't have the product I wanted, they actually tried to keep selling stuff to me! Don't try and scam your customers.

The place is espectaular!!! Parking is allways available, graet buds, the lowest prices and good people.

I drove here while I was in Orinda, thinking this would be a positive first dispensary experience. Instead I felt like I was visiting someone in prison, with only a small window to speak to a person and not even getting a view of the products. I have friends who frequent dispensary's in the Bay Area, and this is not the norm they've illustrated to me. Workers were friendly, but it just felt like I could get a more quality experience going to a shop in Oakland or SF. Plus they only take cash. For being a part of a newly trending and growing business industry in the Easy Bay, I think it's time to get with the program and upgrade to accept one of the most popular forms of payment, credit cards. I wouldn't recommend going here if you have access to more updated and modern dispensary's.

First time coming here. Felt the welcome vibes when I came in. Jorge at the door gave me the intro and the folks in the front held it dowwwwwn. Overall excellent service and I got that high quality shit for the low low. Hella recommend this spot!

Terrible customer service. I don't typically write reviews but I arrived at 7:50 with closing in ten minutes. Everywhere you look online the hours are until 8pm everyday. Two people where closing a man and a woman. All the lady said is that they were closed when I walked up I said but your hours online say 8pm. The lady was rude and didn't seem to want to respond she was walked to her car and then said we close at 7:45 with an attitude. I asked her why the hours online are showing 8pm she ignored me got in her car and shut her door. If that's the case than either your hours are wrong online or your lying because you closed early wanting to go home. Besides what business closes at quarter hour intervals, typically businesses close on the half hour or hour as mentioned online. At least you can say thank you for letting us know we will bring it to managements attention to correct the error. No instead just ignore me, rude as hell. Probably does close at eight but with such rude customer service you don't get a lot of business and just decided to leave early. You lost a potential repeat customer I'll go elsewhere.The only reason this is not a one star is that I didn't go inside and see if everyone else is rude also like the two that ignored me.

super friendly guys & cheap weed. I got an eighth of blue dream for $20, but for good reason lol. not very well trimmed and I found a dead bug curled up in one of the buds. not nice :/

I really have to give this place 5 stars. The selection is pretty good and they are very consistent with the brands. The best part was, I had to make 2 returns and they were able to help without an issue. Dont go in there with an attitude, be honest about what you want or the issue you have and Jeny or Paul can and will help.  It also helpful to contact the company first and see what they say. Usually a company like Honey WILL help you!!!  Jeny may come off as abrasive, but when you actually talk WITH her and not at her, she's really cool. Paul and Noel are both extremely nice guys.

Imma be honest the employees are real friendly and helpful but I recently bought a grape sorbet pre roll and when I got home I decided to smoke it and was having trouble inhaling the smoke and once i was half way through the pre roll I noticed that the paper was all ripped up... lowkey ruined my night cuz I had just got off work and was tryna smoke before I went to sleep

WoW. I just skimmed through the ratings and reviews and noticed "Jeny R." writing a review on herself. She likes to rush people, is rude and talks to you like you are incompetent when you have a legit question. In reality she has no business working with the public much less being recommended to be a doctor. YOU ARE A FRAUD, JENY!!!

My first visit. I went to buy gummies. I asked for a 2 to 1 ratio of CBD to THC. The guy handed me a package. I took it home and saw it was actually 20 to 1. I returned this morning and asked for an exchange given that he made the mistake. He wouldn't do it. In fact he didn't even understand what the ratio meant. These guys are nice enough. Just not competent. So with other options why go here? I won't.

Received horrible treatment here about 40 minutes ago. Rudest lady ever. People with serious illnesses are coming to buy medication and are treated with disrespect. The old guy at the door was quite pleasant but the middle age lady at the counter that you actually have to do business with never said a word to me until I asked "How old is the stuff in the machine?" This of course was after she showed me the 3 of the 4 top shelf meds - all substandard to say the least. I'm sorry if it makes me "difficult" but I have several health issues and it matters to me the quality of my medication.  So, after seeing the meds she silently flung into the silver tray (she is behind glass), I tell her that I'm going to check out what's in the machine. The machine is a good 7 or more feet away from the mean lady behind the glass and after I assess what's there I turn to the old guy, now seated at the desk, he's the doorman, the bodyguard, the intake receptionist and so I figure a good source to ask, "How old is the stuff in the machine?" This is when I discover that the mean lady talks because she yells out, "Three years!" In a tone so snotty you'd swear she was fourteen. So anyways, I quickly walk up to the window so I can see her expression and she is shaking her head back and forth and rolling her eyes while old guy is laughing nervously and says, "It's not quite that old." So I say, because I've been in pain all day and was actually quite chipper in spite of it and I've had enough of people's shit, "Boy, ATT - TIT - TUDE!" She says, "No attitude, but you ain't gotta buy it if you don't like it!" I respond with "Oh yes I know that." Turned to the old guy and said, "Well when you have someone here at the window and you have a machine, there has to be a slow turnaround so gotta ask, right?" Mind you, a few of the plastic baggies were yellowed, you could tell there wasn't a drop of moisture left in half of the product and most were quite stemmy. I said bye to old guy and walked out. As for the rude lady, I interrupted her TMZ hour and got the brunt of her displeasure I assumed, but after seeing previous reviews I realize she's one of those that thrive on negatively impacting someone's day and should not be in a customer service position. I wish I would have never went.

What else are we gonna do when City of Richmond can't get their heads of each others' behinds?! Thank you city of El Sobrante for letting us continue to get medication. MED's has combined with 7 Stars (from the Asian mall, Richmond shut them down) in this tiny little closet of a star. The layout is bizarre compared to my completely open, glass case displaying old store. But the staff was very friendly and welcoming. 7 Stars is on one side with their familiar purple chart menu thing. It's staff awaits you on the otherside of the bullet proof glass. Unfortunately the way you handle the product is awkward (more bullet proof glass with the door on each side little thing, like you see at banks) but I'm not gonna hate. We're all trying to stay afloat and if that means 7 Stars keeping shop in another location, I'm game. Other than that, it's the same ol 7 Stars we know and love.I love the easy access off El Portal, thank jeebus for not having to deal with the Asian Mall parking lot.

This place is a joke .... All their flowers are low grade quality . I live less than a mile from here and I only been here once, I would rather drive to SF or Oakland clubs to get flowers ...$40 for their eight are a rip off .. You can get those flowers for $20 special at Blum Oakland ... Don't be fool by their price, the stuff here are horrible

This is one of the best places to go in the Bay area. The staff is extremely friendly and the quality is great. Try the red caps jar. Guaranteed to tear you up. This is one of the few places that emphasizes clean and healthy product. And did I mention the price is amazing? Make sure you try this place

The old lady with an accent makes me feel uncomfortable. Its hard to get a smile from her, she doesnt seem to care at all that im choosing to spend my money their. The door staff is good and friendly, but the budtender old lady is mean. Her vibe doesnt seem happy at all to be their.

The people that work there are so nice and helpful, was a pleasant experience.

The lady behind the glass was rude. It was my first time there and my free gift was no tax? Wack. Just sayin. I asked to look at the girl scout cookies and the diesel looked better.  No one was there and the service still sucked. Won't be going back even if it is down the street from my house.

No customer service, ask them what's good and there have no idea, then cop an attitude for asking simple questions. Never coming back here. Do yourself a favor and go to hilltop. Ps it was the lady with the accent that pissed me off. Tried to make me feel stupid. The other girl actually made an attempt to help me but the damage was done. Manager just stares at you the whole time. Fix this shithole or go ahead and close shop. So many other spots to go to and I gave this place a chance. Epic fail.

Greeter was nice and friendly,  the dispenser was behind a wall with a plexiglass window, no products visable, she was rude, impatient. I said I was new to all this as a first time user but she got angry if I questioned her recommendations, would not explain, said I just didn't understand. I asked if I said something to annoy her but gave up, told her she was rude and left. Went to HHC on Atlas Rd., totally different experience, everything open, Hazel demonstrated the pens, explained the different kinds and percentages, gave me two gifts as a new member and senior discount! This place is a dump and you would need to be desperate to go there

Ok I use to stop at this dispensary from time to time before the passing of recreation use,  I always got an unwelcoming vibe. Felt like the staff had a judgmental attitude about marijuana  and the flower selection was always the same. eventually I quit going there but today I said what the hell I'm right here let me see what they have available. I'm thinking since its recreational use now the staff should be a little more welcoming. When I'm first welcomed in I was asked if I had my own safety bag , which was a first but the guy was welcoming. The lady at the window was unwelcoming,  no small , no hello just stood there watching me look at the menu above. I ask to see a flower , it looks cool so i open it to smell it. After asking to see two I felt rushed even though I was the only person in there. The expression on her face and tone of voice was rude. I felt as if she wanted me to instantly know what I wanted and be done. That was a turn off so I decided to go somewhere else. This the only club that I have felt unwelcomed and rushed

I called before I went in. The person who answered was polite and courteous. I went in on a Sunday about an hour after they opened. Got a parking space right in front of the dispensary. Check in was really simple. Sat and chatted with another patient during the very short wait. The value of their medicine is well worth the price. The person at the counter was extremely helpful and explained various discounts for me. I got a deal as I am one of their "chronologically experienced patients" LOL. I kind of got the Mom and POP local grocery store kind of feel for the place and I appreciate that. Give them a try I know I'll go back.

MED's Dispensary is great. The whole staff is friendly starting from the security guards all the way to the sales associates. Is true when they say that their quality is their priority because their stuff is some of the best strains available in the east bay. Top 3 for sure. Prices are reasonably. If you want quality then you have to pay some money. But their cheaper strains are amazing too. They also offer you a point card which gives you a dollar back for every $20 you spend. I suggest you add the points up because when you least expect it, you will be walking out with an extra gram or edibles with your points. Also, their edibles are really good. They are creepers. Owner has lost my business. Product is terrible! Seeds, Seeds, Seeds, in the product! Counted 38 seeds that came out of one of thier products. Service is worse than EVER.RUDE. Totally rude, and the owner treats you like you are a high school student and not a grown adult. Ive been giving them chance after chance to change, or be more customer friendly. They haven't, their product is just getting worse. This is what happened to me the last two times i visited. I was talking to the male person behind the glass about concentrates, (really nice guy, one of the few there) when the Owner flies out of the cage and starts to LECTURE me about concentrates. The Owner actually looked me in the eyes and told me, in his words, "he HATED my Son In law because he was killing people with his products". HATE? And he grabbed my arm, pulled me aside, and got in my FACE, and LECTURED me on concentrates. He GRABBED me. I NEVER gave you permission to touch me. NEVER. Thats Harassment. And you get UP in my FACE to try and Intimidate me? What happened to him?? Ive known the Owner forever. I dont know WHY he let his shop disintegrate. I didnt go back for 3 weeks, I used a great delivery service I found. (not M.E.D.S) I was low in product yesterday, my delivery service was closed, and I couldnt find my paper Rec to take to another Dispensary, so I HAD to go back yesterday. And after yesterdays encounter with your rude lady, with the accent, and with the glasses, behind the glass Im not coming back. They use to have great product but in the last month ive gotten two products that were LOADED with seeds, (seeds, really?) last week one of "Buzz Special" was, NL. The product I actually looked at was ok, but when i got it home it was a different package than the one I picked, and the product was PETRIFIED! No joke! I am not kidding here. Hard as a rock. Had to use wrist and arm strength to break it off. I called, they said no returns, so its in the emergency drawer. Most of thier staff is friendly but yesterday, I was asking to see product, and they slipped it through, I slipped it back under, she grabbed it, put her hands over it and said, 40 dollars. Rudely. I said im not done, can i see this? She didnt even let me look at it, just put it on top the other product with her hands on top of it, and just said, 80 dollars. I said can I look at it first? She got mad, and slid it through. I looked and slid it back...80 dollars, she said. Very sternly like i was at DMV. Not 80 dollars please, or your total is 80 dollars, just, 80 dollars.  Im not going back, until he hires new staff and I hear by word of mouth that everything has improved. She was Rude, rude, rude, and all ive ever been to anyone in there is nice. Super Nice! Talkative, joking and smiling. All I get there now a days is a hassle, rudeness and some physical arm GRABBING. Thats what got me. He grabbed and pulled me away from the window. I know him, but not well enough to be touched by him. I will NOT recommend this facility, EVER, to ANYONE. ESPECIALLY Women. The Owner seems to think we are ok to push around. He probably wouldnt do that if I was Male, 6 ft and 300 lbs. BTW, Door Security was welcoming and happy, that the only plus. Dont shop here. Just...Dont.

Kind of a hole in the wall. Very limited selection of medicine available. The place is not inviting at all and very dingy. Felt  more like a bar. They only take cash......which is sketchy.......and its like.......dark in there...... just weird.......

Fowler continues to provide quality prompt service-deliveries the same day most often. His proces are very much cheaper than Berkeley or Oakland and he serves his clients with the personal touch that is so necessary for me to have a good experience.  He knows me by my first name and knows what it is I need to meet my  medical needs. I recommend him completely and without reservations.

2nd time back and this time...the person who helped me just wanted my money and barley knew anything about edibles.

Came here a long time again went i was 19, i had a medical card & they wouldn't accept me unless i was 21+, their website obviously lied after i showed them they need to fix it because i just wasted gas coming here. Now that I'm 21, today i came in and the place is pretty much empty. I waited about 10 mins to be helped only to be told go get my phone that i left in the car because i have to sign up through there instead of them just taking down my damn email and phone number. I FINALLY come back inside and this young man comes up REALLY CLOSE to my face WITHOUT A MASK!! And tries to use my phone to help me. I know how to use an iPhone so i don't appreciate someone trying to tell me how to do it. It's so complicated just to get to their website ONLY to find out that they tell me i HAVE to pay 39$ to be able to buy something from them & they would give me 38$ store credit. All i wanted was a 10$ battery for my cart! The fact that they only sold about 5 things in that big ass place is ridiculous because it's been open for years now & it looks like that? Pathetic. Right after i went to Green Remedy about 10 mins away and i was in & out with my stuff in 3 MINUETS!! And mind you i was a NEW customer for both places! Save your time AND MONEY AND GAS & just don't go here. Ridiculous amount of time wasted waiting only to not buy anything and them trying to scam you $40.

Since Malcolm has started managing this spot it has improved ten fold..!!   The employees are all super cool, DaeDae will answer all your questions about flowers with a big ass smile on his face, Aaron will put a smile on your face with his positive and helpful attitude, and of course if you are a Dabber then holler at Malcolm, he knows his concentrates and will steer you in the right direction.  Over all you won't be able to find the deals and love at any of the other Corporate run dispensary around...

Stopped in this morning and noticed a line with folks wearing their masks waiting for the number of people inside to lessen. Was very impressed with COVID protocols. Then went inside and not one employee was wearing a mask. Some 20 something employee said he was the owner and they don't need to wear them. The 20 something then took my purchase and kicked me out of the store. Will never ever return. Mask wearing is the least we can do to protect each other during these times.

I've visited their facility in Richmond I think it was when I got there they said that I had to have a medical card in order to go in I was a little disappointed until they told me that you could get a card online speaking to a doctor within 15 minutes for 40 bucks and then when you walked into the store you would receive a $40 credit for whatever you were buying to me that seemed extremely fair and they'll definitely have my business

I love one plant ! The customer service is always great ! an the security guards are funny an very nice always checking my temperature before walking in very nice about covid ! Their always very helpful an always point me into the right direction about different strains etc ! I like it a lot thanks one plant !

A cool little plant store selling all of your herbal desires. Nice to have a spot like this in El Sob. Friendly staff, good product and good prices. I give them a big thumbs up. 5 stars. And they are medical only, no recreational. Great parking and near Bank of America ATM just a couple blocks away.

Customer service is trash. Walk in and wonder around waiting for someone to help you. No line no telling if you're going to get help in the right order. Was told by the employee that helped me out that "if the cartridge leaked, I could bring it back" which made me wonder why she would say that. Still bought the cartridge and guess what???? IT LEAKED! Shocker I know. Went back to get a replacement because they were so nice the first time in and said if we have any problems to come back. Came back a week later and was told they won't exchange it and they could t help me. Will be sticking to Delta and CoCo in the future!

Josh is an awesome budtender who helped us select the right medicine for our ailments. We were in and out in less than ten minutes! Side note: crazy customer came in and flashed on Josh's coworker for doing her job. She was super sweet and still told him to have a nice day! ***You need to have a current rec and CA ID to shop here***

First note: this dispensary is medical marijuana patients only, and CASH only! That being said, this place is great!! I live close by, and there are multiple dispensaries that are easy access. One plant is my go to spot. The entire crew is courteous and knowledgeable. They always have the best recommendations for live resins & concentrates, and the specials they have throughout the store are amazing. Seriously, the entire staff (I sadly can't remember everyone's name), are people that I love to see and love where they work! Good job guys, you are killing it!

Hi readers, first time coming in I had the pleasure of meeting Shelby and Angel, both made me feel very comfortable and helped me thoroughly with all of my needs. Solid place. Taxes included in price. Need medical card, but NuggMD, $39 bucks and 15min later... You're in. They also give you $39 in credit. Signal sucks so stand out by the road. If you have Verizon... Good luck.

Never sure if they're open or not. They closed for a few months, now that they're open again, they only accept Medical card clients ? which is a PIA considering I had one for years, finally decided to not renew it, only now One Plant only takes Medical patients. ?? Needless to say, I have a new card in order to shop there again. Great selection, prices are reasonable to other dispensaries, and the staff is always nice!

Hi readers, first time coming in I had the pleasure of meeting Shelby and Angel, both made me feel very comfortable and helped me thoroughly with all of my needs. They made great suggestions and had great product knowledge. I definitely recommend paying them a visit, you will not be disappointed! Thanks guys for all your help!

Solid place. Taxes included in price. Need medical card, but NuggMD, $39 bucks and 15min later... You're in. They also give you $39 in credit. Signal sucks so stand out by the road. If you have Verizon... Good luck.

Never sure if they're open or not. They closed for a few months, now that they're open again, they only accept Medical card clients ? which is a PIA considering I had one for years, finally decided to not renew it, only now One Plant only takes Medical patients. ?? Needless to say, I have a new card in order to shop there again. Great selection, prices are reasonable to other dispensaries, and the staff is always nice!

First note: this dispensary is medical marijuana patients only, and CASH only! That being said, this place is great!! I live close by, and there are multiple dispensaries that are easy access. One plant is my go to spot. The entire crew is courteous and knowledgeable. They always have the best recommendations for live resins & concentrates, and the specials they have throughout the store are amazing.
