Super friendly staff and I was in and out today. Adrian was hella dope and had me laughing from the moment. Walked in. Showed me some top shelf product for a great price. Will definitely be back!

I live in Richmond right by hilltop. It's either green remedy or NUG for me. Quality services, quality products, very professional unlike most places in Richmond.

NUG El Cerrito is a great place for your Medical/Recreational needs. I just saw this place while driving down San Pablo Ave. I didn't know how bad the east bay  needed a place dispensary like this! I could tell once they are done setting up at 100% capacity they will do marvelous at aiding my community. The prices are average for a cannabis dispensary but customer service is supreme! They were all eager to help me with my needs and made sure I had a great time, which I did! Nilesh helped me through out my purchase and was very knowledgeable about all products. Even the security were good people! Only thing they have to do know is implement more deals and create a system where they can notify us about said deals via phone number. I am excited to see how NUG can become a staple in our community ! :)

I cannot support a company that does not comfort their guests. I was being rushed out the door, and given attitude because I was "taking too long" to choose my choice of product. I've been a regular costumer for the last couple of months, always spending over $200 on cannabis products. Even though the cannabis isn't great at this location, nor does it change, I would still go to support my local shop by being a regular costumer. I will no longer be shopping here because of the treatment I received. My advise drive the extra miles to the next shop.

The dispensary itself was cool. My experience with Osiris (I think that's how you spell her name) was horrible. Absolutely terrible. Had some questions but she didn't make me feel welcome to ask and was not helpful at all. I felt rushed and she was extremely rude throughout my entire experience. I couldn't believe how bad it was... I really like the spot. Not sure if I'll be back because the vibe was negative and rude. Everyone else seemed friendly tho!

First time I came here I had a great experience. Pretty cool that there was a new spot close to home. Unfortunately on my second time I purchased an Oz online that looked decent, picked it up then when I got in my car I opened it to take a look/smell and it was way below average nothing like what was advertised as you can tell from the pics. It was just bad and I know $170 for an Oz is not top of the line but I've gotten better and not all dried up it was straight bammer just horrible. 27% thc? Really? So after literally a minute I walked back in and complained. They told me I couldn't return it or get any type off credit and all they can do is give me 15% off my next purchase? Really? They gave me a free cartridge for a pen I don't even have.This place played me for $170 bucks and wouldn't make it right. They didn't bother to look at the online pic I showed them or the buds. For those reason I will NEVER go back here because no club has ever played me in such a messed up way like THE NUG EL CERRITO

I have been a customer of Nug since their grand opening and have had nothing but a great experience.Today, not so much.  After spending a great deal of money for some edibles and a pre-roll, after arriving home I discovered that one of the items I had purchased and PAID FOR was not included in my bag.  I immediately contacted the store and after being placed on hold, was told that I had NOT purchased the edibles in question.  I informed the individual that I was speaking to that I most certainly had purchased the item and it was listed on my receipt.  After going back and forth with this person and after being told that I should have returned to the store immediately, I realized that they were not interested in correcting their mistake.  They just lost a customer and will not recommend them to friends in the future.

I am not certain if I am comfortable there or not; I sense they have help that is not well informed and will wait a couple of more months before returning to see if the help is more knowledgeable; but it is a very clean place and wellsituated.  I bought a couple of things and am not certain they are really good items

They were nice enough, but pretty incompetent. Machine down? Fine I ain't picky. But they got me walking between these registers and the girl doesn't lookup from her phone while I'm asking for help. They tell me the machine is back on. Sweet. Nope turns out it's still off. Why did I have to talk to 4 different people and wait around to figure out they don't have their shit together? I absolutely could have brought cash but it said cards were fine. First time here, last time too. Sticking with 7 star holistic up the way. Disappointed.

Love a dispensary who has taxes already included in cost of this items, simplifies the "estimated" total and takes the guess work out of knowing how much cash to bring with you. Hate a company who advertises they accept bank debit cards but when you get there you're told it's not set up and you have to use their ATM that charges an additional fee. It would've been nice for the site to advertise cash only for now with an available ATM for an additional fee. I could've came with cash already on hand if I knew beforehand. When this dispensary gets their system setup to start accepting bank cards it'll be another plus for them.Since I ordered online, I was able to browse their site. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR WEEKLY DEALS!!!! If they apply to you. I was in the market for a brand and this dispensary had an offer in their weekly ad for it, buy 2 and get the third for $1. WHAT?! Who can beat that???!!! Don't see that often, let alone at a dispensary. The price that I was quoted online was exactly the price I paid, which was awesome! First timers get a 10% discount, online orders get a 5% discount taken off at pickup. Weekly ads on their site are definitely something you should check out, may take your total from $75 to $51 for a particular brand like it did for part of my order. Bring cash for now unless you want to pay the ATM fee plus your bank fee (if it charges too). Security, receptionist and clerk were all friendly. The clerk went over my order, item by item, and shared discounts and deals that applied to my order too. Pretty thorough which is great! Located just across the street from Home Depot, it's easy to pull in at the light without UTurns or extra maneuvers. Parking lot isn't too spacious, but if you go early like I did you'll have room between cars. I will most likely be returning, especially since they offer a lot of CDB / Delta 8 products in high ratios that other dispensaries lack or charge an excessive amount for.

OMG, FINALLY!  A walk in dispensary in El Cerrito. Super clean, great prices, their staff is awesome and selection incredible. I'm especially excited they carry my favorite flowers from @CoastalSun.

NUG is cool. I'm happy this dispensary opened up because of the selection, and I usually find 14g of good shhh for $75. Also, the treatment. I hate being what I feel is stalked while browsing to see what I'm looking for. The budtenders greet me, ask me if I need anything and if I don't, they let me know they're available if I need anything. I also like the speedy checkout process. Once I select what I want, it's usually at the counter for checkout by the time I'm ready to leave. Staying open so late is also another perk of this place, and there's ton of restaurants around for food.
