This place has decent products but every time I go there the staff are rude and sorta snobbish. It seems more like a clique of 20-something stoners with rich parents than an actual business. I get that the pot pretty much sells itself but that's no excuse to completely ignore customer service. They wont even try to have conversations with me when I break the ice. I won't be going back.

Definitely wouldn't go back here or recommend it to anyone.  My boyfriend and I usually go to The Green Solution Edgewater which is just a few blocks west of this Native Roots location.  We went to TGS on a Saturday night and they were out of pre-rolls, so we figured we would try Native Roots.  It was packed of course (Saturday night at 10:00, very few places open and everyone trying to get their party on.)  We got in line and were waiting our turn when the guy behind the counter yelled "GUYS, I'M GONNA NEED YOU TO PUT YOUR PHONES AWAY!"  We were just kinda killing time in line playing phone games which usually isn't a big deal at most dispensaries.  They get mad if you take pics or video, understandably, but usually just having your phone out is no biggie.  I put my phone in my purse right away, but my boyfriend is on Dominican time and was finishing a game of chess.  The guy behind the counter was like "SIR?! SIR?!  PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY RIGHT NOW!" and then literally 10 seconds later yelled "IF YOU DON'T PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO LEAVE!"  Um...what. the. f--k?  This guy had no chill. I have met cops with more chill.  I have met TSA agents with more chill.  No one was even taking pictures, bro.  SETTLE DOWN!  I was so put off that I wanted to leave right then without buying anything, but we had already been in line for 20 minutes and decided to stay.  Unfortunately, the Mr. No Chill was our budtender.  He was nice enough, but the damage was done.  The joint we bought was ok and a decent price, but the whole experience was just icky.If you have a no phone policy, that's fine, but you need to have very clear signs stating that policy.  And the employees should really ask nicely at first instead of going straight to jerk mode.  We have always had fantastic service at TGS.  Their prices are a little higher but I would rather pay that and be treated with respect.  Wake up, Native Roots!  There are literally dozens of dispensaries in a five mile radius.  People can and will go elsewhere when you treat them like criminals.

Bought a few pax cartridges from here. Last one I got there was an air bubble in it. The guy said it wasn't leaking and it was fine. 4 days later I have gone through the entire cartridge when normally it lasts me a little more than two weeks. I call them up and ask what might be wrong. The guy on the phone said it could be multiple reasons. If there is an air bubble in it not to use it until the air bubble has gone away from the bottom of the cartridge away from the coils. I said I wasn't aware of that and how come they didn't tell me that? He said because it becomes redundant to tell everyone that info who buys a cartridge. He said it also just comes with knowledge of using the pax pen. I won't be going back, thanks Trevor for telling me doing your job is redundant.

Native Roots is such an amazing dispo. I drive some miles to go to this store in particular, because A) OPEN UNTIL 11:50 PMB) HAVE SOME GREAT DEALS C) GREAT STAFFWill continue shopping at this store for many more joints to come

I open my bag that I bought Saturday and open the containers with the gummies that were supposed to be in it and I found it empty I will never shop at native roots ever again or recommend them to anyone

I live in a nearby nursing home.  If you've ever lived in a "home" you know that quality weed is pretty much essential. And a friendly,local joint like"nativeroots"  is a real bonus their top self weed is as good as any available in town.What sets "Roots" apart is their friendly,personal service.They know us all by name  (my "nursing homies") lol,and offer detaied, personal recommendations for each of us, They've got a wide selection of edibles and other THC related items,and Trevor,Catherine and the rets of the crew are definitely worth your visit  Top Shelf, Roots!!J.P.

Flew into Denver late. And found this place on google. Got here around 11pm on a Monday and the staff was super cool.  About $9 uber ride / 15 mins from downtown. They sold me a lemon kush that was good for getting chores done during the day time. Best prices I saw in denver. Recommend this place if you need a late night hook up.

This place is the best. I've gone to others but once I went here I won't go anywhere else. The staff is so so nice and helpful and make the experience easy and pleasant. I've never had to wait more than 5 mins either, which is awesome, and the staff is efficient without rushing me. Also they have a good selection of edibles, and usually have what I want in stock. Great place, will only go here from now on!

Customer service was awesome but this company has really taken a nose-dive. They don't sell grams anymore because, apparently, everything already comes to them pre-packaged. What a scam!

Found this gem nearby our hotel for our CO visit. There was no wait, which started our visit off great. The staff was very informational and patient in describing the different strains and made me feel special when they found out it was my 21st birthday!! The flower offered has variety (from stuff you've never heard before, to your everyday favorite buds). Will DEFINITELY be making another stop before our vacation ends :) btw Kathryn (or Catherine)and Brianna in particular was awesome and SUPER helpful!! Big shoutout to them!!!

Loooooooooooooooooooooooooong wait. Dear jesus. You wait to get inside, then you wait another 45 min to buy. The entire time you are watching them go soooooooo slow, and they had 2 registers open with 4 employees. Wow. ineptitude.

Meh, over priced, poor customer service, the bud tenders are not knowledgable of their products and don't appear to care about their jobs.  Only have gone there for coupon deals.  The latest coupon deal was a 15 dollar 1/8....only one strain you could get....high CBT strain low THC.  Go to greenwerkz for better quality and priced herb and northern lights for better quality herb and better priced edibles. Don't waste your time on these idiots.

Could not have better things to say about this place !! Chris and Janay  are amazing and Chris kept us laughing the whole time- I will go out of my way to come here every time. plus, for all of you wondering, they have Foria thanks guys !!

Working in the industry that I do, when I am doing business interactions I look for phenomenal customer service skills. It's almost impossible to find these days!Alex at Native Roots has waited on my associate and I many time. We make a point every time we go in, to make sure Alex is our bud tender/sales associate. Employees with these impeccable interpersonal skills, are what make a company flourish and take off!Way to go Native Roots for having Alex on your team! Employees like this are a unicorn status. Thank you for making me a repeat customer !Also, Native Roots product presentation is done very well, and makes for a pleasant shopping experience !

Pre-rolls are really potent and for $6 it's a great deal. $5 Ganjala edibles are great too, and once they had these pre-rolls of this herb called "Shire", which might be the best weed I have ever smoked. Please bring it back if anyone who works there sees this review and have it in stock all the time, pretty please and thanks.  Very little wait times for the most part, don't have the biggest parking lot but it's cool, I love this place.

This place would definitely receive five stars from me if the service weren't aaagonizingly slow.  Actually Writing this review while standing in a seemingly interminable line.  Still, friendly staff, fair prices and good bud.

I went in there with my wife about a month and a half ago and I was talking to my wife and the lady Alexis behind the counter flipped out on us and said we couldn't talk to each other and said she was gonna kick us off the property lol wow wtf so I talked to the manager and he offered me a 5.00 joint in order to keep going there lol so I went back in and got the one stinking joint and I left and never went back to native roots ! Thank to Alexis you lost a daily customer!The Dab by Next Harvest ! Woot woot !!!

Alex is the best budtender! He is always smiling and provides A+ customer service.  His attitude is contagious and that is so rare. We are always a little sad when  Ale isn't there. This spot has lots of good stuff. Thank you for all you do for all of us!

Love this place, the customers that come in and whine about no cell phones, bad weed, and that bud tenders don't care are stupid. This chain is the biggest in Colorado, I think people could cry a little more over buying legal weed. To all you crybabies, they don't want your business or your attitude. Amazing shop and good product, if you don't like it don't come in, we don't want you here anyway! Native Roots!

I've been to a couple different Native Roots locations now, all have been wonderful! Alex at this location has been my budtender and couple times. He's very nice, knowledgeable, and continues to work as he talks which some people can forget lol. I will be there this morning for the early bird specials!

Prices are high. Just like everywhere else that's recreational. Its also in the city of Edgewater. Taxes are gonna be different(high), Fyi. Live walking distance from euflora on smokey hill, pretty much same stuff just different names and locations. Gonna pay 20 for a gram either way..

Awesome place - At first, but then they raised their prices and the quality of the weed went down also the manager Michale treated me and her employees like second rate citizens - I will never shop here again and if I were you (I would spare yourself some time and money it's not worth it!!!)

The bud here is better than any dispensary in the area, and the employees are all very considerate and accommodating. Always an eighth on special, why go anyplace else...

Takes forever. I'm now on my second day attempting to order because they are unable to fill online orders I guess. I ordered once at about 10PM and another at 3PM....in both instances it's been at least 4 hours before I got a text. ‍

This place is an absolute joke! Not only was the old bud tender rude and disinterested, they only had ONE sativa strain available. Unless I wanted less than popcorn size small buds that looked like they were black in color. I could tell it was dirty weed as in they likely didn't flush out their plants enough. Gross! Literally 2 flower options. What a total disappointment!I will never go here again.

On a trip to Denver, I was told about Native roots. I stopped in and the set up was grade, the staff as well. They are very knowledgeable and will help you find exactly what your looking for. I tried a variety of products and they were all great! I highly recommend.

I was the only customer. Greeting was perfunctory  when I arrived. The woman who helped me with my order was professional, efficient and nice. The parking lot was a mess. Overflowing trash receptacle, trash on the ground. Would not go back based on this. Gives a negative impression from the beginning.

Visiting from Houston, and every time I come here with friends we are always greeted with friendly employees. Today, I came in with my friends to look for some flower and ran into Jessica. I won't say much but the experience left me so unmotivated to want to buy anything and just rather be sober. I hope your day/night gets better Jessica. Be the light for other people

I'm not particularly loyal to any dispensary, though Native Roots was fast and efficient this weekend. They have an easy web interface, which makes it quick to navigate between the products you're looking for. I usually buy 1/2 gram joints and they have a solid selection. After placing my order, an employee called me to let me know that they were currently out of one of the strains. So I doubled down on another one, and they informed my order was ready for pickup. Dispensaries have all sorts of rules and regulations during normal operations. However, I think the current COVID-19 situation suits their business model perfectly. I walked in, they checked my ID, and allowed one person into the main room at a time. My budtender packaged up two Strawberry Lemonades, two Harlequins (low THC, high CBD) and one Jack Flash. Quick, to the point and affordable. Thanks guys!

I had gone back to try again and this time I ended up getting a much better batch of Gorilla Glue and absolutely love it. Thank you for the amazing service the other day. I forgot the name of the girl who helped me but she was very understanding about my situation of needing to lip read and the masks.

some of the rudest employees i ever experienced at a dispensary. didn’t even get to try any of the products as the interactions with the employees was enough to make me walk out. was coming here at 11 pm because all other medical dispensaries are closed so maybe that’s why they are crabby because it’s late? anyways not a good enough excuse to throw a patients ID and card back at them then make them wait as all 3 employees stand there talking to each other while ignoring me the only patient there. whole experience was enough to make me go home and make my own edibles instead haha

Ashley & Bri are amazing bud tenders. The entire customer service there is friendly & they listen to what you need/want. I've asked for suggestions numerous times & came through. I would highly suggest going here. Their prices are good as well.
