GAVIN is the man! He educated us. Helped us choose the right things for me and expedited us on the way out. His services and knowledge was spot on. Also informed us about the company. This place gets better every visit. THANK YOU GAVIN AND CREW

Normally when I order from here they're fast and reliable with exceptional service. However, my last visit I ordered some edibles and wax online, then once I got there I added two wedding cake graphic tee's. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was like any other time, in and out. But once I decided to actually enjoy my order ( a couple days later) I notice neither my edibles or wax was present. I said all of that to say this. PLEASE! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTER! Or you will end up like me, paying order $100 for two t-shirts. Smh!!!

This place is amazing. I've been here so many times and each time it was more amazing than the last. Nick helped me out my first time, what a gentleman l, my second time it was Austin who served me outside service incredibly. They all went above and beyond to satisfy my purchase everytime. Hands down to this beautiful establishment and its employees. I cannot forget about the manages there ether. Answered my concerns and questions accordingly. I love this place hands down

Definitely over the past year have stepped up their game! Always have had good customer service, improved wait times. Good product rotation. Prices are better than competitors. Fairly good specials when available.

Updated for today's experience!! Great place, amazing products, better than amazing customer service. I have never in my many trips here ever had anything go wrong that wasn't my error, like wrong time slot picked, am instead of pm. Quick call to customer service and all taken care of. Kevin behind the counter second to none. Guys at the door, same, always a nice experience walking in. It's nice to pay a visit to a company where the people genuinely care, and go out of their way to help. Anyone with the, that's what they're paid to do has no clue the quality of employee they have, and their corporate culture is wonderful, this should be a model for any company. I'm retiring from my current job of 30 years soon. I always couldn't wait to get out of the corporate meat grinder and be done. I really now want to leave and work for a company like this until I am ready to really retire. It's that good of a company, and I can only imagine working with the quality and competence level in a coworker that that they have built at Insa from the ground up. 200 star rating if I could. If you are a cannabis enthusiast this has to be experienced first hand. If you haven't been, you owe it to yourself to go and check it out, I can personally guarantee you won't be disappointed.
