I posted three stars for Apothecarium in Thorndale. However, I am changing it to five stars. My complaint was that the flower was too dry. I later found out that that's how it is sold in the state of Pennsylvania for vaping only. The staff is incredible! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It is a great dispensary.

I found this place to be NOT SAFE for me.  I was attacked in the parking lot.  I began to retreat, then their security guard intervened and swung both arms up and they hit me as I was retreating.  Then he claimed that I hit him.  Seriously?!?

Terrific place all the way around. Very clean, extremely helpful staff....always. Polite, efficient and well versed in their products and if they don't have the answer, they will find it for you rather than just guess. Big plus for that one. They are so helpful if you're not sure what to get, with suggestions and information. Mike, the Mgr is great. They frequently have specials. Best place I've found, so I only shop here now.   Kudos to to Mel, Rob and Sam too!

I've been to a fair few dispensaries in the area and I consistently come back to the Apothecarium in Thorndale for the absolutely stellar customer service. Whether I've had an issue with a defective product, asked for a recommendation, or just wanted some pleasant conversation as I make my purchases I've never been left wanting. The selection is continuing to expand as they bring in new brands and producers - there is always something new to sample. A rewards or loyalty program of some sort would be nice, but I'm willing to pay a premium for one of the most welcoming retail experiences I've experienced.

I love the staff so friendly and knowledgeable always ready to help. The reason I gave a 4/5 is because one their online menu is horrible to navigate and no curbside pick up. Another reason is most places have a point reward system and they do not offer that here at all. No curb side no points, and your online menu needs some serious help! I also love this place cause it’s very rare you have a long wait, but I also assume it’s because the other places around have a little better product and better selection

I'm not new to cannabis, but I am new to the medical marijuana world, and they made the process easy and they explained the products really well. It seems like they have a ton of options, but I have never been to a different dispensary so you'll have to see for yourself. The menu is online and the lady said they rotate their products a lot, so I would say for certain that it's definitely enough. Staff was friendly and seemed to be very personable to everyone. Decent prices, and they dont just send you too the expensive stuff. Five stars from me.
