furious!  ordered two cartridges!  sativa and indica!  i returned to store to fix my order because they gave me two indicas!  when i approached the guy who helped me, long hair and skinny, he knew he messed up and stated he knows where he went wrong!  get to the counter and he startes blaming me! he tells me i can not exchange one of the cartridges because i already left the store for less than 20 minutes!  he tried arguing with me about what i ordered when i know what i ordered in the first place that is why i returned once i noticed it was wrong!  so much for customer service!  been there so many times and one bad experience is all it takes to never go back!

Cj is the best it Reminds me of a West Coast dispensary great vibe very helpful I go by three dispensaries in the mass to get to this one well worth it. Go in ask for cj you won't regret it

I loved coming here for the first time to get my hands on some tinctures and oils. Mikey was a friendly face, and welcomed me in, instructing me where to go. This place did a wonderful job complying with the CDC guidelines and had a diverse selection of inventory. I can't wait to come back, the customer service is so worth it!

Feels like A west coast dispensary when you walk in and get to see 30+ strains of flower on display! Custom glass, great staff, what more could you ask for? A lot of people are disappointed with prices but everywhere in MA is the same especially with the state tax that they can't control

Found out grass was recreational in MA & this location came up as the nearest to our location. The dispensary is right off of Main St with nice small town vibe. The location is spacious and very welcoming and the staff were super cool. Maryland needs to get on board...

I was really bummed when I moved out of the area and had to find a new place to go to. However, since moving I still make it a point to stop into Greenstar whenever I am in the area. No other dispensary in the area has the selection of product that Greenstar has or the customer service. This will always be the best dispensary in the area.

We are in the state on vacation and needed a place to pick up products - found GreenStar Herbals online and placed an order. We arrived at the facility, which was very clean and a beautiful establishment, and got right in. Inside was very organized. My debit card would not work upon checkout but they were sweet and helpful. They have an ATM on-site which was a lifesaver. Interacted with two separate employees and a manger...all of whom were receptive and smiled the whole time! I have been consuming for many years but this was my VERY FIRST TIME in a dispensary. I was so pleased, I wish we lived here so we could go all the time! I would give 100 stars if I could.

Best dispensary I've been to in MA. Awesome prices and even though it's low THC it's still great quality bud. The staff is so friendly and I love the small talk when I'm waiting for my order, never awkward and uncomfortable! They try very hard to make the experience as comfortable as possible and they're all very educated and informative. I recommend this place to all of my friends who smoke.

This place is excellent. Clean, friendly and plenty of parking. They have some great products for every type of customer. My favorite bud tender is definitely Ron. He is very knowledgeable, but not shy about asking for team input if he is unsure. He won’t BS you, and can help you feel at ease if you are new to cannabis.

Always a pleasant visit every time. Customer service is always excellent and they greet everyone with a smile, which in turn makes me smile. I love that there's Sooo many options to choose from! I love the convenience of how close to home this location is versus other local dispensaries. The lines may appear long at times, but always move along quickly. The atmosphere is peaceful, inviting/welcoming, and the music is a nice added touch. I do have a few favorite agents, but today's visit was the cherry on top for me. Kara has a beautiful spirit and a wonderful personality. We had a nice chat during my transaction, and it just made my day. Best wishes to her and all the other agents at GreenStar! You're the best!!

My favorite dispensary in my area. I almost always order on their website and they have it ready when I get there. Which is great because it super fast if your in hurry. The staff has always treated me great while having A friendly, welcoming vibe to them. For example like this evening the young man behind the counter, Anthony was super friendly and helpful after he waved me over to his window. I was greeted by warmly and as if he was happy to see me He went out of his way to lift me up when I told him I had a long day at work. I must say you have great employees and a great way of running your establishment. Keep up the good work! And thank you for being part of my community. -Peter
