very long wait lines, even with online order in advance and a confirmed pickup time!  prices tend to be higher compared to other clinics also

Have been to them all yet, but Restore is probably the best Dispensary chain in the state. Staff is always informative and welcoming while offer programs to help take the sting out of the pricing here. I love stopping by and talking to Tyler about the new products and strains that are released.

The staff is friendly and very personable.  Excellent selection and Knowledgeable staff help make this place an enjoyable experience.  Clean organized environment with smiling positive associates willing and able to assist.  Selection continues to get better and better!!  Would be cool if they also sold accessories such as airtight containers with built in locks/combo for home/travel.  I think patients would be interested.

Never seems to be well staffed with cashiers when it's busy although lots of registers are open.very irritating when I arrive before my time slot and i don't get my product until after my time slot! Needs to have better service/faster/more employees.

Lately the wait is ridiculously long.  Even if there are only one or two people in front of you, plan on standing in line for at least 30 minutes.   Only one person takes care of on line orders as far as I can tell even though there are plenty of staff members all over the place.  And they seem to not have the AC on. So plan on being very warm and while waiting with a mask on.

Not going back! I purchased a cartridge, went home, opened it and there was nothing in the package. I contacted the receptionist and explained the situation. I was told by him that this isn't the first time this has happened and that the way this is typically handled is that the manager of the dispensary contacts the vendor, the vendor issues the dispensary a credit which is then given to replace the product or lack there of in this case. He asked for my name and phone number so a manager could call me back to help rectify the situation. About 3 hours later, I received a call from Dan the manager who told me that I basically have to contact Cresco(the vendor) and take it up with them and that the dispensary is not responsible! It may not be the product they produced but, it was the dispensary that received it and then sold it to me. It is THEIR responsibility to rectify the situation. At the very least, the "manager" should be the one contacting the vendor. Extremely unprofessional.

A nice place but the wait times and setup are not acceptable during this outbreakThey have this huge room but for sine reason cram people waiting next to each other in the side waiting area.  This makes no sense. Meanwhile all their people are safe far away behind plexiglass ?? WtfAlso why are we waiting? Every order is placed ahead of time. Hand me my stuff should take less time
