I absolutely love coming here. Taylor is always so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all the products. Everything she's recommended has been amazing and I find myself excited to see what's she's going to have for me next.

Great space and selection. Best part is that tax is included in their pricing. Taylor helped prepare an online order I had and was so amazing and informative about any questions I had when I arrived. Can't wait to come back! (I've also been in another time and if you happen to catch Frenchy then know you're also in great hands; very personable, patient, and wants to make sure you get what you're asking for)

I loved this place. Was my favorite but unfortunately one of the bud tenders that sees me come in with my partner disrespectfully started DMing my man. Woman be careful cuz they will flirt and talk to your men behind your back. I have her name if y'all interested lol Sad because woman to woman she seen us come in together all the time. But the times I wouldn't go, she'd be extra friendly. Petty I know but I'm sharing my experience cuz I feel uncomfortable going in there anymore. Great weed tho! Lots of polynesians made me feel at home. :(

My wife and I have been coming for 3 years now and every visit we get treated like family.We use to commute 30 min just for this shop and now we moved five minutes away! That's how much we love it here. Jumbo takes good care of us every time and every one else in the team are super nice. Most definitely recommend!

Love coming here, everyone is super chill and accommodating. I've been helped by Carol many times, she is awesome...she has great knowledge about the products and is easy to ask questions too. They have great deals everyday. I go Saturday's since it's buy one get one 50% off. I like to mix it up so that works for me. Thanks to everyone who works there...you all keep things moving smoothly. Ive never had a bad experience...also, make sure you tip them!

This is my goto spot near East Village, and while it's kind of hard to play favorites with all the World Class Budtenders on staff, Taylor makes it pretty hard not to. She has the chillest vibe and always has insight to offer with a smile. LBGR offers a fantastic selection of Highs, Mediums and Lows - depending on you budget. If you can hold out on re-upping until Fridays, everything in the store is buy 1 get 1 50% off same brand items. That's a quarter for $45 to $90 depending on your price range. What other shop beats that?

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. The manager (old guy with beard) is very rude. The bud is over priced, they always have the same strains!! Nothing new, and if it goes on sale prepare for it to be dry and brittle.

staff is very nice, always have been. Prices are where they should be and the best part is no having to figure in tax as the price you see is the out the door price. This is my go to spot and has been since i moved to LB from ELA a few years back.  Wide selection as well compared to other spots. Carol is awesome. Nice, friendly and informative :). She cute and thick too

Michelle with the purple hair was amazing! She was super helpful, knew her shit. And was an all-around boss bitch. She found the best flower we needed, in our price range. Totally made our night!

Good experience, no issues. Tax is included within the items of what you purchased. Employees are somewhat knowledgeable of their products, but if you're looking for something specifically geared toward medicinal purposes; I would double check the strains through leafly. Only come to smoke shops for my babes as he needs it for medicinal purposes for his chronic nerve pain and muscle spasms. Good products, few good choices of cbd strain flowers. Parking kind of sucks.

The LB Green Room is one of the BEST dispensaries in East LB. A great selection of THC flower and edibles. Their bud tenders are friendly and informative. Thank you Carol!!!! This is the place to find your next favorite bud.

Came in this evening because I previously bought a battery (their Green Room brand) about a month ago and it completely got stuck in the charger and pulled the wires out (breaking the charger and battery). I understand that they can only give out a limited warranty with these products, but I was in disbelief that this was only 7 days. The girl who helped me out (wearing a maroon sweatshirt on 12/14 @ 5 pm) was honestly pretty rude to me about the situation and seemed frustrated that I was even asking about the broken product. I will not be coming back to this dispensary.

LBGR is the best dispensary in SO CAL. Everyone who works there is fantastic. All knowledgeable and helpful, and they have to deal with a lot of clowns and still keep a good attitude. Carol is always very nice to me and my partner when we come into the shop. Thanks for keeping us coming back, guys! Not to mention BOGO DEALS!!

The green room is great. Taxes are not ideal but a bit less than the Lyft which is the other shop near by. They always have bogo deals going on. Props to Budtender Jessica who made my stop there quick and simple.

I never write reviews but I have to for my Green Room fam. There is no other dispensary I will go to since I found them over a year ago! Not only do they always fire selections and crazy deals (no idea what the negative reviews saying their bud isn't quality or overpriced are talking about) they really care and take care of you! I can trutfully say I have never had one bad experience here and going in always brings a smile to my face. I recently got rid of my car but no worries because they deliver for free! And they STILL take just as good cared of you- last purchase I made an order for a 1 gram cartridge and they sent a .5 gram by accident, I believe it still matched the price but to fix the small error, they threw in a 1 gram cart along with my order for this week after I had completely forgot about it. SO fucking sweet. All the budtenders and drivers are great and knowledgable. 10/10 recommend, even and especially through a pandemic.

Visited because I wanted to dig into CBD.  Took tincture home and I figured pour it wasn't for me.  Figured I was $60 in the hole cause everybody knows dispensaries can't refund.  I went in on a whim to see if the manager could work something out with me.Right away, the manager said I could exchange for something else, but he took the time to explain CBD for me.  I didn't feel like he was trying to convince me, but simply wanted me to have a good CBD experience.  I ended up trading for edibles, but I really appreciate the manager working with me and making an effort to maintain the quality and reputation of their business.  I forgot to get his name, cause I'm an asshole and do drugs.

Super easy on my first visit. I just showed them ID, no forms to fill out like other places and I went straight in. I knew what I wanted as there's a brand and strain of cartridges I smoke. I had a chat with the bud tender but I didn't need any advice so I can't comment on their expertise. I have to say for cartridges they have a big selection. I came here because they have the Kurvana ascnd I like which is sold out at the Connect closer to my house. Gotta say that parking out front is a pain but they told me there is parking in the back. I'll be back.

The best feature of this establishment outside of their wonderful staff, is that Tax is figured into the purchase. So you can actually say, " May I please have the most I can possibly get for a specific price."That is huge! Very friendly way of doing business.

Speaking on behalf of my husband: this establishment operates unprofessionally and condones treating their patrons with aggression and physical violence completely unwarranted.  As a regular customer you think you would be treated with respect... think again.  The manager is unprofessional/disrespectful and commends violent actions from employees.  A formal complaint has been filed with the Bureau of Cannabis Control against this shop.

A friend told me about this dispensary a few years ago. I'm very glad that I live close by. The staff inside is excellent. Jessica is particularly great. She's always got the answer to any question and she will tell you the best deals while pointing out the best quality product with a friendly smile. The folks behind the counter over there really know what they are talking about. Either they have used the product or they've heard about it from customer word of mouth. This place has wonderful product and a staff that is very knowledgeable and very cheerful!

First thing...They are doing an amazing job prioritizing safety! The staff was amazingly helpful, I'm from out of state and they were so kind and patient with me. I was helped by Michelle who really made me feel like a friend trying to help me out and not just someone trying to make a sale! Would 100% come here again. My new favorite dispensary!

The front door guy is rude as hell the place has very little selection almost nothing organic.... person in the counter they know any of the products and couldn't answer any of my questions wow just wow.

At first I used to like coming to Long Beach Green room, I would spend $40 to get a indica strain and it would taste top notch. Today I went & was solid a indica strain three days in a row that wasn't that good at all, quality of strains they have now isn't good and it's kind of jipping people.. I called to speak with a manager and the girl told me I could speak with one in 20 minutes, I called back in 20 minutes as instructed then she went on telling me I can't speak to a manager and what is it do I need help with and sounded very aggressive over the phone. This establishment needs new employees and needs to understand customers come first always!

Hands down the best dispensary in Long Beach!The staff is very educated and go out of their way to make sure i get exactly what im looking for! Doesn't hurt that i live 5 mins away either

Really amazing staff and products, but the parking situation is a joke. Inconsiderate people constantly park illegally in their tiny lot and make it impossible for those parked in actual parking spots to leave, and little is really done to discourage people from doing so. A great spot for those who can walk or take a bird, but look elsewhere if you're driving.

Really nice budtender's super clean location, parking is available if there not full inside! Okay prices !

I went to this place I was hopeful because its just a 5 minute drive from my house. I joined, then I bought some GP. Got it home. Very disappointed....It barely had a scent and there was no stickiness whatsoever. My roommate and I felt like we were smoking crappy middies.I definitely will not be going there again and giving them my forty bucks...I'd rather take the drive to Wilmington and know I'll be happy when I get back home...

Such a cute shop a couple min away from downtown LB! Everyone here is super friendly and very knowledgeable about cannabis. Super easy check in and they have some great deals running! Parking is limited - so give yourself enough walking time  Cheers!

Just got back from a few Recreational dispensaries. And this place was by far the one to AVOID. Came in and gave the front desk guy my ID told him it was my first time. He was cool about it. Then told me to wait. Then i was having a conversation with another guy and then i was told i couldnt come in. For no reason! I asked him why and he said he was good. Is that how you treat a new customer?! Recommendation GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This is the best shop ever!! The shop provides parking in the back which is extremely convenient and accessible. The staff from the security guards to the bud tenders are all so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The shop itself is always clean and tranquil vibes can be felt throughout. The flower is of the highest quality! You won't find the same strain in four different jar choices here. I won't go anywhere else for flower or concentrates!! If you are looking for quality customer service, check this place out! I was a FTP looking around for a new Heavy Hitters vape and thank god this place had them in stock! The bud-tender recommended trying the Purple Punch strain and it put me right to sleep. Thank you so much Long Beach Green Room, I will be back!

Long Beach Green Room, hands down, has the coolest interior design I've ever seen. The outside looks like any other building on the street, but once you enter the bud room, it feels like walking into another world - no joke! I love coming here to host events and run special deals for Rad vapes. The energy of the staff and average customer makes this a really enjoyable place to be at any time. The Rad team loves this shop and is looking forward to coming through again in the future! :)

Aww man I used to love The Green Room , great budtenders and better marijuana..... but then all of a sudden new budtenders appeared and the greens sold to me were weak dry and a complete waste of money. I expressed this to the budtenders at my next visit and they were completely uninterested like as if the companies name was not of their best interest and that they did not care about their job at all. A shame because this dispensary was one of the only local spots I would go to due to transportation and business around my busy schedule. Anyways I hope the new female employees could do better for other customers. As for me I won't be returning unless I know the people running the store care enough to not make one feel robbed of their monies and health experiences good marijuana can offer.

So I have been to this dispensary a lot and never had a really positive experience with the bud tenders in the back. Front desk people amazing. I always come in during happy hour or some kind of patient appreciation stuff.  I have gotten my free pre roll once in all the time times I've been for happy hour. Today 6/23/2018 patient appreciation day. I go in get my medicine and again nothing and it's always the same budtender.

My favorite dispensary by far in long Beach. Great customer service and they have my favorite products. I go out of my to come here and it's totally worth it. They have good hours and I LOVE their vendor days.

My friends used to come here before they moved to Palm Springs! They always said good stuff about this place. I've never bought weed before but, one night, us girls decided to go get some for our nervous guys who were studying. We arrived and handed them our ID and went in.We were greeted, immediately, by Jessica who was very knowledgeable and helpful and took time to explain everything to us so that we could get the right strains/brands. We got a really good deal! Definitely coming back! Thank you!

When there for there September specials buy one get one. There was no such thing as a buy one get one . I find this to be pretty sure Entender pointed out and tell me which ones were buy one get one but then again when I got them it was the old switch and bait  by one get one. So there Bogo was bogus. No one define what I needed but it wasn't the price that I expected I don't recommend this place. Because it's a scam. I thought to myself this is too good to be true.. I recommend going to the Catalyst Screw the small time places.

Been going here for 2 years seen people come and go but there is a great Co-worker diversity set in this workplace and I love how they bring in their customer service reputation, also I Love the very outgoing and loving decorations that you guys are setting up for Halloween. I'm going to give them another try.   I really appreciated the call.  He was polite and thoughtful and the fact that they've now changed what is required is exactly what I hoped they would do.  Hey, I check what the rules are every time I fly now because it is constantly changing.  All of the rules are changing daily.  These are stressful times.  We can't just make them up to suit the moment though and they now get that.  Sometimes we all take things for granted.  We need to find our true sense of community again.  Thank you!These guys have had my business for years.  I started going when I was first diagnosed with cancer, but no more.  Alex can't seem to find the same address that his coworkers have found multiple times and then lies to his manager and says he was here and I wasn't.  No, he was at the building next door.  Not my house.  Then they have the nerve to say that I have to have my phone on me and that it is a requirement.  Ya, no!  I've never had my phone on me.  Just my ID like the site and message says.  My phone was upstairs. Then the manager and the driver say I'm lying that I was not out front.  Then the guys makes me re-enter the order and good ol Alex comes back and was just looking for an excuse to play games by arguing with me.  You just lost my business and that of everyone I know.  Customer service is in the stink hole.  There are too many other businesses that we can go to for better service.

Come here for the best service and of your medicinal needs! My first experience here was like any other dispensaries: cold welcome from the "bouncers", an awkward waiting area with other bud-heads-- like it feels like others can hear what you're thinking, (amirite?) But, once you enter through those doors, you feel like a kid again, like remember that candy store called The Sweet Factory? Yeah... like that. LBGR is one of my favorite spot in the area when I'm around. ALL of the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, very patient, and tailor to your needs. If you feel like getting you're ripped off, then 'm sure Juanito that kid with that red Mongoose from the Barrio can hook you up ;) If your flowers dry, learn to speak up to a staff/manager so they can address the issue. I mean, isn't MJ suppose to keep you calm TF down? My only issue, is when you run out of my favorite prerolls. Hehe, happy tokin' (or topical rubbing, or chugging)!

Long Beach Green Room was my first experience in a cannabis dispensary a few years ago and it was a good one, so I decided to stop by again recently for some gummies. I didn't realize that there was a parking lot available to customers behind the store and spent too much time searching for a street spot... don't be like me and use the lot. The female gatekeeper greeted me by name after scanning my I.D., which I thought was nice. I was again greeted very warmly by Celina, who helped me pick out the products that I needed. There was a buy one get the second one 50% off deal, which I took advantage of. The flavor that I wanted wasn't available, but the flavor that I ended up taking home was even better! I will definitely return to LBGR and will remember to use the parking lot in the back :).

Alex, Taylor & Celina have been super nice, helpful & patient. Always a great experience, except the security & some boss dude in the back coming out with issued about where you stand, how you stand or what you lean on or against

Alex was very helpful when choosing certain strands based on the specifics I was asking for. A great bud tender! LB Green room is super convenient, has a great selection and the new deals they are offering are hard to beat! I recommend going on the weekend for the bogo 50% off and you can mix match brands! Service is great, everyone is friendly and super attentive! ? in my opinion!

Incredible place. I'm not a flower type of person but Jackie's product knowledge and well informed advice led me to Choose a Napalm Flower Bomb. Pricey? Yes. Like I mentioned, I'm not the flower type, however, I am more than well pleased with her recommendation. Great place and atmosphere. Definitely stop by and see for yourself. Worth it.
