Very knowledgeable staff. They guide you through everything and are more than happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend this upscale clinic.

I didn't know much about cannabis, but this girl with red hair helped me and explained everything to me, I wish I got her name. She was a pleasure to deal with. So knowledgeable, I will be staying at this dispensary as long as she's there

I like that this location is medical only because the time in and out is realitively swift.  I was dealing with a very hard thing in my life that day and Zac made my day with his pleasant energy and great service.  Everyone is extreemly nice and accomodating, even the security guard always has a big smile on his face.  The loyaly program is better than some of the other dispensaries in the area and they always have a nice selection across the board. To the individaul who gave one star; I guarantee they had a good reason to take the action they did.  I'm happy they made a big deal about insisting you wear a mask, even if it was curbside.  Staff comes in contact with many people in one day and until we reach herd immunity, we can never be too careful.

My orders are always ready when I arrive and im in and out quickly!

Amazing staff and very helpful! Zac, Pina, Natalie, and Nancy are amazing and very educated! Even the security guards are friendly and ask how you are doing.  I highly recommend!!

I love being able to pre-order and pick up items when I know what I want.  When I don't know what to get, the staff always has great recommendations.  Everyone is helpful and friendly!

I was  there on January 7 Thursday forgot my mask, but  I had a curbside pick up outside in my car. They made a big deal out of it & refused to serve me even though I offered to cover my face and then on Friday they decide to call the police and file a complaint against me, a false one as a matter fact. I don't recommend going to this place. Go to verilife in Arlington Heights  they give you 15% off every visit if you're a medical patient

Awesome selection and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have experienced nothing but wonderful customer service, and the pre order system has worked great with Covid safety and staying in your car for pick up. I had issues a couple times with some defective products and they helped me out and credited me no problem. Highly recommend!

Since turning to Curaleaf the prices have gone up. They still have the best point system around, some good specials and great service, but with their competitors now offering slightly lower prices and IL doing away the requirement that you only use your assigned dispensary, going to this out-of-the way location has lost some appeal.

TL:DR - Never coming here again; 70 minute wait while seeing all customers that came after get served first; manager yelled/spat at us and refused to wear his mask during Pandemic, was getting lots of spit droplets on my face.Many good experiences before the management change, but after this one horrible one, never coming here again.After seeing online confirmation our order was ready, we arrive at the location and check in via the website. We are parked in 1 of the 2 curbside pickup spots, and we selected curbside pickup as our option. No one comes to us, and after 20 minutes, we decide to call in (I cannot physically walk up, as I just had surgery), we were told it was our fault for not parking in the right place (why would we park in a NON Curbside spot, if we wanted curbside pickup???), then they hung up the phone.70 minutes after confirming we have arrived, the manager comes out to yell at us for "Not taking the initiative and walking in". There is a pandemic going on, and I cannot walk in. I explained this to the manager, who continued to yell at me, and pulled his mask down, letting his spit fly into my face. I ask him to put his mask on, but he yelled "I am standing 6 feet away!!!" He was close enough that as he yelled at me for "NOT TAKING THE INITATIVE AND WALKING IN", I could feel his spit landing on my face. I hope I do not get sick with Covid, or anything else.Never again!

I've been coming to this dispensary for about 6 months now and I only have good things to say about it. Everyone who works here's so friendly and helpful; anyone who says they're not is just wrong. I actually recently witnessed the worst Karen at this location yesterday; she was upset about having to wait 5 whole minutes and was literally causing a scene about it *eye rolls. Some people can be so entitled, rude and impatient. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Seriously, this place rules and some ppl just drool. I truthfully have only come across the nicest and most helpful workers at this location. This location is medical only, please be aware of this! That being said, everyone who works here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They have a huge parking lot, parking will never be an issue. They also do curbside pickup if needed/wanted. I will be continuing to support this dope dispensary for the foreseeable future!

I had an amazing experience here. In the area there is sunny side and Greenhouse customer service blew them out of the water. At every point it was quick and friendly mixed with knowledgeable and fun to be in. The store has a very cool grass wall to which was a nice touch. Marie guided me to the counter and was extremely sweet. Kennedy took care of me at the register and was great. Both were super professional! Definitely going back.

Delightful experience! It was easy to switch to this dispensary, quick intake, and found exactly what I was looking for. I like that this is a medical only location so the atmosphere is calm and patients have a more comfortable space with low lights. I really liked their new arrivals board with descriptions!

Switched to Curaleaf today after my prior dispensary made Adult use priority over their Medical patients. My first impressions they are great, a 5 star. From when I walked in they were welcoming and very polite. The transfer/updating of their system was easy and quick, provide you switch in the state website prior to going as I did. The lobby was very calm, quiet and NOT bright. All things that show they care for patient needs. The prices are lower than others and the reward program seems to be very generous. Products: I received FRESH medication that was not miss handled. Add the fact they are good priced and have a good selection could be reason alone. If you are not satisfied with your dispensary consider Curaleaf

Katlin is amazing , very knowledgeable for what I needed understood my diagnosis. Sat patiently with me and it felt like I was sitting with one of my nieces. I also had someone I think her name was poppy I’m not sure she was in the back with reddish hair a little bit older probably my age. What amazing people. From the young people at the front door to security. Thank you for helping me I have been feeling so much better
