First time in a dispensary, I chose this one because it was closest place to my house. Everyone was a joy. Jewel was so helpful with my first time and all my questions, super knowledgeable , took care of me. I appreciate it

It was my first time there.  I was nervous and wasn't sure what to do.  Joshua and Patrick were really patient with me and made sure I understood everything.

Tori and Jake delivered amazing customer service and even went as far as to help me out with a discount because I missed my pick up during the Black Friday sale! Great energy and vibes

Being new to clinical marijuana everyone at Trulieve are very knowledgeable of the products they sell. They were patient with me while giving me a short lesson. Today Savannah took great care of me, answering all my questions. She is knowledgeable and as kind as can be. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a medical marijuana clinic.

Horrible place and people butt in line.  Not my favorite place at all. They also are not wiping anything down. I have waited over 25 minutes and at least 8 people have gone in front of me. Almost every chair should have been wiped down and just wasn't.

Was visiting Daytona Beach, Fl.  for a Bike Event and I got my normal daily  text with the days special well I happened to notice they had several items that had been out of stock at my local Trulieve!  Jumped online and placed an order!  Picked it up on my way out of town to head back home. TRULY IMPRESSED!  From the time I stepped into the building until the time they said "have a great day and visit us again soon" ... TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGE AND KINDNESS!Joseph Chemar was my dispensing agent and he was very much on point with his Customer Service Skills!Thank you!!!!

As usual on preground day it's hard to grab em before they're gone, had 2 Double Cake in my cart at 8 am went to check out and they disappeared! I checked all locations close to me and no luck. I called the Daytona store and talked to a manager named Patrick and he was able to find a cancelled order and I was able to get the medicine I need thanks to Patrick who went above and beyond to help a patient.

They do not understand their product whatsoever. To be honest I would save your money and go elsewhere to make sure you get what you need.

I've come in this morning for my medication as I'm having a terrible day and in horrible pain. I walked in the front door and handed the lady my card and was told I had to wear a mask. Part of the reason I have my medical card is due to PTSD. A mask is something I am unable to wear for that reason. She told me I either have to wear a mask or I can't have my medicine. I thought you were here to help people not turn them away. I asked for curbside or any other solution and they insisted that they would not help me. I'm a disabled veteran and need this to survive and you've discarded me like a piece of trash.

Truelieve is clearly the premier dispensary in Florida. They are well-stocked with a great variety of products, generally an awesome staff and great discounts.Highly recommend!

Danielle is the best. Great customer service and always on the ball with my orders. Her and Bri make a dynamic delivery Duo. They are Always courteous, fast, and effective with the delivery process. Thank y'all☮️???

I have only been to the Daytona Beach location, but I haven’t wanted I go to any other location, because everyone here are so helpful and nice with every visit. Just today Zach took the extra time to educate me on something new. He was great! I am definitely a Trulieve fan!

Great product but a long wait even if your order is ready for pickup. If you call to verify your order you're not taking to the store and they no nothing about your order. 3 different times I placed an order and was told to pick it up and when you get there they say there was a mistake and they don't even offer a replacement or discount. Very poor customer service. The product is fine.

One of the best dispensary to go but the company itself needs some improvement. For starters the new patient discount and discount involving flower need to have some type of notice that the discount do not work on Ground Flower because it’s already discounted. Thanks to Alex (worker) I was aware of this but still not many people have the knowledge.

Today I had the pleasure of having Jenn be my Bud tender. She was very knowledgeable and made you feel very comfortable. Honestly she made me feel like I was the only other person in the room. She was very aware of what my medical conditions were and what works for me and what doesn't. That is not something that you do not find in every Bud tender and I really did appreciate that. Thank you Jenn!!??
