Their customer service is beyond compare. They go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied and gets what they want. They're also very helpful and knowledgeable; not mention friendly. Their products are top notch!! I had an issue with a product and Tyler (the associate/manager) did everything possible to make sure I got what I needed right away. This is the only dispensary I would recommend hands down!!
Fantastic experience. I ordered online ahead of time and pick up was smooth. The staff is nice and friendly. Very safe as all staff was wearing masks.
I would have given 5 stars but mask enforcement should have happened in line even outside. Everyone was close together in line waiting for hours and nobody was 6' apart so masks need to be enforced in the line from end to beginning. Everything else was awesome as usual.
This is the closest dispensary to me, about a half hour drive. This is the first time I had been here. I have to say they've got it down to a science to make it as quick and efficient as possible. All of the customer service people were very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Campbell was especially friendly and accommodating. You go onto the web site and order your product. You get a confirmation number. They will hold your order for you for 2 hours, and then it's free game. There is a really good selection of different hydrides and Indica blends. The parking was convenient. They took all of the safety precautions such as shields, masks, gloves etc. which I appreciate. I have a few mild ailments that this product really helps Aleve. I suffer from insomnia, RLS and mild arthritis. I really appreciate a place like this, and I hope it is making legal nationwide.
Quite a disappointing experience when I went there the other day. When you call the store, your actually talking to their corporate and they will tell you the wrong things so don't bother calling. The person that assisted me talked down about the company, saying there stuff isn't very good ect. The other disappointing factor is you can't see what the buds look like in the store or online, so you'll need to do online research. Terpene shields are also not provided and you'll need to buy your own if your getting buds. The cartridges are way over priced at $75 a piece
Sunnyside Danville is a great dispensary, despite Covid precautions. While it is out of the way for many people, it is just off the interstate heading to Champaign. The staff, from the security outside to all the folks inside, are just the nicest people. They will answer any questions you may have about products, availability, substitutions, medical or recreational cannabis. The only downsides to Sunnyside Danville are pretty much out of their hands. The exorbitant pricing in Illinois and availability of products on the website vs in-store. Prices in Illinois are far higher than most other states, despite increased availability and supplies. Do get there early, as lines are the norm and they do sell out of products, even if you have placed an order for something that the website says is there, when it isn't. The nice thing is that their ordering system makes getting in and out fairly smooth. Do bring cash and your ID, as well as your cell phone (they'll send a text confirming your order and you must have it). Also, make sure you park in Sunnyside's lot. The nieghbours WILL have you towed!
Horrible first experience, I have never been to this location so I was unaware I needed to have an online order, and thus not knowing I was treated completely unwanted by the staff and was provided with absolutely zero help by the staff. From entering the facility to leaving every staff member I dealt with was unhelpful and rude. I will never be back to this location.
Great place! Although my friend and I were green at this, the staff was patient, kind and helpful. Joe and Campbell were very pleasant as well as the people at the checkout counter. Definitely will be back!
Kudos to Sunnyside on making my first visit a positive one. Tiara R, my sales associate, listened to me and then assisted me in making choices, all the while pleasantly visiting with me. And she laughed at my jokes. In the words of the former governor of California, I'll be back.
Excellent experience, order online, check in and get out quick. I wish they had the rewards program but apparently not for this location. Staff is friendly, excellent selection. Felt safe they have a good covid protocol. It would be cool if the menu had a little more info, reviews would be really nice. Money well spent for the quality.
Closest Illinois dispensary from the west side of Indianapolis. Located at the first exit into Illinois off of 74. From getting on W74 at 465 to crossing Illinois state line and taking Lynch Rd exit, drive time is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. You have to Register and shop & order online before you go. You can't enter the building if you don't have an order to pick up, you can change your mind in the building, so your on line choices aren't permanent. No money changes hands online. Take id and cash. Easy breezy. There are amount limits to what out of state ppl can buy, i think it's 250 mg of THC. I recommend leaving the dispensary by driving into Illinois first. They have a great ice cream shop in Danville called The custard cup visit that before you cross back into Indiana.
Staff are very rude. even though a lot of us are from Indiana you need to treat us with the same respect, we deserve medicine too. Cartridges and flower are way over priced. It's easier and cheaper to go to Michigan guys, please learn from this and you will gain more business.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me navigate my way. 100% will visit again.
During Covid you need to place some sort of online order to get a confirmation code to get inside. Super fast process once you get in you can add to your order the staff is helpful but the product is not out for you to look at like in other ones I have been to. There also is not a "menu" to look at. Next time I will place my full order online and just pick up.
This place is a dream! I drove 1.5 hours just to visit this shop and it was well worth the drive. Everything is excellent, from the moment you walk up to the door you are treated with only kindness and respect. Even the security guards were nice to me. I told my friend that Sunnyside felt like the Apple store of dispensaries. I see myself coming back here pretty often if you know what I mean.Edit: For safety purposes during COVID you must reserve your product on the website before entering the building. You can change your order as much as you want once you get to the counter.
This place sucks. Don't waste your time going here to pay for overpriced weed. Go to Michigan or just take a drive to Colorado. The price difference in weed will pay for your gas.
I recently visited the Schaumburg store up by Chicago. It was refreshing to see the store and I am now excited to see about other Sunnyside locations!
They have done a great job with keeping up with supply and demand for an affordable price, even with paying 25% tax rate. The shake is good and cheap but I will say they’ve had trouble keeping higher potency affordable but I imagine that’s just apart of the growing pains you face in a new market. I’ve been very pleased so far. The staff and security are really nice as well.
Always a positive experience here. Even with a full parking lot everything moves quickly. Order online before you come, remember your license, and bring cash or a debit card. Out of state limit is 250mg for edibles in a 24-hour period, and that's what I get. They're doing a sale for 420 so we picked up some more during the festivities. Until Indiana shapes up, this is our preferred place to order.
Stand 3 hours in line with the line wrapped around the building??? No thanks.
Had Crohn’s attack while standing in line. The security guard stepped up to help. The man behind the counter told me about their ADA line and told me he understands because he has a bad stomach too. The security guard then spoke to me so kindly, and asked if I needed an ambulance. I was able to leave on my own. Thank you to these great employees. Super helpful security guard. How nice can people be.
