Love this place! The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They carry a great selection of products at all price points. The store has a great atmosphere - love the woodwork. I'll definitely be back!

Great dispensary if you're in the Clackamas area! They've got a good selection with lots of variety, I like the detailed information sheets they keep around. I'm kind of sensitive to THC so usually stick to CBD or a 1:1, and there's plenty to choose from! Staff is great!

I've been a customer for awhile now and have always had good customer service. Last night I needed a new pen cartridge and stoped on my way home from work and was talked into a new brand and new battery I should have stuck to my original plan as I dropped $80 dollars on it and it doesn't work. I stopped in on my way home tonight and was told there was nothing they could do. They can help me trouble shoot it. It's not rocket science and I can read directions. There are way to many weed stores in portland to not provide the up most customer service. I will not be returning to this location or any other of their locations.

Straight up store. Theses folks know what they are doing. Nice place,  very knowledgable staff. Every question answerd.  No judgement, open, friendly personel. Very clean and modern store where you discuss your thoughts. It was nice to be shown options to my interests.

This place sold us weed that is a year old! And it tastes a year old. Told us some bs about weed being fine in a dark container for a year... yah sure if you add nitrogen and cooler temps... but not in a shit pog container in a drawer. Come on  and sell fresh product, don't over charge for old garbage you weren't able to sell last year! I want my money back. Pissed customer Never coming  back

I was at chalice last night I waited 30 min to be helped and the place only had two other customers. Then  they couldn't ring up their mango Kush the best top shelf. Daniel the so called manger wouldn't help the new guy Justin fix the problem he did not  care I was waiting so long he completely dismissed me to help someone else. I've  never in my life had such horrible treatment by a so called manger. I hope Justin quits and finds a real weed store to work as he was sweet and embarrassed by Daniels behavior.Hey Jim Belushi -Sell your fabulous weed somewhere else. This place is awful!!!!!!

It's my first experience visiting a cannabis store. It's a really nice store with a variety of products to choose from. The staff is super nice. I came to the store to buy some ACDC oil for my step-father who suffers from severe pain from an old back injury. Pain pills are not an option so we came to visit Chalice Farms to find a product that would help reduce the pain. We bought the ACDC oil and a pen. Later that day my dad tried it for the first time and it reduced his pain by 50% within 15 mins. It was so amazing to see him comfortable and relaxed. I'm super happy I found this place.

These folks are way cooler than they were when they first opened. They're wonderful. They alway have quality product and even though the prices are a little high, they have several specials and sales that make up for the prices.  The staff is friendly and helpful. The whole vibe is really pleasant.  It's very clean and well lit. It's always a good experience.  Such nice people and great quality.

Hyunjy has made by far the most impactful experience I’ve had in a dispensary to date. She is exceptionally kind, welcoming and personable when it comes to customer service. She created a positive and educational experience for me in the shop, and has helped me curate the right products to help me thrive. I will definitely be coming back ~ it’s been so fun to try out the new things we’ve hand picked together. I love her!!

I visited Chalice Farms following a recommendation from a friend. I am fairly new to cannabis and was not sure what I was looking for. I deal with chronic pain and have a hard time sleeping. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a young woman named Cindy. I described my situation to her and told her that I wasn't exactly looking for a "high". She took the time to help me understand and describe the different types. I knew there were many kinds of cannabis, but nothing to the extent Cindy described. Her knowledge was truly impressive. After a bit she helped me pick out two different cartridges and a pen to use them. I have been using my new pen for a couple weeks now and am very satisfied. I highly recommend Chalice Farms for all your cannabis needs! Ask for Cindy, she won't let you down.

Just consistent quality, excellent, and I do mean excellent, customer service every time. We take care of each other like family should!

Eric is a freaking Angel! He makes sure to truly listen to our needs and has a wide range of knowledge to help any situation. I would like to thank him again for being an amazing person and representing Chalice 100% Amazing!
