Higher Love Crystal Falls is always friendly, upbeat, fast paced, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there with customer service high on their list. If you don't know just ask, your budtender does or will find out for you I've enjoyed most everything I've gotten at this location and outside of 1 or 2 seedy quarters of the house brand slipping through I've had nothing but positive experiences here. If you are reading this trying to decide where to go for your needs you can't go wrong with Higher Love. Fully recommended
Quick painless process. Walk in check in. Show ID then wait in small lobby untill they have someone to serve you in the shop area. look through menu pick what you want then pay cash. Convenient ATM in the same building in case you need it. Staff were all enthusiastic and nice. Good location with parking.

I have wanted to walk into a place and purchase weed for more than 50 years. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcome. My budologist was Joe. He made sure I had a memorable experience. Thanks Joe and Higher Love, my 50 year dream, was almost as good as the experience.
I don’t usually write reviews until I’ve been to an establishment a few times. But what can I say about Higher Love in Crystal Falls that would do it justice. It’s has a great atmosphere and the employees are some of the best people I’ve ever met. I’m not even a people person. Levi has been our guy the last few time and he has been nothing short of amazing. He knows his products and most importantly, he knows his customers. He remembered the types of flowers we liked and even suggested flowers he thought we would like. We tried them of course because we trust Levi, he did not disappoint. If I can give more Stars I would. Go see and talk to them. Give them a shot. Thanks Levi and Higher Love for another great experience.
