The store was small, but very open, clean, and had everything I needed! It was my first time at their store and I had lots of questions, but Austin answered them all and gave me a full rundown on all my options, without giving me the feeling that I was being rushed or taking all day either. I felt confident with the products I left with and will be back for sure!

Very professional and helpful. Knowledgeable, friendly staff always ready and willing to walk you though to get what you need. They don't try to sell you what you're not looking for. This is my #1 go to place!

Captiva is wonderful! The building may be small but it's exceptionally clean and every item is placed with care. The staff are friendly, non judgemental, and knowledgeable about their products! Ask about their specials and sign-ups they offer every week! 10/10 definitely recommend!

I've been a medical Marijuana patient for several years starting when I lived in New Mexico. Hands down, Captiva is my favorite dispensary yet. A smaller location than others it still has a solid selection of products. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Captiva enough!! Beginning from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and treated with friendliness and positivity! The staff are all extensively trained and extremely knowledgeable about their products. You tell them about your medical condition and the desired effects and they can tell you the product that will best fit for you. If there are people out there with medical conditions that can be helped with marijuana who haven't gotten their medical card yet, I highly recommend you do so. The service and knowledge is unmatched by anywhere I've been in Illinois. ( And I'm not at all knocking those places. The service here is just that outstanding!) Again I HIGHLY recommend Captiva Healing Dispensary!!
