We used to go to Euphorium all the time until I could tell their prices started to go up and the quality went down. Decided to try it out again and when we went the other day it was great did online order they figured out what we didn't have for the order and they just made sure that when I arrived they had 4 pre-rolls even if it wasn't exact to order they did let me know what they had and what the replaced and give me the online discount price. However today horrible customer service horrible communication I had to place my order three different times online because they didn't want to tell me what they didn't have in stock but just insist on denying my order. I called to discuss and got nothing but attitude and when I asked the guy in person for my online discount ordering he said "it's so cheap I figured I wouldn't" like wtf that's stealing from the customer.
Going downhill quick!They can't seem to keep a newhire for more than a week.Products switch every week with no consistency and I always have to wait while they search in the back for an item they don't have.Marley 420 has become the go-to in Covington;Better prices as well.
When I find a shop I like, I'm pretty dedicated to it. The store I frequent was out of the items I needed for once, so I decided to venture elsewhere. I remembered this place in Covington and decided to stop by.It is a big open room, with some glass display cases with their merchandise inside. Most stores I have been in to require ID the moment you walk in the door, but we were in there for a few minutes before a employee came running around frantically grabbing ID cards from the customers. The gentleman who helped us was very...bubbly. Asked him for recommendations of cartridges and a new battery, as mine had died and i was in need of a new one. He was sort of informative, but really more or less just talked about the ones he preferred to smoke all the time - including even on his breaks at work...um awkward. I have never been in to a shop that allows their employees to be under the influence while at work. I ended up buying a couple things, but most likely will not return. Really disorganized and just not up to the level of service or product knowledge that I am used to at other stores I have been in to. Pricing was semi reasonable, but not enough of a reason to return.
I genuinely can not say anything but positive things about this business. With the legalization of marijuana in Washington state, to stand out, I knew the time for stylish retail business would start popping up. Shocked that this hidden gem has CostCo towering in front of it, but tucked away it may seem but this has got to be one of the nicest places to shop.As soon as you walk in, the aesthetic is trendy, the security staff is always so friendly. The new kiosk for text updates is a great new touch! Help with the reminders of deals or up coming promotions!Their selection is outstanding. Every time, plenty of Phat Panda PAX flavors. The last time I asked about the PAX 3 and the budtender helping me mentioned they would be bringing those in! I am so excited. Every question I've ever had was answered without feeling like it was a silly one. The whole team has been so welcoming, and there's one cute bearded guy who works here that helped me once. Definitely laughed when I asked if there was any other sexy ways of smoking weed! Thank you so much for having such a stylish, friendly and welcoming shop!!!!
If you want to pay 30 and eighth or 12 a gram EVERY TIME YOU GO GET WEED COME HERE!! Me? I like a good price range which they don't have. And most of the 30+ eighths you can get in Seattle or Renton, the SAME QUALITY for $15-20. There for I won't be back for awhile and it sucks cause I live down the street, but guess what? MARLEY 420 is right around the corner from you guys and they have WAAAAAAAAAAAY BETTER PRICING. Even BUD HUT has a way better selection than you guys. HAVE A BETTER PRICE RANGE. Not just say you will next week (every time I call someone says that). If I don't see changes in the next couple days I will be taking this review and posting it all over social media. I'm tired of having to pay 30+ for a bullshit eighth that I could've got somewhere else for 20. I'll give y'all till next week.
Overall this is a very nice dispensary to visit. The shop itself is clean, the employees are friendly, and they have a great selection of products.I also find this store difficult to use due to the layout. All of the products are behind the counter and behind the employees. Pisces are not openly labeled and unless you know what you're looking for it's pretty much impossible to really find and try new products unless you're willing to stand there and repeatedly ask "may I see ____."Great in a bind since it's super close to my house, but it won't be replacing my regular shop any time soon,
I always go here! The past few times Tyree has helped me and he's amazing! Always grabs me the best for the money I have. He has a great attitude and is so nice! He definitely makes me feel welcome and wanting to come back. :) thanks!!
Everyone here always treat me well. I've been coming here for a min. They're always my go to when my stash is low. They're very knowledgeable, stock is alway full.
I love coming here when I come to visit my family. They are so helpful and always organized.
Pros:- Short/no line. They have three ppl working out front in this small shop. - Open til midnight, which is half hour later than any other dispensary within 10 mile radius.- Daily discounts on a rotation of different items. Can get some pretty good deals, but geared more on budget quality products only. - Flower recently harvested. - Ample parking.- Nice variety.Cons:- No point/reward system.- Charges as much if not more than some shops in Bellevue or downtown Seattle for the same products. - Discounts are only 10-15% off, which is only half the discount most shops in King and Pierce county will promote.
My go to dispensary since I live 2 mins away. Selection is great and they always have good strains. My usual bud tender is Devin and he's one of coolest dudes! They're all great though.
Usually go in and everyone super chill and friendly..but not just today but I've witnessed the red head woman manager be quite rude, and we are all entitled to our bad days but she proceeded to stomp around the shop because of the music selection then made it clear if this crap music was on again there getting written up..she then slams office door and continued to come out saying I'm being serious about the right ups.. the fact she did it with customers around , blew my mind ..very unprofessional even fir a marijuana shop...
We have been willing to pay more for convenience to home location and availability for parking when we visit. Today we have had enough of the new staff and lack of signage stating your entrance policies. If I enter and go to the atm because nobody is at the i.d. station how should I know that isn't acceptable? As I have my card locked in the atm the miniature beard straightened employee starts yelling for me to leave my card in the atm and walk my ass over to him to have my i.d. scanned. There is no other customers at this time. I state my card is locked in the atm in middle of my transaction. He yells now to give him my i.d. NOW. I am still stunned and not leaving my card in the atm. He comes over and aggressively swiped the i.d out of my hand. What is up with him? Does he need a nap, a snack and smoke break? Your prices, specials and membership discounts are basic. The female staff is always sweet but newer bearded jerk off can continue to hurt your business and we will not be visiting. We have been loyal with you for 5+ years. Please make sure you have a sign that states your policy on hand delivering across the store upon entrance so that guy can relax and not ruin more customer experiences. Nobody was trying to act up and you were given nothing but respect from us.
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! This place has THE RUDEST employees!! They literally laughed in our faces when we asked about a CBD vape. I was so appalled we walked out. DON'T WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
Horrible customer service. My boyfriend went into the Covington location today to pick up an online order. He was wearing a mask because there is a pandemic going on and He and I are in a high risk category, plus he does want to get anyone else sick if he has COVID-19 and is asymptomatic. The guy at the door asked him to remove his mask and he asked if this was a new policy and whether it was related to the robbery that happened there the other day. He also removed his mask as requested. No other marijuana shop he has been too since this started has asked him to uncover his face and he was not asked to uncover when he went into the Covington location a couple of weeks ago. When he got to the counter, he apologized to the girl at the counter for what the door guy obviously found to be an offensive question (Somewhat sarcastically he will admit). The door guy then made the comment "Well, you don't have to come in." My boyfriend asked if that meant that they were doing delivery or curbside pickup? Or if he just shouldn't shop there. He didn't receive a response until he left and the guy cam out the other door and made a comment about him taking off his mask when he got outside. Well, no kidding, he took it off, it's not like he wants to wear it 24/7, just when inside public places.It also wasn't much comfort when the employee that gave him his order told told him that he didn't need to worry because everyone there had already had it and they were all sick for about a month. None of the employees were wearing masks and there wasn't any hand sanitizer at the door either. The girl that helped him was also coughing and wiping her nose with her hand. Very unsafe in times like this.
The employees here are great but an experience I just had ensured I'm done with this shop. I stopped in this evening to buy some concentrates. One gram I was hyped on from Dabstars because I haven't seen this brand at this shop before. Got home and once I opened the box it was immediately obvious that there was less than a gram of oil in the container. Turns out it was .39g and this was a top shelf gram meaning not cheap. I realize this isn't the shops fault but the employee on duty solution was to sell me another (maybe) gram of the same oil for just above the shops cost. His solution was for me to spend another $23. I at first thought he was going to refund me the difference between their cost and what I paid which would have been fair. The employee did not provide a way for me to contact the producer or the sales rep that sold this label to the shop so I could pursue a resolution through them. He didn't explain how to file a complaint with the LCB. I was given no other resolutions other to spend more money. I'm done gambling with my money here.
Selection at this location has gone down hill pretty fast. I was a pretty regular weekly customer but now its always a 50/50 shot on everything. Will they have anything I want 50/50?will they have anything at my price point? 50/50will their bud tenders try to sell me a sativa as a indica ? 50/50This store has one of the highest turnovers for bud tenders I have ever seen. Seems like every other time I go there anymore its someones first day. Its always a 50/50 shot on if the store is going to be a normal store volume or have shitty rap blasting loud enough that you have to yell at your bud tender.
Thank you for walking us through your selection and how to choose. Most of the time us "old folks" feel bad about taking too much time for the bud tender to help us, but not here. Excellent shop,
The manager was not following the social distancing guidelines and when I asked her to warn me before bringing someone in to stand right next to me she scoffed, rolled her eyes and said "I'm not even going to respond to that". When I didn't say anything back to her she then said "if you're SO concerned why are you out buying weed" which blew my mind because I actually use Marijuana under the guidance of my doctor after being in recovery from a major health issue. So if she MUST know, that is why I brave the public, for my MEDICINE. I told her I wasn't going to answer that and then she proceeded to scream at me to "get the fuck out of my store" and snatched the product I was buying away. I went to Marley 420 immediately after and spent $200 there instead. They have a way better selection anyway and everyone was so nice and seemed like they actually wanted to be there. I even mentioned to them my experience at Euphorium and all of the employees there said they hear stories like this all the time. The people at Marley 420 made me feel a lot better.
I really don't get the negative reviews on this place. The staff here has always been super friendly. I get Dragon's Baum for my back from here on occasion. I stopped by in December to get my gal a "green Christmas basket" and they totally hooked me up with an awesome assortment of goodies and I think the whole store had fun assembling the basket. I think the negative reviews might be bogus since if you look closely they each only have a few reviews.
Nice place, professional staff & quality products. Sometimes the line can get long but it's worth the wait.
Checked out this shop hoping that the previous reviews about over pricing was no longer the case but seems to be right up the alley along with all the other reviews . Surprise surprise no specials, no deals, kind of a bummer considering every other shop always have specials. You think being in the big city you get better quality and better pricing so far my experience in the state of Washington the smaller the town the further away the better the quality&pricing for instants in Forks you can get $6grams of good midgrade smoke in Oakharbor island you can get 26% Afghan $15gram!!What this truly means is the shop is marketing their old leftover product for new stuff. If there's no discounted price to make room for new product that means The customer is paying regular price for older or inferior product.My tip lower your rates get rid of the older stuff at 40-70% discount bring in new customers that are on a budget also make room for new high-end high-quality flowers, best of both worlds. This shop could get all the business in town. Numerous people/reviews are saying they pass this shop.$40 for an eighth of what I call "normal" thc23% cbd 1.2% good smoke nice staff but pricing has not matched the current market.
The bud tenders were professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable about their products and had great suggestions. The store was clean and in a good location. The selection was limited--they did not have bubble hash-- but they had everything else I was looking for.
This place is awesome! Jessica is very knowledgeable about her stuff. She helped me pick out the right items to help my dad's appetite needs.
Everyone who has ever helped me has been super helpful and kind. Good selection. Way better than Bud Hut in maple valley. I drive out of my way passing Bud Hut to come here.
Tasty weed for good prices! They also have lots of good deals going on so it's easy to get your moneysworth here. They are also super cool dudes and are very nice to my husband and I! Love it
Been coming here for awhile now but lately they haven't been updating the online menus, I tried out the online ordering for the first time and it was horrible. Sent the confirmation and everything but once I got there they said online ordering wasn't working so I just asked for what I wanted and they told me they didn't have any of it when i spent 20 minutes on the website deciding what I wanted. Will check online to see if they are open, pullup and they'll be closed.

Pretty pricey for the quality they offer. You can find better selections at better prices if you're willing to drive to Renton.Also, their parking situation is horrible. That's not as much on them but it should still be stated.
They add additional "house rules" on top of the law to place unnecessary hindrances on their customers. I walk in with my cousin who is over age but with a valid international passport but they refused her entry. They then refused to sell to me as well because we came in together. Decor and atmosphere are pleasant for a venue this size, clean and organized with a helpful tv displaying their menu. Nice selection of "water pipes" and other accessories. I was helped by a charismatic gentleman, aptly named Forrest. He listened to my interests/wants in sativa flower and made a number of suggestions; educating me about the product and its parent strains. I was blown away by his friendliness and comprehensive knowledge of the flower, I've never received such accommodation and rhetoric at a recreational store. Will be coming back soon!
First impression upon seeing the inside of Euphorium is that of the first time I went into an iStore, but warmer and much more inviting. Sleek and stylish with comfortable elegance and ambiance and a bright, engaging staff to match. The prices are higher than some competitors however the emphasis on terpene value and product quality speaks to the value. Conveniently located near a Costco if you feel like 1.56 hotdog and pop after your visit ;)

Would not recommend this store. Overpriced to say the least. When you do find something you like, they don't have it again. I've bought three vape refill cartridges that have all leaked out within a day. And I'm using the pen they sold me. Also, they oversell useless products to my 65 year old mother. We will never ever go there again. Drive down to auburn and hit the Stash Box. They are cool and aren't worried about getting one over on grandmother's who should be buying joints and not rigs for oil.
Ceres is good bud but they push it too much. Their price points are all too high. At any dispensary they have eighths for $25-$30 all day. They barely have grams available most of the time. And right now I'm standing in a line of 7 people with one kid behind the counter. Ok maybe someone called in I get it. But be speedy, know you product..I've never been to a bud shop where the worker sat weed out infront of someone for them to look at and then proceed to talk about what show your currently watching while they're trying to make a purchasing decision. Your point of sale you should again know your product and speed up a process and know how to steer your clients. The only good thing about this place is its close to where I live. People are nice but I doubt some of them even smoke.
This is my go to store. The staff is great especially Alyssa. They have a very wide selection of products from eatables and creams. Thy there Mister Twisters or GSticks. I recomend them. They have something for every budget and every taste. Try them today.
Very disappointing first time visit here purchased Muscle Melt spray got to the car to use it spray doesn't work. . Went back in to complain or ask for a trade and told me oh well so yeah I'm not real fond of this place won't be back. They only wanted the money product spray inferior.
Would not recommend VERY small selection and they don't have not even one strand for 10$ per gram.everything is way over priced and it isn't even top self stuff they are charging outrageous prices for.i don't see this place Lasting long the way they take advantage of the customer.
So lots of real friendly kids working here. They greet, smile, and are very welcoming. But be careful, they do not know any of the Vaping products very well. They sold me a vape pen, and when i went back to get new coils I showed a young gal my pen, and requested new coils. She sold me a set from the same brand as my pen and even when i pointed out they look a lot different and she assured me it was universal. A couple days later i went to replace the coil and it was completely wrong. I went down to exchange the coils and they said they couldn't help me. No refund, no exchange, and frankly was directed to try again with something different. Please make them open things and show you because they act very confident in there answers but have no clue what they are talking about. Plus they are a bit on the expensive side for everything except wax.
there cartridges were 25$ for crystal clear and now 35$. Thats a ten $ INCREASE!......WTF
Terrible limited selection. Suggest getting more of a selection other then over priced grams and eights, other places beat out these prices by far. Also multiple joints I've bought from here have been terrible and expensive.

Congratulations Euphorium! You lost good, long term, well-funded, high frequency customers. And I'll make sure everyone at all your locations knows about my experience with your crappy service. If you want to legitimize this industry, then you need to be the leaders and set the example for all others to go by.I purchased several cannabis extract vaporizer cartridges and I planned to continue purchasing from Euphorium. I am a very loyal customer when I receive good value and service. Last week, when I got home and opened my purchase, I discovered that I was sold a damaged product that neither I nor the sales clerk noticed at the time of sale. The container was cracked and leeched all over the package, but is only visible after opening and removing the cartridge from the box. When I inquired to the manager about exchanging the broken container for the same item, he told me that he won't give me a refund. He said to me, "It's like buying a six pack and asking for refund of the empty cans." No, no it's not at all like that. The saturated box and half full cartridge were brought in for the exchange the next day. I emailed them as soon as I got home and discovered the problem, not waiting days to go by. I didn't ask for a refund, I requested an exchange for an identical product that is not damaged and/or contaminated. "It's in the WACs," he told me repeatedly while refusing my request. I understand that a retailer has the right to refuse sales or services. However, I have not been able to find a specific rule or law that would protect a consumer from being sold defective or contaminated controlled substances. Is it cool to sell opened bottles of Jack Daniels off the shelf? How about a bottle of cold medicine with broken seals? I once returned a half full 'corked' bottle of wine to Safeway. They accepted the exchange after I poured 2 glassfuls because I didn't sample the wine out of the bottle before pouring. In my experience those retailers have been able to remedy the defective product without legal retribution or consequences. I also couldn't find a rule or law in the WACs that would prohibit a retailer from remediating a sale of a defective or contaminated product because there is no such a law or rule. I maintain my position that the marijuana retailer sold me a damaged and/or contaminated product. I have no evidence supporting either position. This reasonably breaks down to he said-she said. I wrote the LCB and this was my response I received today:*********Good morning, Nothing in WAC 314-55 prohibits a retailer from refunding or providing a new item in replace for a defective product. The only restriction is RCW 69.50.357 which prohibits retailers from allowing opened products in their store. If you opened the package, then the retailer could not accept the open package pack at their location, but could still provide a refund or replacement. The legislature recently passed HB 2521 that will allow a retailer to accept open packages for the purpose of disposal, but that doesn't take effect until 7/1/16.*****Let's look at this another way...When a repeat customer spends lots of money at your store and brought you other customers who also spend lots of money and both planned to continue spending their money at your retail location, then you should give them the benefit of the doubt and replace the defective product.

Other reviews are crazy. Prices have come WAY down in the last few months. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. They recently installed a kiosk where you can put in your order in, the chill in an armchair instead of waiting in line! They're always adding things and improving their storefront. it's been great to see this small business grow and mature. Disregard the negative comments. Ive seen some crappy pot shops in washington and this is NOT one of them
The employees are all really friendly and helpful. I go to this dispo over the competition for two main reasons, parking is way better and the rewards they give you here.
Have been shopping here since it was the only rec cannabis shop in the area. Years. Customer service USED to be excellent but have had nothing but problems the last few time I visited. The last time I asked an associate for assistance he suggested flower that was quite frankly, poor quality-he had no idea what he was talking about, at all. I decided to order online and just pickup in store instead of asking for expertise going forward. I have placed orders for pickup three times now and there has been a problem each time. Today was the last straw - on my last visit the clerk did not take my phone number for their rewards program, and when I double checked to verify before I left-she said she entered it when she was ringing it up. She lied. I was 5 points shy of redeeming my loyalty credit rewards. Figured that out when I went to place an order today. I then emptied my cart to select just one item today when I figured out she had not taken care of the loyalty rewards so I had no code to redeem. Then I arrived to pick up the item I ordered since the message said my "order was ready" to find they were out of stock of what I wanted (nothing in that brand available at all) and offered to sell me an item that was almost $20 more which is a blatant BAIT AND SWITCH. Why isn't it possible to notify your customers the item they want is out of stock when fulfilling the order?!? I never would have gotten in my car if you didn't have the one item ordered. Honestly this place used to be the best but it's obvious they don't need my money, business is booming, and there isn't any need to provide meaningful customer service.
My partner and I have always had great experiences with the staff and customers at Euphorium until yesterday afternoon. The bud tender and customer next to us at the counter were having an extremely hurtful and bigoted conversation about the LGBTQ community. When my partner respectfully approached them about it they shut her down quick and even high fived each other about it. I've never experienced so much hateful ignorant behavior from an employee before. My partner and I will never be coming here again and recommend anyone who wants to support businesses that make all customers feel safe and seen to do the same.
Don't bother coming here if you've just turn 21 they won't even let you in if you have a vertical license, it's not even a state law go spend your money somewhere better like evergreen market
Staff will short change you and refuse to give you your correct change...which is theft. They will also charge you for whatever you ordered online and only give you some of it - which is also theft. They also will use the phone number on your receipt receipt harass you with violent and racist texts. This place should get nuked

Small shop but great costumer service and there's a mix of different people working there who strive to make everyone comfortable. Prices are steep and product isn't very visible but the staff is there for stuff like that. Give them a try!
Well I really won't give spending any funds here anymore. Honestly. I'll go further for better service. There's a young Caucasian lady named Michelle who BLATANTLY shows her prejudice ways by every single time I a person of color comeIn like anyone else , she will stand there and find a million and ten things of nothing to do rather than help me, which is her damn job. I know for fact that others have seen her behavior. This is not okay especially since majority of the customers in this store are minority.
Pretty nice and clean dispensary. It's tiny and Peking is limited. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and accepting. Diverse crew also. The product is kind of out of sight but again the store is tiny. Prices are a bit high but it's closer to my house and way better than Marley 420. I will definitely be back.

Quite out of the way hard to pull in and out of. No longer offer medical discount. Very hot inside. Other places are just as good now a days.
Always helpful, knowledgeable staff. I would have given 5 stars, but during the pandemic, you stopped giving discounts for online orders. Limits on in store capacity were given as the reason. Capacity limits or not, you can only help a certain number of customers at a time, so that seems like a silly reason to site for wanting to charge your online customers more money.
This place is awesome, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am a regular here and 80% the staff recognize me. Its a nice change to some of these other places. The selection and prices are also very good, and they have been increasing there vape and smoking apparatus product line.
