My husband comes in semi- regularly to pick up his medical marijuana. The staff is USUALLY kind, attentive and quick. Today, he went expecting the same level of patient care and he was sorely mistaken. He checked in like normal and another patient was called back from the waiting area. The patient said something to the attendant about my husbands appearance saying "Man, he looks crazy" to the attendant. The attendant replied stating " yeah, he looks like that all the time" and they both went to the back. My husband was shocked that a "MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL" would have agreed with the patient and commented on another patients appearance. We WILL NOT be back. Very upsetting and unprofessional in a medical setting where people use medicinal marijuana to treat mental illness, cancer and other ailments. Wish I had her name to add to this review- he thinks her name was Ashley but she had bright red hair.

Love Remedy. They have great deals and knowledgeable staff. I get my daily text from them on the specials and events.

Everything about Remedy sucks, ESPECIALLY the owner and his "management". Gladly taking my $ elsewhere.

Horrible over price products, prices are over priced. Most of the 5 stars reviews on google and here must be fake. If you have time to wait over 2 hours for mediocre dry product go a head!

Remedy was the first dispensary I ever visited. Immediately I was struck by the cleanliness and sharp style of the lobby. It's very comfortable and a nice place to wait until you get called back. They offer free tea and coffee or water. They have menus that are updated daily that you can browse while you wait. When you get called back to the dispensary portion of Remedy you're directed to who will be helping you. Everyone is always been very friendly. Last time I was there Maggie was the one who helped me, and she was very friendly and helpful just like everybody else. I've never felt uncomfortable asking a question there. I sign up for their daily notifications, I get texts every morning, they always have great sales. They have good merchandise, pop-up events, they have Smoking supplies and pretty much anything else you could think of that you would need, from beginners to professionals. Since dispenser is a started popping up I still find myself going to Remedy just because of the atmosphere, professionalism of the staff, and the selection of medicine available. They carry quite more than most places. If you are in need of medical marijuana, try this place out, the walk you through everything and they have a good reward system too!

Came to do a curbside pickup and the employee yelled at me for not wearing a mask while im in my car outside. I did not bring one thinking it wouldn't be needed for curbside. The guy was so rude and unpleasant to deal with just completely went off on me as soon as i pulled up. Terrible customer service from this one employee. Ive been to many dispensaries all of which have some sort if curbside ordering and I have never been berated to put a mask on while I'm in my car.No need to come back there are many great dispensary's in Maryland.

Remedy is my go to! Great staff, they are very knowledgeable, clean place. Specials everyday of the week. Shout out to my favorite budtender who is so patient with me Sharae. That's my girl!!! Very good flower, very good customer service all around

Normally I like to shop myself, I'm a deal shopper. Online can be hard because often deal prices don't show up in your cart. Remedy tho will contact you and let you know this online item doesn't qualify etc. I've been a patient for three years and Remedy has the best deals period.

Constantly takes forever for you to receive a curbside order. You can park, sit there for 10 minutes, and someone who had just pulled in gets their products before you. When they bring your order, check your bag. They have gotten my order wrong so many times I can't even count. The workers are friendly, but whoever is packaging the products clearly is incompetent. If you order from Remedy, be ready to sit in your car for a while. Highly recommend Herbiculture

These guys blow! There are fortunately several dispensaries in and around Columbia. I ordered online, and showed up, texted them I was there. Guy came out, got my Drivers License and $.       Didn't see or hear from him for 15 minutes--THEN--he comes out and serves other cars. 5 minutes later, ANOTHER guy come s up and says I owe them $20 more. I said, no website had products at 3 for $100, I bought 6. He looks at the order, and says   'you're right". Goes in --ANOTHER 10 minutes(30 minutes by now) . Finally comes out and says-I had to get a manager to OK it. No Sorry. No little freebie thrown in.  Too many competitors to waste my $ there. Try Greenhouse Wellness if you want to be treated right, ND they have a Loyalty program. Don't know Why I tried Remedy, but they suck.

Even without discounts their price on some of the flower is consistently lower by $5. May not seem like a lot but it's better than having to chase sales.Their Covid pickup system works really well. You park in a spot marked with a clothespin and sign and they come and take your money and card and come back with your yummy medicine.My only complaint is that they gave me an ugly orange tee shirt. If it were any other color I'd wear it!

I absolutely love this place! I’m a frequently returning patient because of the knowledge of the staff and the sales are amazing. The only thing that would make this place better is if they started some kind of rewards program for $$ spent. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of medical marijuana!! They never disappoint!!

Absolutely one of the best dispensaries. The people working are great and easy to talk to. Bring your doggie! Ours loves getting pets while picking up curb side. Online ordering is simple and tends to be fulfilled within 15 minutes even on the busiest days. So many options and daily deals makes this a one stop shop for all your Medical needs.

Once again we visited Remedy in Columbia and are still so very impressed with this operation! This is an extremely well run dispensary. I always choose to wait for our favorite, A-Rod, as this guy is just AMAZING and pretty much the main reason we drive a little further to get to this dispensary. He is always willing to stand outside and spend as much time as I require answering my questions and explaining the virtues of each product I show an interest in. A-Rod has taken the time to get to know me and learn exactly what my problems and needs are and is able to recommend different products to help me battle my pain. We have found that he is extremely knowledgeable about all products and can be counted on to advise as to which would be most beneficial to me. Remedy Is very fortunate to have this young man on their staff.

I have been going here for almost a year after changing from the previous place I went. I could not be happier about switching. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Jordan C. is awesome!! I wish I knew all their names so I could thank them on here, but know you are all awesome. They are very knowledgeable and don’t get mad when you ask a lot of questions. They always have great sales and products. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you Remedy staff for all you do!!!!!! It is very much appreciated as finding amazing customer service like yours is extremely hard to find now a days!!!!

First and only dispensary I visit! Great prices, great sales, and extremely friendly staff. Also all the product has been top shelf! 2021 update: still coming here exclusively for all my Products. Love curbside pickup and the ability to use debit card again. Love my home dispensary!
