Worst service I every seen at a dispensary!  Lazy employees who couldn't explain why my military discount could not apply to my order that I always use! Won't be back to this poorly ran slum!

Very nice, extremely friendly and very helpful staff.  Bailey answered all my questions, I had a lot as a first time user, and she directed me to the exact products that I needed.  I will be back and hope to find Bailey again for help!Beautiful store - large selection- fast orders GREAT PRICES!   LOVE the buy one, get one for a dollar.  Thank you Have A Heart Coalinga!

I am very impressed with the future is now retail layout of this particular dispensary. I am very old school.So to see so many different products in the the high quality packaging and Top shelf lineage.And very very pleasing to consume or just enjoy a platinum inhale of the most pleasant aromatics. I hope that one day in the not so distant future.That a lounge might be included to further bring this wonderful retail experience to bohemian pub style atmosphere

I don't know what happened to this place, but they have major management issues. I tried to order from them for two days. They were too busy, the phone was busy, the delivery person just left. Very frustrating. They could do better!

Selection is limited but of nice quality. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices seem about average compared to other dispensaries I've been to. It is a joy to go in pick what you want pay and go. All cash ATMs avai

Garbage! Stay away horrible service! Second time this has happened to me. I placed an order in the morning then the snobby female driver (the guy is cool) calls me and leaves a voice mail informing me to call her back to confirm my order or else she cannot deliver n she will be leaving in 20 minutes mind you she didn't leave  a return number to contact her but I still called them back 2-3 minutes time and she was already gone? I actually use MJ as medicine this place is a joke! She doesn't want to do her job then don't be there last time the driver was super lit which I don't mind but damn drive sober at least!!!

Not too many dispensaries in this area,  so the hours make this place convenient.The people who work there are all very friendly. However,  the prices have gone up so much.  Granted,  the brands are higher end, they are way more expensive than other cities. Still, I accepted that this is an inconvenience of living in the valley and continued to shop.What is totally unacceptable is the "free" delivery service. I placed an order for about $80, was charged for delivery and taxes totaling $104. Yikes. Still, it's a service and I understand that.  The order is placed at noon. The info says the driver leaves at 2pm. Ok. I live 30 minutes away.  3pm comes,  then 4. I call and am told the driver should be there by 5:15.  No messages, no confirmation text. I did not plan on staying home all day on my day off to wait on a delivery.  I thought the whole point of convenience would shave some time off my schedule. 5:30 comes, no driver, no messages.  I call again.  The girl says it will be there at 6:15, and doesn't know why I was told 5:15. The driver showed up at 7pm! My entire day was spent waiting for a delivery that was supposed to save me time! Never again.

Fantastic selection, high end products, with great rates. Customer Service is phenomenal, knowledgeable on all products.Truly impressed, particularly by the help and service, likability, etc from a young Mr. Zuniga!

This dispensary has it all: style, product, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good prices, security, and safe neighborhood. I will never ever be happy with anything less. The products are consistent and reasonably priced. They also offer delivery and are never too busy to answer questions. Excellent sense of humor as well. Perfect location.

I loved this place! I walked in here 4/20 before closing and I was greeted politely with no idea what I was going to expect. There were deals at the time because of 4/20 but everything seemed so organized and very nice. I also got a free gram on the house for the night and I was so happy! They also had merch on the side that actually looked pretty clean. The employees inside were awesome in my opinion and were very helpful. Overall I was very satisfied with my purchase and walked out very happy. Me & my partner recommend this place to everyone. We WILL be back!(:

I usually get a top shelf 1/8 and a cheaper one this was the worst one I've gotten from any club in California

I'm not sure why this dispensary only has 3 stars?!I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I live in Paso Robles and drive all the way out to them to pick up my stuff!! They always have great deals going on (sign up for their texts) and the people that work there are so sweet and helpful!!Also whenever I go visit them there is no line what so ever so I'm literally in and out and back on the road!!Love them and highly highly recommend this dispensary!! :))

Wish they had same day delivery. Most people go to Lemoore about 30 minute drive because for a gram of wax and a joint tax is $5.20 with the total & here its $14.95. Makes a big difference when your buying a lot or high quality products.

Great customer service especially the welcome guard she was amazing told me how many points i had and i didnt even know they had a point system saved me 20$ off my purchase with this information. Also the girls inside are amazing as well. Excellent staff never regret coming in.

Patty the delivery driver makes deliveries comfortable. I thought she was someone I used to know who worked with my boyfriend who looks just like her with the same up beat personality, but I didn't ask, until recently when I saw a review saying the delivery driver name is Patty. That was the same name of the lady I thought she was! So I called and asked, and it's not her, but she told me it was okay and enjoyed chatting with me anyways and thought the coincidence was cool and happy to hear her name is in reviews very cheery. So here's one more good review. Everyone there is always knowledgeable, nice and has a good personality anytime I've called. (Lol to the other reviews that clearly just want illegal (street) prices)

I was a customer of Have a Heart, absolutely loved them, now that high times has taken over and the store has been working on making improvements and I am excited to see the changes. I love their concentrates. Top shelf products. The inside of store is really nice. The delivery service is great, I'm an hour away from the store so it helps a lot and Patty is great at making the deliveries around my schedule and keeping me updated
