Most of the time Charles delivers and hes always great! Never negative or anything like that which is def a plus, also Tracy has delivered a few times,always great with her too, keep up the great work and thanks to you all! Will def be ordering again! ?

Alejandro was great help getting me get set up with a new pen and cartridge. I couldn't remember what pen I'd gotten last time and he helped out by taking a look through my previous purchases. Made for a fast and smooth purchase.

First time here! Everyone was really nice about guiding me where I had to go and the whole thing was really seamless since I had placed an online order. Audriana seemed really sweet and handled the entire thing really well. Definitely gonna consider making The Lighthouse my new default.
