Good quality flower, prices are decent considering the area. Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders. Beautiful shop.
The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. I went in to buy a vape pen/cartridge to avoid smoke/tar inhalation. Staff was awesome. However, both vape cartridges have an overly musty flavor. Like the back seat of Mickie Wieser's '68 green Dodge Charger that had been stored in her grandparents' barn for decades. Love the service, the technology, do not like flavor.
Always something wrong with their payment system, ALWAYS!They do not keep decent stock of the liquids.Flower prices are redonkulous. Not worth the convenience of the location. Go anywhere else
Too pricey. Staff is friendly but not as knowledgeable as Chalice Farms. They close too early.
I love this location because the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Taylor is super friendly and happy. She helped my partner and I get a good deal today. The pandemic is hard for all of us, and conversations with friendly people like her... create a bit of normalcy. You know? I'm kinda high right now, but thanks Taylor for being awesome!
As with all electric lettuce locations I've been to this place is funky fresh, and has the goods.
I found myself at this location 3 times in last two weeks. I went in the first time for a specific size/brand rolling papers and found a good 1:1 product that I really enjoyed. So I went back the next day because of the sale going on. My last visit seemed very pleasant. A blonde with lots of tattoos and beautiful big gauges helped me, we connected over Thai food.... during the transaction they told me the price and it was such a good deal I asked them to to add an extra eighth, which they responded "two eighths?" I said yes and assumed that they had packaged me up two eighths. I was charged for 7 grams and two more packs of the organic hemp papers. Upon arriving home I thought the product looked short but just assumed the density could have been heavier then it appeared. I weighed out the product at 3.36 grams... less than what a single eighth of product weighs. I contacted the shop less than an hour after my visit and there was no acknowledgement that there could have been a mistake made... Id only recommend this shop if willing to play roulette for your medicinals.
I walked in yesterday and some Moron yells "wait outside!" I was shocked he spoke that way so I said "excuse me?" He then said with no explanation "I need you to wait outside". I said no chance and left.
I placed an online order for pick up and was given an order total for the purchase. When I arrived to pick up my order and pay the cashier gave me a total that was different from the price given to me in the online order. I asked if there was a reason for the discrepancy. The cashier got her manager that handles pricing, Zach. Zach told me that the online prices were probably off. When I asked if he could honor the price I was originally given he did not hesitate to say no and send me on my way. Though the cashier attempted to help resolve the issue the way I was treated by the manager at this location was very unprofessional. Definitely not a good business practice to refuse to honor your own prices. It's too bad because I just moved to the area and was looking for a staple neighborhood dispensary. I will never give this place my business again.
If I could give trash place negative stars, I would. They don't know how to handle extracts. Always seemed like they stored it upside down. Always had wax on the cap. Cherry on top when they screwed my gf over on 3.5 grams of weed. My gf really liked your shop but you lost a repeat customer over $9. Bottom of the barrel cannabis shop. Shop elsewhere if you can. There's no perks to this place at all.
Not a good place to go unless you want to wait outside for 15 min when there is only two other people in the store. Just go down the road to another dispensary and save yourself some time
Why does electric lettuce close so damn early? They are uneducated staff and rude.As soon as I enter I get told to wait outside when there were 3 workers.
It's unfortunate that this is one of the only dispensaries in the area that sells a certain type of joint I enjoy. The people who work here ate consistently rude. They never greet you kindly, it's always "ID?" Or "you need to wait outside". Never a hi, hello, nothing. It's literally jarring to walk in someone and be aggressively spoken to right off the bat.They are not at all organized with their COVID restrictions. Numerous times we've been very rudely told to wait outside when they HAVE TAKEN DOWN THE SIGN that states you must wait. Why take that sign down if you still require people to wait? How would anyone know? Leave the sign up! Employees argue in front of customers and have zero respect for each other either, which says a lot about this business and how they run things.
I have come to the Happy Valley store since opening day. Ive always been greeted kindly and helped immediately unless very busy. They will bring to your cat if you call ahead. I have found them to be extremely helpful and have no complaints.
The weed here is wayyyyyyyyyyy over priced and they like to keep the taxes off the menu. Nectar woodstock is a much better dispensary. The owners of this place need to rethink the price menu.

Abysmal customer service, gram prices higher than average and mediocre selection. Convenient location is the only upside.
The final destination for cannabis on Sunnyside (before you reach Sandy). Really great selection of flower and edibles, including CBN and CBM. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The building used to be a daycare or something, hence the odd parking lot. Smoke 'em if you got 'em.
