let me start by saying the facility is nice, The people who check you in and on the retail floor are very friendly. I also was in and out very quickly but with that being said... I bought two pre-roll five count packs(dog walker)  I live an hour away when I got home I noticed that one pack was significantly shorter than the other. I called the location and the Gentlemen I talked to said best course of action would be to send pictures and DM to the profile page on Instagram which I did. Whoever's in charge of their social media got back to me really quickly and told me to call a particular manager(Sam) and make sure I hold onto the receipt. I called but Sam was gone for the day so left my info and somebody else called me back... that person(not Sam)proceeded to ask me that did I have the package because I would have to return the full package for any type of credit he also went on to say that different flowers can be more dense or light and that could contribute to the packaging but it should equal the correct grams and do I have a scale and I should weigh it?! Not to be funny,  I haven't had a scale since I started going to dispensaries back in 2014 (Colorado,Las Vegas) Also, I've never come across a pre-roll pack that had this much of a difference in size in all those years. I told him I'll just wait for Sam to call back and send another message on Instagram which I've done and now crickets... No call or DM. I didn't ask for anything free or money back Etc..They told ME to make sure to hang onto my receipt and call this particular manager which I assumed the company was going to make this situation right? Anyhow,  huge bummer because I thought this would be my new go to place and give recommendations.. Anyhow check out the pic for yourself...

Excellent facility, excellent staff, and excellent products. The building is new, and cleanly designed. Lighting and colors were chosen (imo) in order to emit positive vibes. First time patients will fill out the standard first time paperwork; otherwise check in is quick and easy. (Again, standard.)Once buzzed into the sales room, you'll be met by super-friendly associates eager to help with selections. Products are clearly seen, and listed in multiple spots in the room. Any ongoing sales or discounts will be pointed out by the associate. This review reads easy and straightforward because GG makes the experience such, and it should be. Not every dispensary experience is smooth and friendly, for whatever reason. Green Gold, in my opinion,  is the gold standard.

Budtender was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I let her choose the cartridge and she made a great choice with with the Blueberry Headband. Potent and tastes great and not like flavored nicotine. The flower looks and smells nice and isn't overly dry like the majority of dispensaries here. Prices similar to other dispensaries in the area and a good selection as well

Decent dispensary, prices are on the high side though. Doesn’t always have the best flower selection. The staff are super friendly and welcoming though!

Of all the shops within my local area this one is the best they strive to have a really good variety of cannabis flour and their concentrates and edibles are super. The staff are very laid back and friendly unlike some places which people seem to be a little bit stiff and articulated like they're following some corporate line. Green gold gets kudos from me. And it's the only medical use shop in the local area all the others are adult use only.

If you see signs for this place off the freeway and you’re wondering if it’s worth the stop.. IT DEFINITELY IS!!! Not only is the staff super friendly, they also have a nice selection of high quality cannabis related products. I am very pleased and will return next time i drive through Massachusetts
