Showed up at 1:10pm to check out a flower special, checked & noticed that the process was moving pretty fast, less than 10 minute wait for customers!! 30 minutes in, I asked the front desk if I should re check in cause everybody I was going n front of went back!! Oh there express!! 10 minutes later I asked if my name was even on the check in list WASN'T,.. 45 minute wait!! Oh Your Next SORRY',.. Will keeping trying Dispensaries!! Oasis North & South have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!' 1 Star Every Day Is Deserving!!

I had a great experience last month taking advantage of their Monday specials on bulk. Two weeks later I go in there and I'm told I cannot get any discounts like I had the purchase prior but continue to buy my bulk purchase of $700. Yesterday I went for the Monday specials and I am now told that I shouldn't of been sold some of the last stuff at the sales price. It's so inconsistent every time I go in there on pricing, I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Very poorly run facility which is in dire need of coaching their employees!

Not a lot to say, they are great. Prices are lower than I'm used to, service was outstanding, lobby was comfortable and modern. Great experience from start to finish

Merry Xmas eve...this place is like the grinch They ran a bogo so I ordered online cus I know this place takes forever and the rude girl up front turns me away at 5:40 because their lobby is full and they need to be closed by 6pm. Great customer service you guys have. I asked to speak to the manager she said he's busy and I said I don't care. She then threatened to call the police on me. Are you kidding me?? I'm like 90% sure she didn't want to get the manager because he ploy to go home early might get ruined.  I drove an hour each way to bulk buy a deal going on, thanks for putting me in this terrible mood I'm now in. I should have let you call the cops so I can ask for their supervisor so you can see how quick they get quiet and call for their boss.  Your customer service skills are really lacking you need to find a different department I recommend trimming where you can't be so rude to anybody.

I love oasis dispensary north the selection is amazing the quality is always on point. The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful and make sure they find the right product for you. Their Covid protocols are the dust out there as they are the only ones still taking temperatures. I appreciate them looking out for their patience

Says on weed maps they have a million different Tinctures with THC and CBD for sleep. When you go inside they say they don't work for sleep and try to sell you something else.  They don't know what they're talking about

The staff is freindly and outgoing, will edducate you and make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. Great selection, great price,,  great dispnsary!

I have been to a lot of dispensaries, in multiple States, but the folks at this one are the most knowledgeable, kindest folks you will ever meet. They have amazing medical specials they make sure to get you in and out as quickly as possible and they always point out the deals so you never miss anything. There is no other dispensary that I go to in the Phoenix area but this one.

Okay I have gone to all the local dispensary's within 10 miles of my house ! This will be my go to place ! High quality flower and they have God's gift ! No other spot carries that strain ! LOVE this place. I went here after an extremely hard/emotionally draining day at work and hit a snag trying to pull cash out of the atm. Abyan stepped in and helped me out in the best way. I honestly couldn't thank them enough! She helped me find exactly what I needed while providing great vibes. 10/10!

Hands down THE BEST dispensary! They get their patients in and out pretty quickly, which is nice since Rec sales! All the staff is fun and so damn friendly! I love coming here! Their products are always on point and the budtenders know their sh*t. And the deals they have make it fun to try new strains without emptying your wallet  I highly suggest going there.. it will become your favorite too!

Does the sticker cover the real contents or does the sticker advertise the real contents? Kind of shady. Other wise good enough to experience maybe just don't buy recreational edibles

Good brands, their flower isn't the greatest most times it's dry. The lines were rediculous before recreational , now it's insane. I'm hearing people end up waiting a whole ass hour.Every time I try to call they don't answer or are purposely not answering, I finally got through once today, and the lady literally didn't answer just picked the phone up and put it on the desk - I sat there saying "hello?" For a little bit and waited to see if they would finally answer, but nope I guess she just wanted me to hear and know she's not handling phones. I hung up - called again in 5 min and straight to voicemail now. I'd go elsewhere to make sure to preserve your time, plenty of deals and better pricing else where. I was just trying to redeem my last free cartridge from rewards there really - it's a good thing I'm moving closer to my favorite dispos.

This will be my second time going to this location. But we'll worth the drive. The first the flower was so darn good. That I've been dying to get back out there. The staff was amazing made me feel like family. The facility was extremely clean. I've been recommending this location to everyone I know. Headed there now. I'm hoping the flower taste like dro again..Will keep you posted.

This by far is my fav dispensary..... just the north site. People here are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a nice large waiting area and the actual selling area is well lit, organized and quite beautifully decorated. They have a large selection to choose from. They always have daily specials but they also have specials that run all the time. Look at their site and sign up for there texts. Their texts are thankfully one, every once in a while 2 texts a day... the employees take their time with you and really listen... I want a job working the front desk here BAD! Always an enjoyable experience at north! Can't post pics because no phones allowed! Duh

First day of recreational service and it was excellent. No waiting, very organized and my bud tender, Elena, was really kind, helpful and super knowledgeable. This will for certain be my dispensary of choice now that Arizona is legal for recreational sales. They had a really wonderful selection of vape cartridges (I use Era) and tinctures. Had a blast! I'll be 70 in a couple of months & I have a Medical Card, but I am not very familiar with all the products.  I have medical issues & suffer with a great deal of pain.  My Budtender was Johnathan.  He was absolutely wonderful!  He was patient, kind & helped me to find what I needed.  I truly appreciated that as I have been treated with disrespect by other budtenders at other locations who appeared to be only interested in how many patients they could get thru quickly rather than how they could help them.  He's a breath of fresh air!  Thanx for that!

Usually I don't  have any issues with this dispensary but they just  lost a customer. I don't typically order for delivery but due to this Covid-19, I've been doing it a lot lately. They lack of customer service and communication is absurd. Prior to this incident, I've called them times before and they do have a receptionist but it seems as if they're lacking doing the part of their job where phone calls are answered or responding to voicemails. I've just about had it at this point. I placed an online order for delivery and received a text back saying they were not able to make it out that day and they can cancel the order or deliver first thing in the morning. I chose to receive the delivery in the morning. It is now 11:48 AM and still no delivery or follow up from Oasis. I took it upon my self to call them for an update. The first time I called, no answer. Second time I called, the receptionist answered the phone and did not say anything. There was no greeting but she was helping another customer which was fine b/c I don't mind waiting. I continued to say "hello" and instead of a response they hung up in my face. I shouldn't have to sit around and wonder what is going on with my order. I never have this issue when I go in person. I would expect the same care and concern for people who are receiving deliveries. There's another dispensary that I go to in the area and every time I call they answer the phone. I quit going there because they didn't have deals like Oasis but I would rather pay a little more for better customer service.

It was my first time trying Oasis Cannabis Dispensary and the products I purchased were all flower. And the deals are amazing! I bought a quarter and they matched it! Don't wast your time . I called oasis in Glendale and told them they made an error on my bill and they don't want to talk to me and girl on thephone was rude and would not talk to me about the error on my bill told me to call Chandler dispensary . Very unprofessional. Never go backagain.

Top notch place, the wait is almost never bad and if you do have to wait they have comfy seats for their customers. The people helping you know their stuff and have been really nice to me when I came in. I was  in and out in 5 minutes last time I was there.

Normally I don't write any reviews but I have had such bad experiences at South Oasis, and through those experiences I've been done right and reimbursed properly at North Oasis for mess ups not related to them! I am so thankful for a location with real customer support towards their customers. I spent nearly a thousand dollars a month with Oasis and the disrespect from South is not okay when compared to the positive honest hard working employees at North oasis.

After driving 15 miles.. I was literally sent home with an empty container. I drove all the way back just to be given the side eye as if I was lying and no compensation.. smh

I'm a regular at this dispensary. I went in today due to a leafly deal. When I arrived the deal was incorrect and they wouldn't honor it. 1st problem. I move on from that incident and I pick something that was on the tier needed for another deal. It was labeled as platinum on the bin full of this strain. It was labeled that way on both sides of the dispensary. It was labeled as Platinum tier and when I inquired about this Additional error the manager said " it's only a piece of paper and it's wrong" I asked if she was doing the right thing for the company or me the customer. She stated "the company". This is unacceptable. She should be fired the only way that a business remains in business is by treating customers fairly. This was poor management not delegating to update pricing and deals. It was not my fault it wasn't updated properly. The manager made sure to let me know who mattered and it was NOT ME. I'm very disappointed and now I know my business means nothing to oasis. I will limit my visits here now and visit places that honor their word and written advertisement. It wasn't as if the strain didn't ring in Biotrack with the "incorrect " pricing it rang up cheap and they changed it to the higher price because it wasn't correct and too cheap as the manager stated. She wouldn't even take off $5 for the inconvenience and incorrect ads. Disgusting behavior especially for an experienced manager. She's been there for years and I believe her name is Brittany. Jake was very nice and would have helped more with the right authority. As for the non customer service oriented manager... I hope she gets the karma that she is due.

Best dispensary in chandler! Preroll deals unbeatable, bud tenders are always helpful. Sometimes can be busy but they usually take care of us orderly and rarely upset.

This place constantly has delivered bad service to me, avoid it if you can. I now drive 20 minutes away to Gilbert AZ for medical services. This is in a sketchy part of town, good luck

Let me just say this dispensary wasn't my go to at first. I thought the prices were a little high.  I am always looking for good products and good deals. They have recently lowered all of their prices to make things more affordable, so I gave them another chance. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with the quality of their flower, which is my preference. Sometimes you find top shelf flower and it's not all that great but I have never felt that about anything I have purchased here. The budtenders are super nice, except for one, but they always help me out with the best products.

I have been to both Oasis locations multiple times and each time the experience has been less than adequate. However, in the end I care about product which is why I continue to go back. This last time I went in and picked up an ounce. I let the rep know I was looking for a sativa dom strain. He showed me my options. I asked for more details (lineage) of the bud and he could not provide me any details. So I trusted him and purchased. Once home, I looked up the strain on their own website and it was listed as Indica. I called to see what option I had to return, and they said I could bring back for a 20% discount on my next purchase. I went out of my way(30 min drive) to return the product only to find out that they would not refund me any of the money I spent of the product. They would ONLY give me 20% off my next purchase. I could buy their most expensive product and still lose money! I highly recommend going to TERRITORY down the street, they have better bud and better customer service. I am NOT happy with Oasis and will not be returning to any location. Poor quality bud, and not a great experience.

All I'm going to say is MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR WHOLE ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. these people always screw up my shit. First time I asked for half and half strain  for an oz I got. (I can't stand the same strain  , I get bored of the same one, so I like to get half and half where possible) they gave me all the SAME strain. The lady swore up and down that I said only one ! Upon checking the voice and video footage , I DID say half and half. They apologized and gave me store credit. So I appreciate that. But the second time was beyond annoying. I went there after a very long day and got some edibles and an oz. I said SOUR GUMMIES. and the dude gave me SWEET. I hate sweet shit so I couldn't even imagine saying sweet. I love sour. Always have and I would if for sure requested sour. He continued to insist that I said sweet. And that he was going to try and convince me to get sour so he clearly remembers I said sweet because of that idea he had in his small brain. I'm very upset that people can't even listen. They can't even simply switch out an item. They have to rescan everything and I would of had to wait for a manager approval to reapply the dam credit and so on. I'm not trying to spend an addition 10-15 mins for someone else's mistake. Man, I wish they would pull the tapes. I clearly said sour and I know they have access to check the voice recording. They just didn't want to get proven wrong. Never coming to this place ever again unless it's worth it and unless i check EVERYTHING before Leaving. Ugh. This was terrible tonight and my sweet gummies will be going to fucking waste. Thanks a lot guys. Way to fuckin go. LISTEN NEXT TIME CAUSE THIS REALLY PISSES me off. Damn it.

Updated: Management got involved in the morning and got the order delivered, provided a discount, and threw in a couple extras. They apologized about the mistake and seemed genuine about it - bummer that it happened but is what it is. Placed an order for delivery at 6:20pm, got cancelled because one of the products was out of stock. No worries - they state if I replace the order, I won't lose my spot in line. Order replaced at 7:06pm. 9:40pm, I've called Oasis 4 times, no answer other than "the driver is on the way" - I find it hard to believe that you can be "on the way" for over an hour on a trip that is less than 8 miles. Extremely disappointing. Look elsewhere for quality customer service.9:30am the next morning and the order still shows "pending delivery". Guess the driver was never on the way after all...

Prices keep going up, and I can't buy Aeriz with loyalty points cos they don't package it in house. All in house packaged marijuana is trash, Abundant Organics and Shango are dirty and gross, never cured right.

I have gone to Oasis North for over 2 years now. I used to have great customer service until the last couple months. I have had a3 different issues in about the last 8 months where there was an issue with their system or a price and I have had delays in getting the issues resolved. The most recent today when I went in for a purchase. I used the alt thirty six method to pay. It went through on my side. It was not updating on the computer side showing I paid. I showed the cashier my approval. She had to to talk to another worker and contact support which almost 15 minutes later I was able to leave. She did apologize in the beginning and then at the end for the inconvenience but 15 minutes I had to wait before being able to leave. The lady was super nice and she did great the whole time as she wanted to make sure I wasn't going to get double charged.  This was not the first time there has been a problem with the computer system that I had to wait. Not that I expect to be compensated for my time while problems are being resolved but today made me feel more like a number versus a patient for a system issue. At least throw in a free product or something for the wait.

Idk if this is a regular practice at Oasis north. I pick up from there every Sunday. This Sunday though I got charged the 22 dollars for a 200mg cookie, but when I opened the bag to eat said cookie, the label on it said 100mg. I called Oasis North. Left my name and number and asked if they can just charge me the correct price on my card and to give me a call back. They never called back. Guess I have to start going to Territory.

I have been to perhaps 10 or so Dispensaries and the Oasis in South Chandler is now my favorite. Great looking store, great pricing and most importantly the best staff with tremendous knowledge. Looking forward to going to their other locations.

They have good deals most time but their prices are high as to be expected from a dispensary in a newly legal state but you would think other weed smokers would have the decency to roll properly or use papers that aren't just tissue paper, every preroll I've purchased is sadly sized and has cannoned every single time that I've often given up and used the flower inside for a bowl don't waste your money on anything rolled here!! Instead I recommend the wide edible selection and concentrates till they hopefully fix their misdeeds

Overcrowded, horrible layout, and sub par weed. Overly dried harsh herbs, overpriced and not worth the money. DONATE to a local home grower for better quality control, higher potency, and no taxes by donating to a local grow! You get gifted better medicine from local growers. Regularly tested above 25%thc flower, 30 dollar donation for grams of LIVE rosin testing at 90%! Don't pay a Dispo 70 bucks a gram before tax

I was searching for 420 specials and selected this location for the 20% edibles discount.   Online order with Leafly was simple enough, showing the price and discount applied. I received email and text notice my order was ready to just show up.   When I arrived I was told my products were not discounted and there were only limited discounts not advertised.   I was over charged and the bud tender Dani was not helpful and with any question I asked, she would not give me an answer on other products and seemed put out with wanting to know about other products.  I would not recommend this alocation and will stay away from here myself.  I am not asking for special treatment, only wanting someone to answer questions and not act like I am interrupting her buzz!   What a bad first impression.

First dispensary experience was great! Friendly, helpful staff with one on one attention who listen to what you're looking for and make recommendations accordingly. Very clean, well lit, not sketchy at all. Prices are better than Illinois.

I'm perplexed as I write this review because I believe I was just scammed by Oasis Dispensary. Today they are running a BUY ONE/GET ONE Deal on Wana Gummies. Per the website, the gummies are marked down to $18. Silly me assumed that I could purchase one $18 box of Wana Gummies and then get the second box for free, right? WRONGI understand Im not privy to all the red tape involved in owning/operating a dispensary but when I attempted to ask the representative, Michelle, for an explanation she very loudly started reviewing the prices/deal with me as if I were a kid in kindergarten or an adult with learning disabilities. I asked for a manager. The way the items are posted online and the price I ended up paying still don't make sense in my opinion but I am grateful that the manager calmly/patiently explained the discrepancy. Unfortunately, I had to interact with Michelle one more time as we finished the transaction. I explained to her that I know she probably deals with dumb questions and/or people all day however I would have appreciated her not getting loud with me during our initial conversation. I was prepared for her to say "sorry" or "Im just having a bad day" instead she looked me straight in the eyes, pointed around to her other coworkers and said "I'm loud, ask any of them, they'll tell you, I'm loud" she did not offer an apology ... no sorry for the misunderstanding.... nothing I advised her that in general, loud speaking can be interpreted as aggression (especially for someone with social anxiety) and she should aim to make her customers feel more comfortable especially if they are seeking to understand how their money is being spentAll in all, I like Oasis so I will be back but hopefully I don't have to see Agressive Michelle again.

Never bought any drugs. I barely even take OTC. But the wife has mad depression, anxiety, and paranoia. Ended up talking her into trying gummies.Ordered online. Had no idea what to expect.Process is to come in and wait I n.v the lobby until you're called. Then you go back and get what you need. Then they buzz you out. This is important as you need an associate to get you into the room and out.Dont try to get out without the associate and run into the locked door like I did.I give 4 stars because I think the associates should ask if you have questions. Which I would have asked some if prompted. Not all of us know about what we are buying. But instead they just cashed me out and then I went and ran into the door.As for the purchase... wife got gummies and mints. Said half a gummy did nothing for her and that the mints did more. She is switching jobs so waiting for that ship to sail before trying a whole gummy. Said the gunmy had a bad aftertaste but I have no idea if that is normal.

I worked with Zach (I think? I’m terrible with names, sorry!). He was super nice and spent a fair amount of time with me figuring out what would work best for my needs. He looked up which essential oils were in the products and what they did and even helped me save some money in the end. I was very happy with my experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend this place for others who aren’t sure what they’re looking for. There was a bit of a wait to talk to someone, but they really seemed to zoom through all the people in the lobby. Don’t be intimidated by the wait at all! It was well worth it in the end.

I honestly wasn't sure if anyone would even call back. Surprisingly, Scott gave me a call back in less than 10 minutes and let me know what was going on. Great customer service. New to the area, & this side of the country in general so I’m glad Oasis was my first experience! Super easy online process, walked-in to an amazing atmosphere to pickup my order. The entire staff was welcoming & friendly. The bud tender (i forget his name but I’ll be back to find out) was extremely genuine & helpful & even got me a better strain for the promotion being ran. I also love all the promotions PERIOD! Everything from aesthetic, variety, product design, & the actual quality of the products I received were amazing! Very pleased.

New to the area, & this side of the country in general so I’m glad Oasis was my first experience! Super easy online process, walked-in to an amazing atmosphere to pickup my order. The entire staff was welcoming & friendly. The bud tender (i forget his name but I’ll be back to find out) was extremely genuine & helpful & even got me a better strain for the promotion being ran. I also love all the promotions PERIOD! Everything from aesthetic, variety, product design, & the actual quality of the products I received were amazing! Very pleased.

Oasis is my go to dispensary for the last 2 years. Their service is fast and friendly as it always makes me feel good enough to tip. Their flower options are one of a kind as I can find multiple good strains to smoke on. I would recommend anyone looking for some good deals and product Oasis is the place you seek.

I went in yesterday looking just for some cbd products and really enjoyed my experience. I’m not super familiar with cbd/cannabis products, so I came in hoping for some guidance. I worked with Zach (I think? I’m terrible with names, sorry!). He was super nice and spent a fair amount of time with me figuring out what would work best for my needs. He looked up which essential oils were in the products and what they did and even helped me save some money in the end. I was very happy with my experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend this place for others who aren’t sure what they’re looking for. There was a bit of a wait to talk to someone, but they really seemed to zoom through all the people in the lobby. Don’t be intimidated by the wait at all! It was well worth it in the end.

I had a problem with my loyalty points not adding up correctly or showing correctly. I called down and talked to Scott. He told me he would look into it. I honestly wasn't sure if anyone would even call back. Surprisingly, Scott gave me a call back in less than 10 minutes and let me know what was going on. Great customer service. Additionally, the staff is very knowledgeable and has always given good recommendations when it comes to product. I highly recommend Oasis to anyone looking for a great spot that cares about their customers.

I come here pretty often, and am always welcomed and attended to with a positive attitude. The bud tenders are all super chill and nice and are always very helpful in anything I need or have questions about. They have tons of options to choose from so there’s always new things you can try. Super cool place and I recommend to anyone who wants to go to a good dispensary. They also have really good deals for medical and first timers as well
