What an absolutely fabulous staff! This is my go-to around Chambersburg. Nick (the pharmacist) always has been helpful in determining my needs when I have questions and was very thorough during my consult last year. The team is just as friendly and helpful. I'd easily recommend this (local) dispensary than an international chain like RISE or Herbology. Both have their own pros, but honestly nothing has compared to my experiences here!

I am a regular patient here. There was an issue with my order yesterday evening. This morning Nick the pharmacist contacted me and was able to work out a solution to my problem.

This is a cool group of people, I only go to them. No service compares

I don't understand why they went to mandatory in-building service the day after PA expanded the law to allow permanent pull-up service. I have chosen Organics over their competition who is nearby and closer to my house plenty of times solely because they allowed pull-up and the other didn't. I can't imagine that business has increased due to this change. Even an optional pull-up service would be great. I know it was their choice, but it almost feels like they ignored the law when it changed, even though i rationally know that's not the case. Other than that complaint, I do enjoy Organic Remedies. The staff are awesome. The location is good, but that intersection is vicious and so many ppl gridlock the entrance it's hard to get in and out sometimes. Good place overall.
