3 people in store. Waited and no welcome. Cash machine empty. Short on money? So I took my business elsewhere. I could not imagine you guys being busy and what you would possibly do? Shitty day to be a customer.

Horrible people as staff! The black dude abused his little dog that he brings to work right in front of me and several other customers. Then i yelled 'Hey don't touch that dog like that!'  He responded 'It's my dog! Get out of here!!' Then the other cashier joined him in throwing me out.   I don't need their moldy weed Never going there again

I've shopped here several times and after my last stop in, I've decided to just stop patronizing this place. Prices are too high, and I've only once got an employee that actually knew about the products and the prices, and could actually ring me up without assistance. It's always a crap shoot here. They really need to get it together if they want to compete with other shops. Do not recommend! It's worth the drive to Grand Mound to avoid this place!

Long story short, do not go to the store unless you know exactly what you want, and you cannot get it anywhere else. Their prices are too high, their staff knows nothing, and you will have to beg for their attention to make your purchase. On a Saturday afternoon there were only two shop attendants, four customers in the store total. me and my partner, and another couple. Even with the low foot traffic we were not greeted, we were left unattended for 15 minutes, we were not carded at any point during our visit, and the prices were almost double other stores prices. For the exact same items. I know stores that have more staff, more knowledgeable staff, more helpful staff, quarter of the square footage. It's really not worth going. oh, it's a beautiful store, but no one there cares about helping customers. The most attentive member of staff, was the dog. We were told of a sale that was buy one get one 40% off, and that was the only explanation of the sale. They don't have a wide or varied selection products. The selection is very narrow and limited to a few specific brands. If I were to guess I would say at least 80% of the square footage in that store is devoted to floor space. Just empty floor space with nothing in it. Items line the walls and there's a counter with products and a small peninsula of products But most of the store is just empty space.

The only store I will buy from. Everybody there has helped me, they are all amazing people. Super friendly and nice. Very helpful. Would recommend this to everyone. Thank you Heather Baker

I love this place!!! Staff is AMAZING. Have yet to disappoint me. They are friendly and helpful. Never make me feel rushed.. Love the store set up. Plenty of room. And the product layout is great... easy to see without being cluttered together. Prices are fair. And the only spot that has a loyalty rewards program in place.

Ive never been in a marijuana shop before. My first experience was great. I went in on Saturday afternoon & was greeted at the door. The person who helped me was so friendly & patient with me. Her name was Jessica. She really helped me navigate the store. I had no idea what I wanted. She helped me find the kind of weed I like to smoke. Was really grateful for her help. I will definitely be back & tell my friends & my family how awesome & amazing my experience was. Ill be back, but just hope my next visit is as great as my 1st one was. Plus the store is really open & nice to be able to walk around & just look at things.

I really like this shop. The people are friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices are good, and the quality of their products are impressive. Keep it up you guys, the competition will only increase, you’ll have loyal customers if you stay the course and continue to be a quality shop.
