They are a very clean building, with gated parking and security. Their flower is top-notch, and they also have good deals. The waxes and oils are all at market rate, sometimes you can get them on sale. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I am a returning customer, and made this my number one go to spot.
Highly recommend excellent product, fair prices and joyful staff! So happy this provisioning center opened up right down the street from me. Very nice place, medical only so if you're a card holder go check them out!
Best dispensary in Michigan hands down. Staff is always friends. I've never spent more than 10 min when I have an online order. Plus the deliver also which is a huge convenience. They also have the best prices. Love HOD
Second time now I've wasted over an hour in driving because website stock is not correct and could not get a replacement because the rewards system has been "down" for over a week. Also every order I've picked up has had something replaced for the same stock issues...and no offers to correct it. While the people staffed there are excellent and courteous, the system itself seems fairly dysfunctional and unprofessional. I usually come down a few times a week, but I now have no intention on returning. EDIT: after reading through the rest of the negative views, I see that 1) My experience is quite common, and has been since they took over the store. Obviously no attempt has been made to fix the stock discrepancies, which happen if you are a walk-in order or a first customer of the day order. It's quite clear that it's "first hand in the bin claims the product" rather than "first to order" as this happens with walk-ins, pickups and deliveries. 2) Points system is down, and has been commented on but the company has yet to respond let alone fix it. 3) Their errors are your issue. The company has absolutely no accountability. They do not offer any type of customer service solutions, just excuses and pleas for a second chance, while never addressing the problems that actually caused it in the first place. 4) They don't even fully read the issues to properly respond with something that wasn't directly copy/pasted from a notepad. I've had street dealers with a better sense of customer service than this. This is just absolutely asinine to deal with because their prices *aren't* lower once you factor in the wasted time, shorted weed and incorrect THC ratings.
I’ve made a few trips here. It’s always been extremely busy but despite this I never waited longer then 10 minutes or so. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, from the front desk down to the security guards and everyone in the middle. Prices are good as are the products I’ve purchased. I thought I was on my way to a beautiful new relationship. However after last night it may be be time to call it quits. I placed my order online. My husband was out so he stopped to get it. Even though he had my ID and his own he was told I’d have to come myself ( still not sure why this is as we both can legally purchase or why the order wasn’t just redirected with his name onto it but whatever, it was my bad ) so he came home, picked me up, and off we went. It’s a 6 mile drive round trip and takes about 12 minutes. It was 8:50 when I arrived but the doors were locked and after explaining the situation to security they remained that way. I’m just completely confused as to why staff said one thing and then did another. It was a complete waste of time as I was busy doing something else but more so then that it’s such a let down.. it’s got all the above positives mentioned before and is so close to my home I really thought I’d be doing business here on the regular.
