The staff is friendly 5 stars for that. The parking sucks, the prices are ok. I like the deli type dispensary I'd like to smell and touch my product. The staff is friendly location is clean neat and new but the parking area sucks, tight barely places to park. The prices are ok on some things, but definitely not the lowest I ever seen.  First time patients are supposed to receive 20 percent off I purchased two items of both were 45.00 each should have been 90 but with my "20 percent discount " it brought it down to 81.01 but that is not correct my total was supposed to be 72.01 since I got some tea they were offering for a penny. So my first time customer discount was my last I won't come back, I did not like the parking, and I did not like the whole ordeal no shopping around someone just comes to you with an iPad asking what you want but she was friendly but still the first time discount did it for me. That's my review and the reason I gave 2 stars I will not return .

Was the best dispensary in town. But honestly speaking they gone too far low. I was always raving about Mission Catonsville. But they changed their mission from customer focused to idk what their focus is now. They got rid of loyalty program when i first signed up they told me it was never going to change. When you order online 50% off the time the prices are more in store. They dont have good specials usually stuff they ordered too much off. Now I wouldn't even go there because of the fact they don't care about you. Plenty of other dispensary that will make you feel at home and better deals all day everyday.

I LOVE THIS DISPENSARY. The staff is always so freaking nice and friendly. Super knowledgeable and it's always a good vibe when you're there. I prefer the atmosphere over every other dispensary I've been to in the area.

Bad parking and staff steals from you. Even though I tipped, they still stole from me. Check your rewards, they help themselves to your discounts!

This is absolutely the worst dispensary I've ever been to, I'm consistently disappointed when I go. You will need to do a thorough inspection of everything you buy from them before leaving. Every time I go theirs a problem. Once they tagged my order with another patients name, one time they sold me a completely empty jar that didn't have a crumb in it, must have been a display jar and if you order online they will give you anything and tell you that's what you ordered. To top it off, their rude af. This place is the worst...

Terrible dispensary. Service is bad. Some of the staff is decent but often they are goofing off and not helping patients. When I have called, some staff have been rude on the phone. The prices aren't great and the deals are lackluster compared to other dispensaries, as is their point system. Better rewards and better prices elsewhere.

This was my first time and Sabrina made it EVERYTHING and more for me. I felt welcomed, relaxed and in great hands. Sabrina's knowledge and friendliness made my experience great and I learned so much. She made sure I got everything I needed and took her time helping me through it. I'll definitely be going back. Very professional and clean!

My man Ryan has been Ace since day 1!  Great Attitude knowledgeable and service with a smile goes a long way! Cliff makes you feel like your family ;) now people may not remember what you told them last time you spoke but they will always remember the way you made them feel!! Sabrina brings it all together!!  leader of many great ones!!! Thanks for being yourselves and genuine !! Hard to find and appreciated!!!

I always enjoy going to Ethos Catonsville.  The staff has always been super kind and helpful.  Sabrina is a nut and makes you feel right at home.  She makes it feel like a cheers bar.  Lol.  Customer for life!!

Had an absolutely amazing experience the first time I went here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was helpful and kind. Sean took care of my registration and made it simple and fast. Ryan took care of all my questions. Ryan gave me excellent suggestions that I took, and I am happy I did. Sending all my referrals here and will be back soon!

I’ve been here twice recently, I’m just bad at leaving reviews. Both experiences were 5 stars!!! The first time I went recently, Ryan helped me out. He was very knowledgeable about the products I was trying to find and even helped me save some money at the end of the day by letting me know about discounts on products. He even gave me some pins and stickers which were really cute! The second time I was here recently, I was helped by Clifton. He was also super knowledgeable and so easy to chat with. He helped me pick the best product and even talked to me about different terpenes, which was extremely helpful for me. He even gave me some (THC free) samples of new edibles that they were planning on having in stock. In short, you can’t go wrong with anyone that works here, but Ryan and Clifton are amazing and definitely have a customer first mindset. Thanks for making me feel so at home!!

Large selection and easy ordering/pick up process! Shout out to Sabrina at the front desk, she is very welcoming and adds to the already friendly atmosphere. My new favorite dispensary! ?

Definitely the best experience I have had yet. The employees were by far top notch. I will recommend Ethos to all of my friends and family. If people in general were as kind as they were, everyone would be walking around smiling. I definitely was when I walked out there. Thank you for a excellent experience. Peace & Love??✌?
