Update--You can do curbside pick up or go inside the store to pick up. Both take the same amount of time. Their website is unclear and often when I called to ask for clarification, they dont pick up the phone. I dont want to come all the way down to the store to ask questions I need know what the new products are so i can make it fit in my budget. I do not have an endless supply of money to spend sadly this is reality for many of us especially in the pandemic.I always ask for Gabrielle or Crystal because they take the time to help me, but otherwise, it is usually a bad experience because of the wait time or simply lack of response. I know that they are doing their best because every time I come, the workers are all busy. Business is booming so that tells me they are doing something right. Perhaps they need more workers to solve this simple problem...or they can just put more information about products on the website

Decent selection of product for New York. Staff is chill and friendly. Good pricing, be sure to check out their new customer, customer loyalty and periodic holiday discounts - the best time to stock up. As of this writing (COVID era), place your order online or on the phone, get a text and staff will bring the product to your car in the parking lot. Cash or debit card only. Recommend going when it's not too busy if possible  (weekday mornings) or wait can be belong.

Curbside pickup takes ridiculously long - seems extremely disorganized. Waiting a half hour for one product is the standard here

Terrible service!!!!Always get voice mail.  Days for someone to get back to me.Then they got nasty an hung up.This never use to be.Very disappointed!!!

staff is so nasty for absolutely no reason. I placed a pick up order that got cancelled right before I arrived and I explained this to the staff member and he told me I'd have to come in. I tried explaining to him that I couldn't come inside because I was exposed to covid so it's best for everyone for me to stay in my car and that's when he got nasty. He went off on me about how there was nothing he could do except tell me what I already know that my order was cancelled. I've never been spoken to with such disrespect and such "holier than thou" attitude from a employee of where I'm spending my money in my life. Their prices are way too high to speak to their customers this way.

The staff is friendly and quick. The ground flower is 95% CBD very low THC I paid for fake Medical Marijuana and am very disappointed. In fact I see most of the Long Island cough cough dispensaries use this fake curaleaf product on their menu. I called the Riverhead Dispensary which actually has strains and while he didn't come out and say it he assured me they aren't like curascam. Wish I could get my money back . Lesson well learned get your license but buy from your dealer you can't get busted and its real

Every time I come here the wait is long. This time it's the worst. I ordered for pick up. They said 25 minuets. I get here around the time the projected. I've been waiting for over an hour. Asked the guy outside handling the orders if it made since for me to just go inside and in his dismissive nasty tone he told me to wait in my car. People that have gone inside instead of doing pick up have come and gone. There's no communication about how long it's gonna take or where you're at in line. They just leave you waiting. You can't cancel it because they take your ID, then come back and take your money. I'm looking forward to next year when more dispensaries open and this won't be one of our only choices. They need more staff or something. I shouldn't be waiting for over an hour with no end in sight. Finally after seeing the pissed look on our face the Peking lot attendant said he would check on it for us.

First time visitor! Not what I expected. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable and most important, non judgmental.  During the consultation, John & Alicia explained all the different products and their effects.  Really put my mind at ease as i haven't used marijuana in a long, long, time.  Trying to figure it out on my own was confusing.  To them i say, "thank you."Cash only.....which was surprising.  But understandable as it would be easy to charge an abundance....which is not necessary.  This business is not going anywhere.I have tried many over the counter remedies to alleviate my pain and anxiety.  Glad to have found something inexpensive that works.

Very friendly staff, especially when I forget my cash every single time. They are always courteous, and my online order being ready gets me in and out fast. Their quality is good for producing in bulk, I've never been disappointed, and I've only personally not liked one sativa strain, otherwise I love the convenience of this place and the price... just kidding, little high but I blame the State.

I have been using curaleaf for 2 years and as of the past few months service is beyond slow. I waited 40 Minutes for curbside pickup today. I saw the line clear out 2 different times atleast 9 people came in and out with their medicine before I got mine. The new dutchie system that they are using is not user friendly at all. Hopefully they work it all out soon. They did just get in whole flower which is a plus.

I have been going to Curaleaf since May 2019. I have tried 3 other dispensaries on Long Island & this by far is my favorite. Over the last 9 months, Curaleaf has continue to carry new high quality products. The staff is always very helpful. They are willing to answer questions & share information. Today, Abhi took the time to walk me through my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about dosage &  current sales. I feel confident that i made a good purchase & got a great deal, thank you Abhi.

Amazing staff gets 5 out of 5 with regard to product knowledge and customer service.  I spoke with Mark today (10/4), Juan (on 10/2) & Crystal & Andrew (on 9/15).  All 5 STAR !!

Curaleaf is hands-down the best cannabis dispensary in New York. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best quality and bang for your buck. I always put my order through the website ahead of time. However, the last three or four times I've been here, the wait in the parking lot (after checming in) has been at least 30 minutes. Today I waited around 45 mins. Not sure what goes on, especially when people who get here after me get served first each of the last few times I've been here. Hopefully they hire more staff and fix whatever issue is taking so long for orders to be delivered to the car, despite being placed the previous day. I'm really not sure if there if ordering in advance makes a difference. Regardless, I'll continue to support curaleaf because they are the far superior dispensary in New York state. The wait time has been very frustrating though.

I would like to leave a formal complaint about the Carle place curaleaf. I have never in my life experienced such a HORRIBLY run place in my life. Carle place curaleaf is   clearly understaffed there MANAGER Kim ( who refused to come hear my complaint) is unhelpful and useless. This is my fourth trip to curaleaf in the last three weeks in an attempt to pick up my medicine only to have to leave because the wait is more than two hours long. I don't understand how there are no other options for patients who run on specific time sensitive schedules and why nobody on CURALEAFS staff is willing to accommodate or help those who do not have the time or resources to wait on a line all day. When I asked for delivery I was told that because I'm not available for the specific hours of delivery. ( that they only do twice a week) I'm not eligible. Also since I live "far" (barley 15 miles away) they wouldn't be able to do said deliveries "often". THIS WEEK After my last three failed attempts at picking up my order I called ahead of time and pleaded with them to please prepackage my order ( which I attempted to order in bulk because of the difficulty picking up over the last 6 months) only for them to say NO  With no explanation or attempt to help.I do not have anyone who can pick up my order for me and I just think that as a company and an establishment that is meant to serve people like me this is completely outrageous and uncalled for. Going this long without my medicine has been difficult and is beginning to effect my everyday life and I'm sick of curaleaf in carle place weak ass apologies and lack of genuine care. I'm disgusted and will be doing everything I can to get in contact with someone higher up to let them know exactly how this establishment treats there patients.

the quality is high, great owners, the wait time is insane because they have to log each purchased item to a NY database. ‍ so, annoyingly you gotta wait.  simultaneously work on your patience while you re-up on quality goods, :)

Staff was very attentive to my needs and took time explaining everything to me. Waited on my indecisiveness without an issue which was very nice. They take care of a persons needs without feeling like a number.

It was my first visit and I couldn't be more pleased!Z and Dylan were welcoming and incredibly helpful!When it came to choosing products Dylan took his time and helped me find the best options. I highly recommend them!!!

This dispensary goes out of their way not to tell you their specials, for example I'm a new client for about a month with them, and a new medical client to New York. At Lie-a-leaf quarters usually cost $85 and they sometimes have bundle specials where if you buy an ounce you get $80 off which can be substantial. The only way that you're going to know about the specials if you call in because the text message and emails about these specials don't necessarily get sent.  Long story short is I missed the bundle sale because the last time I called in was around Mother's Day and everybody there told me that bundle specials rarely happen and the next time they will probably see any special is on Father's Day. So because of this I fell back and I figured if anything changes I could rely on my text message or email notifications to inform me to make a move. I decided to call because I want new weed/hear about new strains and guess what happened... they told me that there was just a bundle special that was going on for the last two weeks during the time I was advised my Curaleaf to fall back and wait like WTF. Now I missed the opportunity to save $80 on an ounce taking an oz from $260 to $340!!! Which is substantial especially for a medical client in a pandemic. While on the phone I said to them hey I'm a new client and I never got the sms/email messages on this latest bundle sale and that's what I've been looking for and now you're saying it is over... it ended Literally the day before it hasn't even been 24 hours (this was yesterday 5/25). They said there's nothing they could ever do to honor the sale and or retroactively honor the sale despite misinforming me and signing up to a text and email system that never sent me the notification there was a bundle deal. I said to them well if I wasn't on the text message subscription that didn't work or if I wasn't wrongly informed by the staff they are saying that bundle sales rarely happen and the next time you should look up is around Father's Day I would've maybe done something differently and perhaps I would've got this sale.  I'm at the point in my life where things like this make me say AJ "out produce the problem and forget it", but when it comes to stuff like this I have to say something because this falls underneath "the customers right". I did every single thing on my part to be informed about a bundle sales even signed up to the text message email subscription and called in to double check and it still went wrong because of the miss information that Curaleaf gave me and they will not acknowledge this by retroactively honoring the deal. What they told me was I should come back in this weekend and take it advantage of the memorial day sale. But this is the kicker and why I don't even wanna do that because they told me they don't have the ability to know when future deals are coming and they said they don't have the ability to retroactively honor a sale but then how is it possible that every employee there is telling me to come back on Sunday for the new sale... wait... but how do they know about a future deal when they said they don't know about future deals until the day of, another cure-a-lie.  Lastly I told the rep that I'm a great client and they should do the right thing... so she looked at my history in the cpu and she said I  barely bought anything and when I said every time I go there I buy about an ounce and she said well that's really not that much anyway I smoke more than that, thanks counter woman.  My curalie history is new bc I just signed up in may and I already spent $1000, i didn't know $12k a year was not worth any consideration especially when the company not the clients drops the ball and I spending mad bread.  Thanks for the capping it off with consumption Shame.  If cura-lie wants to earn my business or have this review dropped call me and honor the deal or my money goes elsewhere as does my referrals to anyone whom inquires.  What would rectify the situation is this, honor the ounce special for $260 and deliver it to my house today because you do deliveries on Wednesday from what I was told yesterday and have Stasia do it. I have a strong feeling in my body that corporate will see this call the queens location and tell them to do the right thing by Adam Fiore 5168150153, and again the right thing will be honoring the bundle special price and on top of that delivering it to my house today.  I'm waiting....

The reviews are definitely not real on this place. I have had nothing but nightmares terrible service the worst I have ever experience l, it's ran by total incompetent people. I actually think they are all high on their own supply, if you don't believe me try and order something try and call, you can leave your number and you might here back by 2022, then you go in person and you see a bunch of space cadets. Stay far away you will be sorry if you try this shipwreck

Amateur hour! This place has went downhill so fast it's a shame. Used to be a pleasant experience lately it's just been a nightmare. The staff working behind the desk are so unprofessional. Thier website is a disaster. They don't even explain what strains your buying. Curbside pickup although convenient has become an absolute nightmare. You place an order on the website and they get back to you 6 hours later when your at work telling you it's ready for pickup. Emails asking the status of the order get ignored. This place is beyond terrible. New products are out of stock in 3 days. Oh yeah - They got reported to the dept of health about their flower. So now they no longer carry any flower! This place is a complete waste of time!  Your honesty better off getting illegally from someone in the street than wasting your time and money here. Curaleaf Carle place  is a disgrace and is an embarrassment to medical patients

Out of all the dispensaries on Long Island, this one is by far the nicest, up to date one. The employees are so helpful and nice too Not only  do they sell a nice selection of THC products, but they have a ton of CBD products as well. If you're s to a Marijuana patient, or just looking to purchase CBD products, then definitely come here. You won't be disappointed

I recently went to Curaleaf @ Carle Place. It's a busy parking lot. Their new Select & Select Live are much better (in my opinion) then the previous CL carts that they had. I found the originals harsh on my throat. The new ones go pretty down easy and seems to work better as well but I have a difficulty getting high anymore The issues I had were more administrative. I understand Covid but it's not hurting their business and they can hire more ppl. I placed 2 orders on Leafly that when I got there they didn't have it. (I drive about 20-30 min) the last time (this time) I ordered directly from their site. I waited an hour didn't get any messages so I called. Gabriella (she is the only nice person I have dealt with there) said it was canceled,then she said my cert expired so I emailed it and she got it and said I'll get your order started. We hung up. About 5-10 minutes later I received the text saying that my order was canceled and the same time a text that my order was ready for pick up. I was already driving so when I got there I checked in at the unfriendly desk ( not so much as unfriendly but more ambivalent to my presence.I gave my name , was told ok it will be about a 1/2 hour (big order?) so another thing to repair is it's not ready for pickup it's ready for you to check in.

I want be as fair as possible so I'll start by saying that going CL Carle Place is typically a pretty painlessexperience. The product is good, and visits usually take only a few minutes. Unfortunately, my visit this last weekend was less the acceptable.After waiting outside for about 15-20 min the staff asked me to come in and wait for the next available cashier to call me. The problem was that only 1 of the 4 cashiers was handling in store orders. The others were only handing curbside, and preorders. I sat inside this store for another 40 min waiting for this (1) cashier to free why everyone that was behind me in lines orders were taken, paid for, and filled before I even got called. I made multiple attempts to try and place my order with one of the staff going back and forth to the cars in the parking lot but was repeatedly denied. What really upset me was that one of the girls behind the counter was visibly aggravated that I was upset after sitting there for so long. Instead of trying to help she decided to compound on my bad experience. First she called me out across the floor about the placement of mask, which was fully covering my face. Either way I apologized and went through the motions of adjusting it. After a a few min she then started snickering to her co-worker " if they're going to come without calling, they're going to wait".As a caretaker and card holder myself I frequent this location quite often. I was extremely offended by the staffs comments. I would love to call ahead but you can never get through and their website is so ambiguous I don't know what I'm buying so they leave me so option but to place my order in person. I do understand that covid protocols complicate things and it was patient appreciation day but this situation had nothing to do with that. This was purely the poor planning on the part of the staff and there was no discernible manager present to talk to.If everyone on line waited an hour I would feel better about my wait but they weren't and nothing excuses the comments that were made. I really hope that management re-evaluates how they are handling their customers moving forward.

I have been a patient since their opening and find them to be caring, friendly professionals. Their products are superb and reasonably priced.At my last visit, Brian Lawrence was very helpful and accommodating.After trying other dispensaries, this one is tops!

I am a fan of Curaleaf, in general I find them to be a solid brand for the price point. The interior of this location is gorgeous and the staff is professional and friendly. I did my consult at this location and the rep was excellent, really listened to the combo that works for me rather than pushing any particular product. Also, Curaleaf's customer loyalty  program is a great incentive to give them your business. Highly recommended!

I live out in the middle of Suffolk County and it was a major pain to drive to Forest Hills.  This cuts my trip in half.  From the moment you walk in the door, you are happily greeted.  Every single encounter has always been a pleasant one.  Everyone has such a friendly attitude.  I would gladly come out of retirement to work for this company. (Wish they had some openings)I'm quite please with their products.  I have extreme pain from basically crushing my body.  I have neuropathy in both legs.  I was an insomniac, and most recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes which created massive anxiety and stress which is NOT good for a diabetic.  I refuse to take opioids so upon a recommendation I tried this, and it works for most of my issues.  Curaleaf has made a difference for me where other options have failed.  Thank you all!

Updating review by adding a star, since according to business owners reply of my initial review, not sharing the strain name is a NY legality issue. Not a curaleaf issue. Cant understand why it would be illegal to know a strain name, but I guess not everything in life makes sense.

If patronizing Curaleaf, try the Queen's location.   The connivence of parking in Carle Place, does not outweigh the lack of attention to service.  On a recent visit, five staff behind the counter, only one caring for a client, the others were engaged in personal conversations.  I waited, as no one in line ahead or behind me.   Upon receiving service,  really not helpful or informative.   This location does not feel as tightly run .  Ironically, my visit coincided with their " corporate " people on premises.  Maybe they were trying to impress the bosses, not the clients.        If I , were to use this location again, it would only be out of necessity, fortunately there are other vendors

Great experience- everyone was COMPLETELY CHILL ! Pricing is as good as you will find on Long Island- plus they have some nice discounts (specials of the week, new customer , etc)- Highly recommended

This is a great place for medical marijuanaThe stand out for me was Abhi.  I met with him in an initial consultation and was very impressed with his knowledge, warmth, and professionalism.  He listened to my pain related issues and we worked out a great alternative to opiate meds that I prefer NOT to use if possible.  Abhi is a tremendous asset to the Curaleaf name.  The store itself is clean ,well kept and easy to find with a security guard present anytime I have gone.I encourage anyone to stArt the process of exploring Medical marijuana.  The most frustrating part for me was the dealing with the state, but Curaleaf is a great place now that I have started.

By far the best dispensary on li.   Only thing I can compare to stuff I got in Michigan California and Colorado.    This is not bull.  They carry a good strain. There capsules are identical feel to the edibles and vape are just as strong as the pic taken it is worth the price hands down. And a lot better then to keep taking Xanax

This was my first time to a medical dispensary and I have to say this place makes you feel so welcome and everyone has a smile on their face from the moment you step in through the door and are greeted by security.Spoke to Andrew who was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job getting me what I specifically needed for my condition.  Their offices are closed door and private when you come in which is great.If you are in the Long Island Nassau/Suffolk area I highly recommend using Curaleaf in Carle Place.  Their location is in a very nice area and convenient to get to from the parkway and next to all the shopping outlets.

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and actually seem to remember me. Even the security guard remembers returning customers. I like that I can discuss marijuana and other ways to use marijuana with the staff in a safe and friendly environment. It is my favorite of all the Curaleaf locations in the area. I have noticed an improvement in my pain since using their products. They have an ample parking lot as well. They service a wide range of customers. A really lovely place.

This dispensary should have more reviews. The staff (especially Kimber, I believe the floor supervisor and Abhi who helps me every time). 1) Quality The quality that they offer compared to almost every other dispensary on Long Island can't be matched. Prices are still going to be competitive, as the MMJNY program currently doesn't allow for as cheap of products as the Rec States, however they're STILL definitely the cheapest on the island, and the quality provides me my pain relief 100 percent. 2) Customer ServiceTheir customer service cannot be matched. Each time I've returned, they remembered me by my first and last name and they paid attention to any questions I've had.All in all, the most underrated dispensary on Long Island and they're doing it right. Always happy to come back to Curaleaf!

These guys have very nice products. Every time I go in I receive most of my help from Abhi, and lately I've been feeling a hell of a lot better!!!

This was my first visit to any dispensary so I didn't know what to expect. I was so impressed with the facility itself but especially with my consultant Abhi. He was wonderful! He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable!My husband, a pharmacist, who accompanied me, was so impressed with Abhi, if he still owned his pharmacy he would have tried to steal him away. The entire experience was extremely positive!

Just returned from a visit to Curaleaf and so far this seems to be the best dispensary on Long Island, and I've been to them all. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and seems to have had extensive training. I met with Caroline who I felt was particularly knowledgeable and was also very warm and answered all of my questions. Their prices also seem to be the best in the area and they have a wider range of product than the other local dispensaries.I hope to update my review to 5 stars after I've been on the products for a while.Don't hesitate to try Curaleaf and ask for Caroline! You won't be disappointed!

I've been to the others - none even come close to this business. They've got such good staff, from the security guard who opens the door, to dispensary associates like Brian - who just helped me a lot today with my checkout.The prices and selection are amazing compared to other local dispensaries, which were seemingly always out of product. The kicker? Curaleaf also offers regular discounts just for being a fan! Can't recommend this place enough.I've been a customer since they opened and hope to bring many other patients their way to see how the best local medical dispensary operates.

After researching dispensaries on Long Island I decided (also with my doctor's recommendation) to go to this CuraLeaf location. It was my first visit to a dispensary and I was not disappointed. I was helped by Allie Weehsler who could not have been more caring and informative. She gave me all of the time I needed to explain the various offerings Curaleaf provides and tailored them with a plan to meet my needs. She was really nice and she made the experience a positive one. Hi my name is Vincent campos I've been a patient for about a year. in the beginning it was great, good pricing nice staff and always got text for discount days which helps a lot.so far it's been months since I've gotten a patient appreciation day text. I ask the staff and nobody knows why. I've had some issues weather it be bad carts or them not giving me my loyalty points and every time I have a problem I have to go back and forth whitch is a hassle I've spent a lot of money there and kinda expected maybe some loyalty points for being such a loyal customer and having multiple issues.i would still recommend them over any other dispensary just had some problems along the way.i am very loyal and talk highly of your meds hopefully someone from Curaleaf can help with some points to compensate for all my issues thanks.

Curaleaf in Carle place is seriously where it's at!!! I have been eager to return time after time and they really make it very simple. You can order online, ask questions through out the order and learn something new in the process. I consider my self an experienced user and I have gained knowledge from Alison who works there and she always lets me know if I have points to apply (which brings your total down!!) The quality of the flower pod refills is top notch and I really enjoy the edible selection. The mints are great for after dinner and the curaleaf chews are delicious and hit the spot. It's really worth checking out Curaleaf if you have your NY medical card and it's right off the parkway N State and Meadowbrook Parkway so getting there is super easy. Check it out y'all

Wait times here are a little excessive, especially if you're looking to talk to consult with someone from the staff. Not a ton of room in the parking lot either. Keep in mind this location is cash only! Products are great - wide selection and highly effective.

Experience was different depending on who I spoke to. 1-2 stars for who I spoke to on the phone to book a meeting same day on Friday. I believe his name started with an O or A. When I came in, they told me I had no appointment. They were really busy when I came in so I'm not sure if it's his fault, management, or front desk for forgetting to book. 3-4 stars for a young woman I spoke to when I came in. She was willing to squeeze me in but told me because I was never actually booked, it'd be a long wait (hours) and possibly rushed. Didn't want that and I could see she felt bad. Told her not to worry as it's not her fault. She insisted to give me a 10% off coupon. I came in the next available day they were open, Tuesday. 3-4 stars for the pharmacist explaining options. 5 stars for the rep Anthony. I saw him go on bended knee to explain cannabis to an elderly woman sitting down, and he thoroughly answered my ?s.

Staff friendly and helpful like everyone else said BUT products are sub par at best . I only tried vape carts but oil taste like ass and they're really not that potent or anywhere near what they should be. Also prices way too high . $65 for .5 gram cart? That's robbery. They run a lot of sales which is cool but still prices inflated so with sale you are really only getting a fair price . Sorry Curaleaf hopefully things will get better.

Great front desk service. Truly helpful fun and welcoming. However, once inside we waited to be consulted. Once we were consulted we were truly disappointed by our "advisor" who admitted he has not tried any of the products he was telling us about. He admitted to not being very knowledgeable on taste of products and effects. How can someone like this be truly advising people. We felt insulted us with his assumptions and it was an uncomfortable experience.

Curaleaf In Carle place is a gift from god. I have visited two other NY dispensaries and have been extremely disappointed. Finally a place where the staff is extremely kind and the pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable. Tom, Abhi, Emma, to name a few of the Pharmacists and staff, have gone out of they're way to make my visit fast enjoyable with the least amount of hassle. I think the medication is The best that New York state has to offer and the products are very good. The staff at Curaleaf, Are the real deal and have helped me get through some of the worst pain I have ever experienced. Thank you Curaleaf in carle place

Excellent dispensary with extremely friendly and helpful staff and an easy-to-understand product line. I'll be using this as my regular dispensary from now on.

This place give the worst service on earth. You're almost locked into long waits even if you preorder. It's really terrible.

Staff is very clean and professional. This is the example of what a dispensary should be- busy, exciting and informative.As a patient starting from 2017, I remember the dispensaries had horrible product selection and were depressing to be in.A few years later, Curaleaf has taken care of many of the issues of the past. Very pleased with everything, nothing to complain about even if I was paid.Thanks a lot guys, keep doing what you're doing! Look forward to more and more product selection!

Very rude people VERY RUDEAbsolutely disgusted with the nasty attitude I got while I was simply asking a question. This place is the closest to me and I have been here so many times and it's not the first time I've gotten a nasty attitude. It's not every single time but i guess I'm gunna have to go out of my way to go to a further location or to a new location all together because I've just about had it with the attitude now.

This will be my second year buying Medical Marijuana products from this dispensary and I have always had good experiences with friendly staff. lately it has been very difficult getting emails and orders fulfilled. On the weekend of September 3rd, I placed an order online because there were products that I used which were 20% off which would have saved me a lot of money and for a disabled person on a fixed income, that works great for me. I did place the order on Friday and then called Saturday morning and spoke to a John who stated that he did not see my order from Friday so I asked him if he could take it again and he said yes. I placed the same order with him and told him I would be there Sunday to pick up order and he said that is fine. On Saturday evening, John called me to tell me they are dumping my order for failing to pick up on the same day and I reminded him that we just placed the order that morning and he didn't act like he remembered me and I was getting angry cause that order was discounted. I then asked for a manager and he transferred me  to a Gabriella who said I had to pick it up the same day. I advised that I never heard this before and always picked it up days later. I begged her to keep my order and she said she couldn't. I said I would be there Sunday morning but she said I could try coming at opening on Sunday morning in the event they dumped other orders and my items would then be in stock. I did arrive at around 0825 on Sunday morning and while sitting in the parking lot waiting for the runner to return with my order, Jennifer called me on my cell phone to advise the Cherry Chews are no longer in stock. At this point, I was so mad that a marijuana dispensary would screw someone who is disabled and relied on the promotion and discount that I desperately needed. I did send several emails to the corporate office of Curaleaf explaining what happened and was advised by email that The matter was brought to the attention of the upper management, Unfortunately, You will not obtain a discount. How disgusting. So nobody has called me to follow up and I guess upper management does not care what happened. As of now, my items are still out of stock and I got screwed by Curaleaf. No other way to explain it.

Very professional, clean, business like. Many people there when coming to purchase items. (one might think - they are giving stuff away/NOT) You can purchase a variety of things at different prices, you can use credits that accrue when you do toward money discounts. They do check your I.D.s and cards before purchasing. There is a drive up on right side as coming to the building- go slow to enter or you can go to parking lot. They have curbside orders or you wait on a line to enter.

After 2 years of shopping Curaleaf I'm calling it quits. The long lines and poor customer service is not acceptable for a wellness provider. I think there are better choices available. After screwing up an order and being overcharged I reached out twice to set up an exchange for the wrong item , I got no reply.  It was as if they really didn't care. After a week of no reply I  contacted Curaleaf  customer service. I had to provide pictures and a video and reciept showing proof. They were apologetic, but didn't offer me anything. I didn't do anything wrong, so why would I  wait another 45 minutes online outside for this nonsense, my time an health are worth more than this. Goodbye

Ive had my medical card since May 2020. When i first started going to Curaleaf Carle Place i was in and out in 10 min, online pre order or even just a walk in. Now, dont bother. Buy something off the street, the wait at this location is so horrible (even pre order) and the system they use sucks. The queens location is so much better, more to chose from AND you dont wait in your car, walk in, walk out. Yea the parking sucks in QNS but so does CP so whatever. Plus, QNS constantly have sales online, way more than CP. Sad but true. More and More people are going to Curaleaf, that is the problem.

For some reason when you come here you will be spending an hour. No matter what time or day you come you will be here for an unnecessary amount of time. I love the product but I would rather go to the Queens location. I am always in/out of there in under 20 but when I come here I spend an entire afternoon.

After purchasing here for a few months I've learned a few things - and this is after reading reviews prior to purchasing and going to other places - 1. The wait does suck but when I'm inside I'm given the right amount of information which does take a second and I appreciate that the budtenders go out of their way to actually speak to you about what you could be looking for or something you may not know exists. 2. If you figure out the right time to go you'll get in pretty quickly. 3. Check your order, everyone is human and mix ups happen when so many people move through so many orders 4. They keep the environment safe, clean and friendly and restock regularly. 5. The parking lot is small and people park horribly it is what it is. 6. Their point loyalty system works really well for the patients. As far as I'm concerned if the biggest flaw is the wait and having to make sure my order is what I ordered I'm okay with that. Their order ahead system slaps for the most part too.

I haven't experienced any of the extreme issues mentioned in other reviews, however, there are times when you have to wait upwards of 30 minutes if they're busy. I always pre-order, which results in waiting in your car. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly during my visits. It should be noted for this review that I only purchase "flower."My primary complaints:1) Even if you pre-order, it doesn't guarantee that your order will be delivered as purchased on the website, or if you place an order by phone. This isn't a pharmacy; if they sell out of the product you ordered, you have to order something else. (This defeats ordering in advance to secure an order, and it is also indicative of the way they put orders together - on the fly, and rather last minute). 2) The parking lot is horrible. It's too small and if you have a nice car, or any car, this is a good place for door-dings and fender benders. Now that recreational marijuana has been passed, they're now selling actual "bud." Up until this point, if you purchase "flower," it's heavily grounded and, for a lack of a better of a description, their flower tastes like chemicals. Hopefully, with the "bud" option, there will be better tasting smokable weed. I should also point out that the grade/THC content of their inventory is far much better than it has been in the past. I'm assuming the medical marijuana industry is well aware of the competition that is coming once recreational dispensaries are open. I will say this, if purchasing here or in Forest Hills is your only option, and you're arriving by car, come here, because the parking in Forest Hills is impossible.

I was sitting in the lobby on one of the couches when a middle-aged man sat down uncomfortably close to me. Asked me to smoke with him, asked where I lived, tried to get me to come back to his place, and somehow found out my name without me telling him. One of the employees saw I was nervous and offered to walk me out to my car. Sure enough, the creep was waiting for me in the parking lot. The Curaleaf employee walked me safely to my car. I didn't catch the employee's name, but if you're reading this, THANK YOU so so much for making sure I was safe. You deserve employee of the month imo.

This dispensary is clean. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Always a pleasant experience. A bit pricey. But none the less i will be a repeat customer. I would highly recommend Curaleaf to family and friends .
