In the last 6 months I have had to go to the emergency room for prescription pain medication multiple times due to lack of inventory at CY+.  Your manager Tracy has been rude and condescending each and every time I speak to her about this and other issues.  In fact she just hung up on me while I was trying to explain the importance of being able to order online which says all inventory available is shown online and it truly doesn't if low inventories items specifically flower has not been posted yet when I went to pick up RSO the consultant has a long list of flower. I moved from California where they never ran out of my medication.  They supply patient and recreational and can keep up.  You should lose your license if you can't supply the product consistently.  A pharmacy would shutdown with your business practices.  Tracy is the least compassionate person I've ever spoke to at CY Butler.  Your best consultant was fired and you keep Tracy, bad decision.  Teresa Cummings was your best consultant by far.

Very nice, very knowledgeable.  Waited less than five minutes, took longer due to first time paperwork.  Was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

What's the point of being a patient when I call 9 times and don't get an answer. Definitely losing my business and will be going to another location because it's rude to just not answer and help your customers when you claim to be so friendly.

Stay away from these people! They are bunch of ridiculously stupid and high strung millennial idiots who don't care about your MMJ needs. Truly, their people are unprofessional, douchebags, dressed in sweatpants and wearing man buns who lose their shit if you check your email on your phone in the waiting area.Apparently this attitude is a product from the top down, as I later spoke to another clueless kid who identified himself as a regional manager of some kind. Had absolutely no idea how to handle an escalated customer issue and an overall condescending attitude. Never seen a company that cares so little about customer service stay in business very long, hopefully that will be the case with CY. Solevo and Healing Centre are so much more deserving of your dollars. Also don't buy Cresco product at those locations or else you are still supporting these short bus riding dopes.

Third day in a row this dispensary does not have any indica flower available.  It always has a humongous stock of cartridges and sativa high products.   Sativa quenches hunger so I need them to get the medicine that works for me and alot of other medical approved patients.

I find the workers to be very friendly and engaging and they get you in and out as quickly as possible.  I would suggest you check the weights of products, because out of my last seven purchases, two were slightly over (smiley face) and one was underweight (frowny face).  You may also want to check to make sure that they have given you a label with the correct patient name on it.   Also, the online advertised THC content doesn't always match what's on the product label.  P.S.  Don't forget to check to see if you qualify for any discounts.  I would definitely recommend Sunnyside.

Always pleasant and very efficient  - the employees are awesome  Clean and strict on Covid regulations. Never a problem finding a parking place. BTW: Their products are terrific!!

Worst dispensary in pa. If you take time out of your day to drive to Butler might as well drive the few extra miles and take the few extra minutes to go to Cranberry you can go to rise they'll offer a point system and they give you different ways to get discounts or you go to harvest of cranberry that has the cheapest prices out of all of them dispensary two dispensaries that are hands down 100% way better than shity Sunnyside and the one in New Ken is as equally awful ??‍♀️

I only visited the website! Good selection on there tho! Update the store is very nice & the people were friendly & helpful! I had a close relative go to this dispensary!

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable. I love going because everyone goes above and beyond!! Great place!! I recommend them 100%!!

The staff here are fantastic! They are always helpful, smiling and caring. The selection is great as well. I have never had an issue finding the types of products that I need.
