Staff made me wait a long time when I had already received a text my order was complete.  They were out of an item which I was fine with because they called about a substitution. Ran my card in two payments, after I had already told.them they need to swipe it as the chip doesn't always work they tried to put the chip in so many times they got me locked out of my bank account for the second part of the payment. Told the budtender I would call my bank and have them reset it... we were still good at this point. Was trying to be patient lol... he comes back out with part of my order because they adjusted the order. (MIND YOU I AM STILL ON THE PHONE WITH THE BANK.) At this point I gave up.... told staff I was phone with the bank and he just handed me the bag... not only did they miss out on the rest of my sales for the day. I will NOT be a returning customer.

Ellie is the THC to my bud ! She makes the buying experience amazing! Quick knowledgeable and kind. If only all dispensary's had this type of service and attention to detail we all would be ina " higher" place lol. Thanks! Will be back soon! Like tomorrow.

They have great customer service and amazing support. The only thing that I don't understand and is disappointing. The weight of the 3.5 packages is usually less than what is paid for. This is not good business. Does anyone else have this experience?

If you're looking for CBD / THC or whatever the case is, oils, gummies, batter, this is the place to go to. Best customer service, they work on a point system, and they will hook you up with their every day specials! My representative Julia was super thorough. Get the good medical stuff not the rubbish!

Visited my favorite “go to” spot and was not disappointed! Matt processed my order in no time and who knew he’s been hiding a great smile behind that mask all this time! Love my bud tenders even more now that you can see all their smiling faces!??

Another enjoyable visit to my go to spot where I was given another knowledgeable recommendation from bud tender Matt! That’s one of the things I love about my Herbi crew! Relationships do matter!❤️❤️
