This place is great. They have a very nice selection, also a free atm inside.The people working here are very nice and helpful. The daily deals are pretty cool too!

This place is terrible. The last 3 times I did curbside they don’t send notifications so that you can check in, you can never get through the phone lines. I hate going inside because it’s has too much of a prison-feel to it. When we actually got someone, they said they can’t answer the phones because it was raining, which doesn’t make sense, especially since it’s been happening for months. I’ve seen animal pens at a zoo better managed than this place.

It was my first time going here. I ordered online, my curbside service was good. The product I ordered was supposed to 90.08% THC and 1.12% CBD. Not what I got, I'm not very happy with the old switcheroo.Might go back not sure. Buyer beware! check your product before you leave if ordering online. My bill went from $85 to $87 not sure why.USE CASH! Another thing to look out for is some cloud 9 account they use. They charged me $90 now I have $2 and some change in some account I will never use. The more I think of it. It wasn't a good experience.

LOVE Bloom city!! they're very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Very quick to ask if you need help or have any questions. This is my home dispo. Always have daily specials, I refuse to go anywhere else!

If I could give a higher rating I would. Service, presentation, and quality are all 5/5. If I absolutely had to complain about something, it's the prices but they run similar to other shops. This is kind of store both experienced and new consumers can come in, feel both comfortable and treated right. Every individual staff member from the front door to the people checking you out are incredibly helpful. Particular shout out to Whitney who helped my Mother find the exact products she needed. I'll always recommend Bloom because of their high quality service and products.
