We loved coming to The Joint, but they took away their discount for online orders now which is the only reason we drove farther than the one by our house.

I've had a real mixed bag when it comes to the staff. Sometimes helpful, sometime hostile, sometimes indifferent. Their online ordering is a mess. Trying to find a concentrate when the products aren't even labeled sativa, indica or hybrid is near impossible. Having the pickup for online orders near the door is great, but this store has been not great since they opened.

This place sucks and so does their management! Go to west Seattle cannabis their prices are way better. And the owner is racist!

Been to this place a few times. 2 of times I was in there the employees were fighting with a customer only to tell them "bye we don't need your money" and then have the security guard cussing them out telling them he's gonna f*** them up and all this threatening stuff.  last time I came was the last time I'll be coming back. Was helped by a girl named Erica who is dumb and fake. She clearly didn't know what she was talking about and lied out her teeth to me. She told me this product was exactly what I was asking for. Once I got to my car and opened it.... It was the exact stuff I told her I didn't like. She knows nothing about weed or the terpenes. Do your research before pretending to know weed. Won't be coming back... poor management.

This store really is a knock off thay sell people open shit!!! And when I called management out on it she said I bought my open glass container like that opened! I'm like o hell no I did not and it was a 8th and I payed 45$ for.. there a waist of money and there Parking lot is unsafe as there rent a cop wàs yelling I'ma fuck u up to a customer while entering back in to building and when I went out the guy that was yelled at yelled to me give me a ride bitch and started walking to my car!! Anyways do not fuck with his place thay will take ur money and treat u like shit!! I will never go back

Don't spend your money here. They have subpar customer service with staff who have fisher price brains. I ordered online and never got a text saying my order was ready. The lady with mop lashes and shitty tattoos out front gave me the wrong order. You need to clean out your staff and have new ones. Go to Greenside Recreational where you'll be treated better than these roaches at the joint

This place sucks, bitch staff and security guard is a big man until he got punked for being a dick. That boy is all bark, no bite unless you're that small dude he yelled at because of the way he was backing out of the parking lot. If you're thinking about going GTFO and go to Kush21 on Ambaum.

This product is amazing, all the flavors are great!!!  Go stick up before they're gone!!!

Security guard is ridiculously aggressive. Whoever was there last night yelled at us for parking backwards. Put a sign up or something. I made an order last night and never got the notification that it was ready. Waited an hour before going in to find out it had been ready for some time

My boyfriend drove here with me and my 5 day old son in the car. I was waiting in the car and keep in mind there was one other car in the lot so I went to driver seat and moved it in a easier way to get out of the lot before my son wakes up. The security guard name "Jose" apparently think he's the manager or the boss. He comes out of the joint and screams at me to pull the window down and says MAM CAN YOU PARK CORRECTLY. So i readjust my car to a spot which I didn't notice I was suppose to back into but I was still in the lines. He next did something that was beyond unprofessional and PUNCHED MY WINDOW 3x. Instead of letting me know the sign says back in he decided to be disrespectful. When my boyfriend came back out he tells us to just leave and never come back! As we got home my boyfriend calls the joint and ask to speak to the manager of the store. Jose decides to pick up and say you can't speak to anyone! The audacity of him.. So we call the main location of the JOINT and ask for the manager there and the workers there gave us her email. I hope they understand that they aren't the only weed shop in the state.

Bitches at this place won't tell you till your at the front of the line that you can't get in without a mask. Motherfucker, you could have said that or posted that way back at the end of the line. You can't use your coat or any other turtleneck type of item either. PLEASE stop going there, there are plenty if other places that are forthcoming with the info, unlike these bitches. Spend your money at a place that appreciates your business.

So many goodies to choose from.  Stopped by to reload before playing some poker at wizards casino.  Super friendly budtenders.. hooked me up with some goodies that came in handy for vegas trip.Will def be back.Prices were ok.

This place is literally just a last resort for  me and well it's close to my place. 3 stars cause there are certain workers who like. Overall, if you have the option to order online, you should learn how to update your products. I ordered online 3 different times and got rejected because of products. What's the point of having online order if you dont have the products stated on the website? Evergreen is my go to and they update and have separate lines for walk ins and online ordering.

I order 2 hours early online for 12-1 pick up. I show up at 12:30, the budtender sold 3 grams of what I ordered to the person in front of me, then told me they're out. After that they try and upsell me more expensive things because they couldn't fill my order. There is literally no reason to order from here, Kush21 gives a discount for online orders, has a better parking lot, nicer budtenders, and better prices. This is the first time I've went to "The Joint" in over a year and the owner asked me why I havent been back in a long time. It is simple The Joint does not treat customers like people buying from a legitimate business, more like a random person buying drugs from the neighborhood dealer. First come first serve even though people have jobs and school, the point of online ordering is to make things simpler.

I had to find out why the place was getting bad reviews cause my friend was going to put in a application, but soon changed their mind. Reason? The people who worked their before turned out there was poor management, Lack of training, and people taking way to many sick leaves and letting them get alway with it. And worst thing is that there is no communication whatsoever and many good people ended up having to quit because of it.Long story short, my friend decide to look somewhere else.

Rather deal with a 80s drug dealer then this place ordered a pen vape cartridge from there website when i went to pick it up the hand me a dab cartridge and say sorry no refunds, I am contacting the state control board this is outright fraud.

Everyone who works here is super sweet and easy to talk to. Their prices are the best from downtown to Des Moines/Seatac. Fast, friendly, decent selection.

There are other places that don't take your drivers license that has all your information and scan/copy it behind the counter with some kind of reader machine. If you like your privacy spend your money elsewhere. There are three stores a few blocks north, I will give THEM my business in the future.

I foind this place to have a sub par selection of flowers. Uninformed staff who seemed annoyed by basic questions I had. Harvest dates as far back as 6 months ago...I go here if there is no other option but this is my second or third choice after uncle ikes in white center or have a heart in skyway.

Had a great experience here! As I am still a newbie at this local legal weed stores, I felt very comfortable here! The door guy was super friendly and patient with me trying to find my id. They had a few people waiting to help you. The guy who helped us was great! Considering I wasn't sure what I really wanted. He didn't judge my lack of knowledge. And gave a great recommendation! They are cash only. But they do have an atm inside.  Highly recommend them for all your weed needs!

Ehh, these guys are decent. roll of the dice if you end up with a bud tender who is just collecting money and has very little idea about what they are actually selling or someone who is properly trained in talking about the product they are selling.They are bit pricey compared to other stores in the area and do not carry many accessories. The store is clean and feels safe inside, the security guy was friendly and the parking lot feels safe.If I am in a pinch i'll stop in but don't spend much as the sticker price is a shock sometimes.

I have given this dispensary another go for the last month or so. All of my co-workers come here so I've been tagging long. Definitely impressed with the staff here now. I've been greeted and waved over, helped with a smile and had some quick chit-chat. Good prices, and sales everyday. Also every 10th visit I think it is, you get 20% off your purchase.

I have been here dozens of times. It's a pretty convenient location for me. Most of the time, my experiences here are fairly run-of-the-mill. However, I recently bought a 0.5g oil cartridge here (along with $150 worth of other various cannabis goods). It was one of many cartridges I have purchased here. It was one of many cartridges I have purchased elsewhere. It didn't work in my brand new Vüber vape pen I purchased less than a week ago, despite the fact that several other cartridges were working just fine in that same vape pen. For whatever reason, *this particular cartridge* would not work; it was making the pen flash pink.Whenever I buy a cartridge, y'all say, "just bring it in with receipt and packaging as long as there is at least 50% and it's within a week (or whatever the timeframe is). If there is any problem with the cartridge we can exchange it." I am well aware of what it says bottom of the receipt, that the cartridge must be defective. What I did NOT realize was that in order to exchange the defective cartridge, I would be asked to exit the building, watch the budtender connect my defective cartridge to one of the store's pens, and then be asked to hit the vape in public. I tried to tell him that I was uncomfortable with this. He just kept saying I wasn't listening to him, but the truth was he wasn't listening to me. I was very calmly trying to say that I shouldn't be put through this kind of test, and that y'all shouldn't be asking customers to do something illegal and then call it "protocol." Please refer to RCW 69.50.445. Your supposed protocol is unlawful. I asked for a manager, but the person I was dealing with said he was the manager. In order to get this HELLA UNCOMFORTABLE situation over with, I pretended to draw from the vape and exhaled nothing. Then the guy said, "See? Was it that difficult? It's just protocol but you had to make a big deal out of it!" I tried to explain my point of view, but this guy was clearly angry and flustered, exclaiming, "I treat you people with respect, and this is how you treat me! I'm giving you what you want and you're still complaining?!" This is not okay. I will not be back. There are plenty of other legal cannabis shops with ethical practices and more compassionate staff who won't gaslight me or hassle me for returning a defective little half gram vape cartridge.

I enter the joint for the first time today.  Great atmosphere friendly staff.Great recommendations on pre-roll.  I would highly recommend this place.  Busy street around 5 pm so be alert not to drive by.  This is my joint while in Seattle

Aye customer service! Yes answered all my questions was just as enthusiastic as me & that's very hard to do well done! Everyone was helping me not just one or two people acknowledging me made a huge difference in this experience

Shay was super friendly and very helpful!!! As most people who visit from an "illegal" state, we were not super knowledgable. (Imagine that!) She took her time to help choose us what was best for us. From Denver, Telluride, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas- this was our favorite dispensary. Thank you again Shay!

Customer service is AMAZING.  everyone i have dealt with has been super friendly,  knowledgeable and seems to truly love their job.   The joint is the only place i will go.  Prices are amazing also.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. But how do you not accept vertical IDs?! Make 0 sense. I'll just stick to Kush 21, y'all are LAME.

Front door states they can't take vertical ID's. Saw that before I walked in so I told him I saw the sign and asked where the next closest place would be and the man gave a vague, rude answer. The customer before me was arguing with the worker so maybe he's just an overall jackass, I don't know. Selection looked pretty weak and staff sure wasn't friendly. I'd advise looking into buying elsewhere and if you're wondering where, well I'll just the answer the employee gave me... "somewhere else"

Apparently you can't use the bathroom here even if you're a loyal customer so I'll go somewhere else from now on for a weed purchase. They should teach some customer service lessons here.

I have been here 4 times.  Twice they have not had the product I ordered online and once the price was entered wrong on their website.  These people need to get their sh*t together.  I suggest going to kush21 a couple miles down the road they have what you order for the price you order it at.  Also the staff at kush21 are friendly.

This evening I went to The Joint in Burien. This was my first time going. The store was super clean. The staff were so helpful. I was helped by Rick. He was so kind and helpful. I had a ton of questions about CBD oil vs RSO. He was so knowledgeable and based on my answers he was able to provide me with products better suited to my needs. I can't say enough nice things about this young man. There is so much to learn about these products and he was super patient with all of my questions. His excellent customer service has guaranteed that I will return to your store. Additionally, I will not hesitate to recommend your store to my friends and family.  Thank you again for making my experience a pleasant one.

The women door guard was very rude and was yelling before I could even get out of my car. No customer service skills, extremely rude to customers, no class and had the biggest attitude problem when all we did was park and show Id. I have never been to a dispensary that lack and had such poor customer service skills.we gave the place two hours to get the pre order ready just to wait in the shop for no one to even acknowledge us coming in even after the staff just witnessing how rude the door guard was towards us. On top of that we waited 10+ minutes for  the new girl to take so long to run around and look for the items to bag it up as our orders weren't ready! This will be the last time we will go here daily deal or not. It was great the door guard had so much courage to run her mouth but got the manager to go protect her on the way we were exiting. What a nightmare, avoid at all costs!!

Get a receipt if you're using cash and make sure that it's accurate. The guy told me the total was $60 and I gave him three $20s. He didn't give me the receipt. I had to reach around the glass and tear it off after he walked away. The total for the sale was actually $42 and he told the system that I gave him $42, so the receipt shows that there should be no change. There is NO WAY that someone gives you $60, and you put in $42 by mistake. I will not be going back.

The staff are rude, profane, wholly devoid of any knowledge of their product, & they made snide comments regarding my disabled veteran status.

TL;DR: I have a fair amount of experience with this store. Bottom line is you can find better prices, better online experience, and better customer service very easily in the area.  Simply pick any other store around.  It is clean though.  So...What a bummer.  In the last couple of years, I kind of liked going here.  I saw the already low reviews compared to other stores in Burien, and truth be told, you can find the same product for less cash with little effort in the same area.  However, it is a tidier than normal store so I liked going here for a bit, but that has changed.To begin with, I like to do larger orders less often so I like to use the online order system and get the discount. That way I can walk in and out quickly. However, few things have been significant issues to my experience here. First, their online ordering system has been maintained extremely poorly. There are only a small fraction of offerings on there compared to the store. This wasn't always the case and it has been quite the leap off a cliff. Now, for the last several attempts, I have been unable to place an online order for ANY of the things I want, but they do have them in stock. They say they went through a transition recently with their online store, but that may buy some time as an excuse, but not if it is going on this long. After several months of the same issue, it is just management incompetence being unable to get the task completed.For a particular example last month, I couldn't find anything I wanted online so I went to the store.  Of course they had everything I wanted in stock.  I now had to use my points to get the same % as the online discount even though I preferred to place online anyway.  I did ask for an exception due to the situation, but I was turned down.  That tells me the "reward" system isn't much of a reward. I should be able to hold onto those points for a future purchase, not use them to because the establishment's infrastructure is lacking attentiveness.  I've never had a problem at any other store in the greater Burien area in regards to this.Next, I used to be able to go straight to the online order pickup and jump the line like at other stores. They have now stopped that practice. You now have to stand in the line with everybody else. Moreover, the lines seem to be moving slower than ever now. They aren't longer, just slower. I'm spending way too long in the store now...waiting.Time to mosey on and find a new preferred shop I guess. It's funny, I only liked it when the online ordering system worked well, and I had minimal interaction with staff. When it doesn't, I have to interact with staff more which is bad news for the shop, because I see the staff more like the other reviews now. They seem to have extremely limited knowledge and the manager leaves a lot to be desired.

Worst experience at a dispensary!!! This lady always leaves her dog out on the floor even his bed is out there. I'm very allergic to dogs. Also cheraity or cherish I'm not sure her name is freaking rude Will DEFINITELY BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.

Their attitudes are terrible. They all look and act miserable, every day all day. They need to get a more mature group of employees. ANYTIME you place an online order, and I have placed 5, when you get there they do not have your order pulled and NEVER have what you ordered. We'll never go back. So many more places around that are more  pleasant and actually pull your product when you order.

I ordered online. It said it would be ready in 60-75 minutes, but it was ready in 20-30. Ash was my bud tender and they kicked ass. Thanks for the high times my peeps!

The staff is meh. The owner is meh. After a solid year of coming in they just don't have my pre-order. So I just don't have money for a half assed business and walked out. Some days you'll wait upwards of a half an hour to get your order. The staff is so blazed. This will be the last time I come in and spend my money because there are better shops down the road. It's just a matter of time that another, better shop,  opens in the downtown corridor of Burien.

I am a suburban housewife that knows nothing about marijuana. The bud tenders were so helpful and made me feel comfortable. I was so embarrassed the first time I went in to make my first purchase but now I'm a regular thanks to the staff. One more

Every time I come to the Joint I always get the most friendliest employee’s. Never had a bad experience with this place. * They should have two separate lines so for those who have order online can go in instead of waiting in line like the rest. Brandon is a great and very knowledgeable which is nice when you don’t know what you want to get into.

This place, my partner and I like shopping here for his preference in flower, I use edibles. They have nice variety of both. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also give a slight discount to senior or disabled persons. ??? And a loyalty program, as well. Colbi, waited on me today, my order was ready to pick up. He was efficient and helpful.

My husband and I are traveling from oregon, and stopped by, we were sold a joint pack called tranquil forest and was told it was $21, the only reason we got this pack was because of the price and how cheap it was since we also wanted edibles. We also got some edibles and the joint pack and the total came to over 100. The girl helping us was nice and put a discount for us which was great, but we were charged $40 for this joint pack not the 21 they told us 3 times it was. We went back in and was told they couldn’t do anything since nothing was $21 for joints and that they could discount us next time. There definitely will not be a next time. We went in to try and fix it and was told we could buy more if we were upset. No. I’m upset because I was told something would be $21 and it was 40. That’s ridiculous.

So, this is kind of hard because I've had no problems with this place thus far. However, unfortunately, that's until recently. The reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 is IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, BE CAREFUL! Especially when they have specials online. DO NOT get me wrong. NOT all of their reps are bad. MAJORITY of them are good and deserve a tip! With that said, if you make a reservation online and you go in and you get the wrong customer rep, they're going to steal from you. How, you ask? I got jacked once when I ordered the special online. When I went in, the rep who helped me charged me full price, but I totally forgot about the discount online. I'm assuming they pocketed the difference. It was only after-the-fact that I realized it. Plus, I have the receipt with the rep name who did this. BUT I won't sweat that one incident. BUT for next time, I definitely will be ready, or else I will just go elsewhere smh, BUT I really like this location.

I had an amazing experience here with Brady. What a nice guy. He was patient with me as I didn't know I exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Thanks to his patience and guidance I made a great decision and I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back to see Brady. My new favorite place and person to get all 0f my cannibus needs! Thank you so much guys!
