If you are looking for some good smoke in the area, Mr Bill's is probably your best bet. This shop made its name on being the cheapest in the area (still not cheap when grams can go for $17) and they do consistently beat the competition in pricing.When I first started going to Mr Bill's they beat everyone's pricing within 40 miles in any direction, they had some of the best bud-tenders in town and just seemed to have a solid business model.Things change over time, pricing is now closer to the competitors, albeit still cheaper by a bit.And they seem to be cycling staff, so some of my favorite bud-tenders have moved on. I don't know if it was the passing of one of the founders, or simple evolution, but they have seemed to drop off a bit at Mr Bill's, which takes them down from a 5 star to a 4, still way better than any of the nearby competition.

Great place to get your cannabis products and accessories...very helpful and friendly staff! Love coming here

I usually never have a lame experience inside a pot shop but today was definitely the exception. When it comes to purchasing retail marijuana, customer service is a must and if you don't have it well you don't have my business.I will not be back! although the products were good and the store was clean well organized and well presented, the budtenders are not people I piss on if they were on fire. Half assed help my husband and I. "Um, I don't know." Must have been the only sentence that chick knew! I could barely hear her. I hope Mr bills improves their customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. The staff was super friendly and not stoned like other shops I have been to. It did not reek of fresh smoked marijuana. The staff was knowledgable about their products. I use a  clean green tincture for a medical condition. My new favorite go to place.

I should have known better based on my previous experiences here that I should not buy anything except flower. Alas, I purchased an Ario Vape Contour 2 about 2 months ago. Today, a cartridge from Ionic leaked and broke the battery. Whether the battery broke the cartridge I do not know. However, I came in wanting to find out the brand of the cartridge so I could contact the distributor.The woman at the front counter was incredibly rude and immediately snapped at me saying they couldn't do anything about it, before I could even ask about the brand name. So I left and went next door.They were more helpful. I didn't have my receipt because it's been several months so they looked me up by name in the system, stating they could at least exchange it for a working one. So they did and I watched the employee unwrap the plastic and remove it from the box but guess what? It's broken too. I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service here as well as the clearly non-functioning devices and accessories they sell. I will no longer be giving you guys my business; the Green Door is less than a mile away and has better prices anyways.Now I'm stuck with a broken battery I can't return and a $40 cartridge I can't use! Not happy, Mr. Bills! And I will be letting friends know it!

I walked into the store next to Mr. Bills and was advised by the friendly shop keep, Mr. Bills is next door. (Whoops!) The kind lady advised that if I sign up for the rewards program at Mr Bills, I can spend my points at this shop! I liked this shop, friendly, clean, and much more options/pricing for cartridges that I get. I loved that they didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive option (other places do that and it bugs me.) Will definitely be back!

I've been going to Mr Bills for a couple of years now. They are by far my favorite dispensary around. All the budtenders are sweet and personable, and they're super helpful if you're a newbie! I don't smoke, I've got lung issues so I only do edibles, RSO and distillate. So many dispensaries jack up the prices on these things but Mr Bills never fails to give me a good deal. I drive out of my way to get there but it's always worth it!!!

I'm trying to be a customer and be nice all I get is hung up on and when I call back all I get is a extremely rude and bitchy person on the phone. So fuck this place if you can't even be helpful and kind to a customer.

Nice location and nice staff. I'm glad they moved to this new location a lot more space and I feel less rushed. They also have the mercantile shop right next door with some sweet paraphernalia! The flower is dankalicious here and the staff actually knows about cannabis related questions.

Just had a super friendly person help me decide what to get. I went in not having a clue, and she took the time to talk me through several different options. Very helpful and low stress. Also informed me of special promotions of different brand on different days. I'll definitely be going back.

whoever the guy was checking IDS tonight on 05/01:8:00 pm wouldn't let me in because of my expired ID even though it still clearly states i'm over 21 and in washington state we have extensions with covid . extremely rude and arrogant

Place was great but now, not so much. Bought a tincture that was expired by a year when I opened the bag. It even had dust on it. When I went back to the store they argued saying it was bought long ago. Said the delivery was brand new. I had the receipt from 20 minutes earlier. The gal that sold it said one customer comes in every week and buys 5 of them. That was a lie. Kept arguing until they went to the rack and pulled another one off and saw I was telling the truth, all were expired with dust on them. Before that one of their marked batteries would not shut off and literally cooked 1g of oil in 2 hours. Didn't know it was on since I hit the button 5 times to turn it off and it flashed. Told them about it and they were like, meh oh well. Used to be my go to out here but now it's just easier to go to Tacompton and get some goodies. Need to clean up the attitudes when customers have issues.  Don't just take peoples money and not help them when their is clearly an issue within your goods you're  selling.

Love these guys so much that even though I just had a not so great experience with them.(A bug on the site) I still would give them full marks. You can't be perfect all of the time after all. The staff is totally friendly and helpful. And word to the wise: Two Heads is the best brand of distillate! Hands down you get the most bang for your buck.

I love going into Mr Bills ?, the selection it amazing. The prices are reasonable. I love buying my dabs on concentration day for an extra discount and my favorite bud tender is ALLISON ??? She's a SUPERSTAR , she always knows how to find the best products and takes her time to find anything I need. I can't say enough about her. #THANKS

I place an online order here every other week, and I love coming here. They always have a lot in stock, and almost all of it can be found on their website. The past month or so Ive had the same cashier for my online orders- Allison. Shes always very kind, and helpful. She lets me look at stuff and ask questions without feeling rushed.

Both the dispensary and mercantile are clean, well stocked, and prices are comparable. I have been particularly impressed by 2 individuals at the mercantile though. Both Ashley and Sean have displayed phenomenal customer service every single time I have stopped in. Ashley is always so upbeat and sweet and Sean is always kind and helpful. It's hard to pick which one is better lol. They both truly rock at their job and I hope you hang onto these 2.

I have just started dabbling with different products and different strains. And boy am I glad I ran into Kyle. This dude knows SO MUCH, and goes above and beyond to help you select the right product for you. He made some great recommendations, and let me tell you.....I AM NOT disappointed. It's nice to walk into a shop where it seems the associate is actually happy to be there. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience for me. I will be back!

I've been going here for years now. They have a great selection of buds and great bud tenders. We order online but we are always adding things to our order and Allison has helped me many times in picking out types that I always love. She really knows my taste and is incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond. And to top it all off she is always so kind and caring.
