This was my favorite dispensary out of the large branched ones (Liberty, keystone, etc.)I don't know it felt like their staff wanted to help your qualifying condition! Definitively recommend

One of the best dispensaries in PA! The staff is great and friendly!!! I can't believe all the knowledge that the staff provides for all the patients that come in. I would recommend Beyond Hello to anyone looking to make an easy transition in the medical MJ market

The issues with the menu have been revised so here's the 5th star. Now I can fully recommend this dispensary. Maneuvering the menu is direct and easy to use, coinciding with a fresh delivery! Enjoy the experience!!

My first visit. I was very grateful for the early hour "wisdom TIme" so I didn't have problems with social distancing. Your staff was extremely kind an helpful.. The facility is clean, modern and really welcoming. I'll be back.

i love this place and so does my dog! the curbside pick up is great and seems to go faster then the line out front. everyone is always friendly. they have great products and frequently get new products in. i always order online and never have an issue!

This place is a mess! Online ordering is almost always turned off. When they do turn it on, they only open it for 5 minutes then it is closed again! I mean it is not that hard to take an order and fill it. I hope a more organized place opens up soon. The Bristol location has been a nightmare since it opened!! I have no idea how they make any money with the level of incompetence they have.

This is my favorite dispensary in the area, they're very safe and clean and they regularly get drops from all of my favorite growers. Unlike other people I have had almost no problems ordering my products online and getting pickup, I just get on early in the morning. The staff at this location is extra accommodating and caring, most times I do have to bring my young son with me which used to trigger my anxiety  but the one armed guard in the tan vest always remembers us and checks on us and it makes me feel so much better to know that there's extra security there during these crazy times, especially with the longer waits due to covid. I do wish the reward system hadn't changed but not a deal breaker for me.

This has been my goto dispensary since I started the M.M. program back in August. They used to have a good rewards system that they recently changed but not for the better. Today my order was canceled because what I selected on the website was not actually in-stock. I understand that these things can happen but I was really looking forward to that 31% THC and there was nothing even close to substitute it. A few months ago I would have given them 5 stars but not these days.

I love the people who work here but I can never order my stuff online. It's always turned off minutes after they turn it on. I call and no one answers.

Normally I prefer leaving excellent reviews or nothing at all but this is not the first or second time I've placed an order online only to drive there and find out they sold my product to another customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Avoid, they have "lost" all my rewards dollars every time I went to use them.  Staff if can be ok at best otherwise, you will be talked down to, by a staff and manager.Also they will not let you know if your order has been canceled until you show up for the order.Also pickup times are so slow, it's nice they have a waiting room, but I am in and out of liberty in 15 mins.  I have to sit at least 30 mins just to get in past the waiting roomI get it, store looks nice but all and all it's a polished turd

I either go to Beyond/Hello or liberty in Bensalem, and I love both but Danny has been a great help each time I come in to find product, my anxiety is always really high and he is always calm and understanding. I would definitely recommend this dispensary, I just want to know how to get a sweatshirt?Thanks!

The worst dispensary in the program. Long wait times...screwed up orders...and bad attitudes is what you will receive if you visit Beyond Hello Bristol. They not only rip you off of your hard earned money, but when you attempt to speak to someone about the situation they don't listen to what you have to say or do anything about it. The newer general manager they have there Jarod is the worst. He antagonizes customers while they are trying to make a complaint due to their poor service. This is how they treat people with medical conditions.They do not care about patients. It's all about the money. There are so many other dispensaries that know how to properly treat their patients. BEYOND HELLO BRISTOL IS THE BEST DISPENSARY IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA & BEYOND !!!I am beyond loyal to this brand and they truly deserve the upmost respect. I only come here if I absolutely have to. And it's even the closest one to me. Some of the staff always seem to have an attitude, some are nice. Be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes even if you reserve ahead. Also if you reserve ahead and they run out they will not call you or replace with something of the same price even though they say they will.

I did like this dispensary at first. Staff is and always have been very nice and super helpful. But long lines and 45 minute plus waits get very annoying. Pricing is expensive for bud, concentrates and carts. They don't let you stack military discount with promos (super cheap). Abington gives a 20% discount for military anyway with a better selection. No worries, I guess I'll be driving a little further away.

The worst dispensary in Bucks County. Long wait times and have messed up my orders on numerous occasions. I understand, it happens. But receiving attitude from the front desk receptionist is not cool. As a medical facility, I would imagine patients would be treated with manners. Also, loudly complaining about how “busy” the place is going to get and how you’re not happy about that, is not an ideal thing to say in front of other patients. Don’t waste your money and TIME here. Go to another dispensary where you can get better service and people who at least can have manners while they’re working. Most of the employees are very kind, but when you deal with someone distasteful just once, it will turn you away.

Love this dispensary! Edit: The staff at this location are really awesome! Now as far as the online ordering...needs improvement. The mobile site never works. For those that work overnight it would be convenient to be able to order and then pick up without a wait. However the majority of the time it doesn't work. They started an overnight ordering which is good but again the online barely works. There is also never enough product or at least that's what the reason is most of the time. I have been here a different times and I am still amazed as to how quickly they run out. The lines are definitely long and heaven forbid you get inside and they don't have your items...You will be S.O.O.L which is totally not cool. The prices have also gone up. So whenever a new manufacturer hits they will reel us in with a lower price but soon as we start purchasing...inflation. Example is the 1920's brand started out at $40 an eighth but now it's $50. That's crazy and the potency has declined. So be aware of this. Also the rewards points has changed. It use to be $14 for every $200 spent and so on but now it's $10 for every $200. Maybe they should have a certain amount that can be ordered online and a certain amount left for in-store as well. It becomes unfair for so many that are in need of the medicinal products. Price, time, and weather...smdh. I will say that again the staff is the only reason I didn't drop the rating down to 1 star. I hope they improve and the price margin gets lower. Very disappointed in the changes.

Staff in person are amazing and helpful but over the phone they are pretty rude. Online ordering is neat impossible... You can't order until 830am and then 831 it's already shut down. Then you are told you need to wait a half hour and check to see if you can order again. So they want you to spend your day watching the clock so you can order online. The kicker is the message as soon as you go on to the menu states to try and choose curbside pick up to minimize contact etc.... Unfortunately it is one of two dispensaries in the area so I don't have many options.
