LOVE THE SERVICE AND MEDICINE BUT HATE THE FACT THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONSISTENCY AT ALL FOR CERTAIN MEDICINE THAT HELPS CERTAIN MEDICAL ISSUES!! MAKING IT VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN ANY KIND OF REGIMEN TO HELP ONE WITH THERE MEDICAL ISSUES!! ITS A BIG PROBLEM I FEEL!! SOME MAY NOT HAVE SUCH CONCERNS BECAUSE THEY MAY SEE IT AS... THEY. STILL HAVE STRONGER STUFF THEN A "PRIVATE" GROWER, SELLER, ETC. FOR US WHOM REALLY USE IT FOR MEDICAL REASONS CAN TELL IMMEDIATELY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CERTAIN STRAIN OF MEDICINE THEY HAVE FOUND ACTUALLY REALLY WORKS, & HELPS ONE TO GET SOME RELIEF AND THEN A STRAIN THEY ARE "FORCED" TO GET BECAUSE THE ONE THEY HAD BEEN USING THAT WORKS PERFECT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND OR THEY ATE JUST OUT OF THAT STRAIN.

This is the *pre roll*?! Its half the size its suppose to be. And the hard candy?! Had to break it with a hammer. Products are not at all what they seem.

The Brewer location claimed it was 7:01 when it was 6:58 after I explained that I just drove 40 minutes out of the way to get here and they still denied me with a very irritated attitude. I've been a very consistent customer and have only spread good word and positive feedback for their service and that all stops today. I'll no longer go to Wellness and ill make sure everybody I know is aware of the service they provide and highly suggest every other dispensary. Change employees or lose business.

The staff is knowledgeable as well as eager to help. They are friendly, with excellent customer service and the store is always clean and well maintained. The building itself is discrete with a camera door bell. Their product is consistent and high quality, and they have a decent variety of products. Their edibles are delicious and they conveniently have an ATM inside. Cash only, medical card and license required.

Came into the store a few weeks ago and was really disappointed. Prices are through the roof for the quality of the flower, which is a lot less than what I was expecting. Pretty disorganized behind the counter too.
