Horrible for Med Patients... meh for Rec. They grow they're own med buds which all sucked - super small not even popcorn buds with little aroma and there were only 4 to choose from! Their med concentrates were all super dark and cloudy. They let me shop on rec but I had to pay a higher tax. Quality and selection was decent there because it was all imported! Kinda backwards - definitely not the place for a connoisseur or medical patient.

Don't come here! The owner will call the cops on you if you don't do what they tell u to do. The owner of this store treated us like criminals and discriminated my dog and actually acted like a spoiled brat, he started a fight with us in his store after we were ok to come in, I had to calmed the situation-it was over our dogs- and because the store had the upper hand and I didn't want the store calling the cops on my dog, The owner only apologized after I told him he discriminated us after my dog. My dog had been to the store with my money before, we were ok to bring the dog in but the owner got scared of my dog for my dog being a  dog, My dog lives with a maltese, 5 lbs and a 16 year old westie 10 lbs, my italian mastiff is a good dog.The owner also yelled at my partner who I brought over to this store, I was so embarrass, this guy really embarrassed me infront of my partner. My dog and I were ok to come in, they checked my lic and we were in, and right away all the doggies came running to my dog to sniffed the new guy lol I was ok with that I didn't get scared at all I know how to control my dog, but when my dog did the  same to the owners dog this spoiled brat- the owner threw us out, and treated us like criminals. He used his abusive power to kicked us out. I really thought this guy was going to call the cops and get us in trouble, there was no need for him to be scared of my dog, I was buying thousands of dollars and bringing people to spend money on this store-for the ONLY reason that I felt safe ( i usually bring cash) there with my dog but no more, I'm going next door hopefully he doesn't own it. I can provide videos and pic of my dog being a passive dog, a couch potato guy and never violent. Please learn about animals before you own one, my dog was a rescued older dog, this guys owners dog was a puppy not well trained. The owner only allows pretty little dogs who he thinks his dog can take, not all dogs are dangerous but typical Breckenridge people, summit county discriminate against pit and rotties, but my dog is a neither my dog is not a mutt, my dog is an Italian Cane Corso if anyone with knowledge will know what kind of breed these dogs are. With the owner fighting good customers out of his store and Locals not coming back in the next couple of years I don't see this business going nowhere, but back to selling little bags in the streets.

This place was fine.  It was clean, good atmosphere, and the girl at the front was very attentive.  The lack of stars is more about the service after we got to the counter.  I was curious about the different strains and was looking to be a bit educated on the product, however the young lady helping us seemed to give us a "well, they're all pretty much the same" kind of answer.  I'm well aware that this is untrue of any establishment that has good product to sell.Seems like you have a great operation, but the staff needs a bit more education on the product, and a touch more service courtesy with guests.I may try one of the handful of shops next time around.

Well the experience began I asked for a couple of joints and and a couple of grams. I asked for top shelf product and my "server" which they should know that's what the are, kind of chuckled smugly and said all of our stuff is top shelf. Well I know the difference in strains and if you can't recommend me the most potent flower the you are not serving me well. Then she kept pushing me to buy more joints rather than a gram telling me that there is 1 gram in the joints they roll. Well at this point I just wanted out so I just took the joints and left. Well the joints weigh a gram with the rolled up filter and paper but half a gram of actual flower is all you get plus it is rolled with shake. I don't know if that is the culture of most dispensaries but I know the service industry and your silly little egos should get out of the way and you should try to serve your clients. P.s. your joints did not burn well, and other than the Platinum Delight the strains were junk.

Good product but the service was below par.  The kid who helped me was knowledgeable but couldn't explain it in layman's terms.  He didn't assess the level of expertise of the customer and spoke VERY fast so it was hard to understand him.

I come here all the time for wax and they always have the best selections. The staff is really knowledgeable and cool. Love this place it will always be my number one

Best shop I've been to between co and cali, product is always perfect moisture level and they have the best concentrate selection in town if you like high quality stuff like budder or sauce.Only bn place in town UK give my money to.

Has the feel of the head shop in your hometown. Show an ID, go into a darkly painted back room with stoner music. They stopped just shy of decking this place out with black light and bob Marley posters. It looks like it was decorated by a 17 year old pothead. I didn't think the staff were particularly nice, upbeat, or friendly. Their prices were okay but weren't posted nor did pricing include taxes, so you really aren't sure what you're going to pay until the very end when a bunch of random taxes get factored in. They don't accept cards, but they conveniently have an ATM with a high fee located right In the shop. The shop next door is far superior.

Came here twice to give them a second chance. Their customer service is subpar, as the first time I came the budtender only talked to us when he asked what we wanted and when it came time to pay. He was unfriendly and his face looked like he had better things to do and that we were bothering him. Didn't give any suggestions or commentary when we were browsing and asking questions. Then we came back a few days later and had a different budtender. At first, she seemed nicer and more friendly than the first budtender and we were relieved, but then she became rude and seemed bothered by our questions and commentary. The customer service next door at Green Dragon is WAY better. Not to mention Green Dragon has tax included in their prices on their visible menu, which Organix doesn't do, nor do they have their prices out already. The atmosphere of Organix also seemed very stoner-esque, something the cannabis community is trying to move away from. It's dark and unwelcoming.

These guys have great products that are consistent and affordable. They are all knowledgeable on what strains are effective with specific ailments. They get quite busy in the evenings so I suggest you either go earlier in the day or use Baker to place an order for pick up.

I've been to one or two of these places in my day, And I got to say organix does it proper! Great customer service, knowledgeable friendly staff, Quick speedy wait times, Great selection. Organix does it proper!

I had stopped at a few shops in Denver and Organics had the best selection, prices and presentation. I plan to go back in ski season.

I've never been in one of these places before and for a curious first timer was quite impressed.  I had been given a five dollar off coupon from someone I met in town and the owner honored it even though you were supposed to have to spend $20 or more. I am always annoyingly curious but the guy behind the counter was exceedingly patient with me and let me smell lots of jars and answered lots of questions.

BOOOOO!!!  Shoutout to the previous review pretty much nailing it , the experience was great up until we spoke to our budtender, very unenthusiastic , non chalant "everything's pretty much the same" attitude. If you want to get the same experience as the bud tender inside, stay outside and talk to the wall , the stock was overpriced in my opinion, especially when GREEN DRAGON is less that 3 feet away .

This business is located next to another cannabis company and it isn't nearly as nice. When walking in, the person at the door asks for your ID and makes you wait for something even though there was one person in the store being helped before us.  After being let in, the budtenders were standoffish and somewhat rude. Not very helpful, not much variety of flower. Next door has much better prices, variety, and better overall customer service. Will not be going back here again.

Make sure you open your seed packets in front of them if you decide to buy here. I didn't and one packet was empty and I didn't realize it till I got home. I went back and was hoping for a refund or another packet and all I got was sorry bro and two cigarette lighters. Cmon what the Fuc$ is that !!

Very nice and informative people...and the dog is a bonus ! I was only here to pick up a sweatshirt for an employee who is very involved in NORML and other activities....nevertheless...hearing their descriptions and efforts with other customers was quite impressive.

Excellent customer service. I am in there pretty regular and every member of the staff I have interacted with has been friendly and informative.

The bud is JUST OK, the service was THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.  it is all about profits iver patients here. The poorly dredded chick at the front desk was so oblivious to her patients. I had a seizure right o ut side the waiting room. Instead of getting me medical attention she ignored me completely.  People were walking over me to get to be first in line. To add insult to injury I dropped my phone while I was having a seizure and the idiot girl wouldn't release it to my caregiver.  She made me return to the store postictal, in a lot of pain from having hit my head on their floor multiple times and out of it entirely. This employee of BOT  has zero compassion or knowledge on how to deal with medical patients  etc. The girl was so rude about the whole thing.  I left without make another purchase and I'll never buy from.there again. IT SHOULD BE PATIENTS OVER PROFITS NOT THE REVERSE .

Hands down best customer service in the county. Everyone is super nice and helpful and very descriptive when telling you about the strands

Recreational selection can be hit or miss depending on the day and how many people are in town. Medical selection is better.

This place has the best buds in the county. No shake and everything is cured properly. Everyone there is very helpful/knowledgeable. Had over 30 strains. If you are passing through breck and trying to catch a buzz, this is the right place.

Best dispensary in summit county! The prices are unbeatable and they offer a wide variety of flower selection that all are top notch. I have been to a lot of dispensaries in this town and Organix is the one place that has always stayed consistent as far as prices and quality go. Also, if you like concentrates they have at least 25 different kinds on the shelf at all times. The prices are also very reasonable for this area as far as BHO goes. They have a ton of different edibles too and of course all those tinctures, patches and CBD products. The staff here is very down to earth and will take time with people if they need it to answer any questions. HIGHly recommended.

Tori and Pat were super friendly and answered all of my questions! Pat gave me some suggestions for nice concentrates and great flower, will definitely be back!

Huge crowd - tells me more than any review could, or can.  Super friendly help - answered all our questions.  Got to know us so recommendations made sense.  Can't wait to try the merchandise we bought.

The person who served us was nice and the store was well set up. The product on the other hand is not so good.  What I bought was extremely dry and not very fresh. Apparently this is common here. Other dispensaries I've been to have true top shelf products... Decent spot, but I think it's important for a business to stock the best products possible.

Do not go here. They advertise that they have $25-30 eighths, and because the prices in the mountains are so high, I thought that was great so I went. After waiting for 45 minutes in a tiny, overpacked waiting area, I was allowed to go in. Well all the $30 eighths (they told me they actually do NOT have $25 eighths as advertised) were gone, so I had waited in line for nothing. The girl behind the counter was not helpful at all, and did not show us/let us smell any of the options. Will never be going back there again.

Only went here for the laser cat, only had 1 flavor. Everything was grossly overpriced compared to the same products in other dispensaries and to make matters worse the vibe in shop is absolutely terrible. Not worth dealing with grouchy bud tenders

This place was awful. From the second we stepped inside the young guy who greeted us seemed annoyed and put off. My group ( party of 3) wasn't super knowledgeable about what we wanted and we asked basic questions and he literally treated us like we were a bother. The products writing is sooooo small and we couldn't see the descriptions, and our sales guide was not helping to describe, we tried to lean closer to read the labels we were told to move away. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Literally don't go here. The children working at this place are so rude and don't have any interest in helping you out. Just skip it. Go elsewhere. Period. Clearly other people have had the same experience we had based on other review. Perhaps management should teach the employees a thing about customer service.

Excellent service. We were greeted with friendly staff and our bud tender answered all our questions. Definitely go here over Green Dragon next door. Green dragon employees were rude and unfriendly immediately.

Bad customer service , you can tell they don't like tourist , I left and went next door where they had much better customer service and a better selection.

There was a little boy working the counter when we visited the store. His feelings were strongly hurt  when the topic of cypress hill came up. He claimed he was a fan but his action demonstrated otherwise. We were aggressively asked to leave the store but I can't help but worry about the poor young boys tender feelings who works there. I do hope he is ok.God bless but I'd visit another dispensary

This place has some good stuff but they're over priced and complete jerks! I went in and there was no niceties and when we asked a question we were talked to like we were dumb and annoying. I will never go here again

I arrived at this store 20 minutes past their opening hours but they were closed and there didn't seem to be anyone around. So I walked steps away right next door and established a new business relationship with the very polite employee and won't be going back to the DISPENSARY WITH ALL THE BAD REVIEWS.

Several of their two star reviews from over the years explains what to expect in store. Visiting this dispensary was forgettable. No greetings, no pleasantness, unfriendly, no budtending of value, no, no, no. A good budtender that is even a skosh hospitable and engaging can excite a customer during a visit and increase the per customer spend. In other words, had one worker taken a chance and engaged us, we would have happily bought more. Being that this was a Colorado dispensary, I wanted to try something and therefore made a purchase. If I had had prior knowledge of other local dispensaries, I would have gone elsewhere. The store and its employees gives off the vibe of heavy stoners.  Unfriendly, heavy stoners. It was due to this experience I revisited Breckenridge Organic dispensary again and again.Since the pandemic is still raging, they distance customers from counters and displays. It's a process to get a budtender over to your area and then to see an item in a display. Despite it, if only they connected better, I may have purchased novelties or accessories.

Went to organix yesterday, we walked in and nobody was at the counter so we stuck around. After like a solid 5 minutes we said hello in there most kindest way possible . Some guy in the back just yells READ THE SIGN !!!We were looking for any signs and then found the smallest sign you can think of sitting on the side of the counter which says Will be right back.Ok cool whatever we saw the sign but it was next to like 4 other signs that said similar but other phrases. But ok we waited after 4-5 more minutes. This guy walks up pissed and says you don't see the sign ? I left it alone cause the neighboring store which we usually go to was already closed at those hours.We give our ID's and he's rushing us cause he closes in 25 minutes . I bought two joints which were absolute garbage !!! This dude is selling oregano . Fuck off !!!Never coming to your bum store again !Trash weed trash service trash people !!!

As the manager of a dispensary in Denver, I can say in full-knowing that Organix is doing things right. I spent a few hours bouncing between all of the dispensaries in Breckenridge (all located within a block of each other and just outside of the main town area due to a local ordinance) and Organix was the cream of the crop. The manager, Kate, was very helpful and kind. We talked for a while about the state of the cannabis industry and the kinds of cultures we want to cultivate in our respective shops. Needless to say after seeing it in action, her ideas include being extremely knowledgable about the products and their effects, having sober and friendly budtenders, and going above and beyond for patients and recreational consumers alike. I only bought a cartridge for my vaporizer here, but the price was reasonable--even compared to the city. I did look at and smell a lot of the flowers, and I can say without hesitation that Organix is growing primo medicine!I "highly" recommend to anyone traveling to Breckenridge that they make this their first stop!

Take cash or get it there, as that’s all they take. They have an ATM on site and the fee isn’t bad $3. Items like chocolates, taffies, gummies, juice & tinctures come in around $32 with tax which seemed fair.

My first experience! Great service; knowledgeable! It was FUN.

Awesome staff, great prices, and great deals on edibles. Was great to get a joint for free on my birthday, too!

Thank you Benjamin for guiding us to get what we wanted. Lots of choices in herb and edibles. Nice to have one on one attention to explain everything. 4 different taxes that adds up to an extra 20% and only need ID to enter. Time to enjoying this high altitude ?
