The products are not so much ever changing as ever OUT OF STOCK! The assortments are very limited (vape oils), and if you find something you like you'd best buy several as they rarely seem capable of staying in stock on oils like Bubble Gum, Sour Diesel, and I could go on and on.The wait time last time in on a mid week early afternoon was horrible. Over 45 minutes.On top of that, the parking lot (small) was full and there is nowhere to park.You have to call a central # to find out what's in stock & I'd strongly encourage you to do so if you know what you want as you can easily waste hours traveling there and waiting and then NOT GETTING ANYTHING!These guys have a long way to go & new competition (coming soon) will surely hurt them if they don't execute better.
Well, I tried this place out for the first time last week and I was pretty disappointed. They have a 10 person limit in the store, so I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes. Then once I made it into the store, I had to wait 30 more minutes to actually buy my product. When I finally made it back there after waiting for an hour, they only had 3.5 grams of flower left in the entire store. Like what? So I had to buy a bunch of pre rolls, not my preference but whatever. They had a good sale going on so I was happy about that and the actual product was good, but like I can't get over waiting an hour and then only being able to buy an eighth of product. Pretty poor if you ask me. And just now I was on hold to speak with someone to see if that had any more product in before I gave up after waiting for almost 20 minutes. No thank you. Muv may not have a great selection, but I was in and out in 15 minutes as a new patient there.
This place is garbage. I used to like this one because of the selection, but they are not worth the hassle. Unless you are prepared to walk in and wait awhile- donteven bother. I have been a regular and good customer, never so much as complained. That is until I tried to make an order online or over the phone to find out that you cannot even use their app to order (useless) the website is buddy as all get out and when you call- if you think you are gonna talk to a person- you're crazy. With the money this place must rake in, make it more user friendly. Have someone answer the phone? I mean gosh, I know they're busy but this isn't service at all. Definitely not easy to call them. I'll edit this review if something changes. I've left a call back number three times and even on the phone for a total of two hours. There's no way they haven't seen it. I assume ill miss the chance to use the discount today so we'll see if they even honor it the next day as I couldn't get ahold of them.Update: was finally able to order online, told may get here tomorrow, if not, Monday (was just trying to order from the store but already made online order. Then, wait it gets better, they call me back 2 hours later (now) and tell me they are too busy to answer and have patience. I've been wasting time on this all day, probably won't even get my discount or anything. Time to go to surterra and get some drama free Jimmy buffet stuff!
Awesome environment, staff and everything else. Straight A's all around.. ask questions if you have any, Daisy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to go back..am very satisfied.
First timer today and let me say, Bianca, was so super helpful! I've never been to an actual dispensary until today and it was an easy and informative visit. Bianca was able to answer any and all of my questions with ease and really all the staff from when you walk in the front door was extremely helpful and really nice. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Nice helpful staff but the product selection is not always what you see on the website. The products that are available seem to be high quality. The dispensary is client friendly and allows you to exchange products which do not meet your medical needs.The problems I have are with Trulieve itself. The company does not let you call the store directly to find out what is in stock. They never respond to online questions. No one in the dispensary or on their phone line knows what is in the pipeline, so if you are waiting for a certain strain you do not know when it will be available. They only offer two tinctures (compared to 4-6 in the other dispensaries) and there are no plans to offer more.
Purchsed vape pens,2, that both sucked as well as a tinctiure REM from Trulieve that did absolutely nothing.Don't WASTE any money on these losers
If you like waiting, you'll LOVE Truelieve in Bradenton!!! I have placed orders for pick-up on the following day, and every time, consistently, when I arrive (not early). I'm sat in a chair and taken in order with walk-in patients. Huh? Shouldn't I just get my stuff that's ready, pay, and go? I have always thought that was the point of placing orders ahead of time. I watch as walk-in people go in ahead of me, when I saw them come in a half hour after I got there. This is bad business. Central Florida has yet to open a dispensary that seems to be able to run without being infuriating. A Trulieve representative on the phone told me I could go to Curaleaf. They'll refer you to competitors! Whether you're stuck in a chair, or being told, "go over there"...you'll enjoy how Trulieve makes you feel like you are valued for your business. They do not have mine. Neither does Curaleaf.
Ordered online. 3 hours later a message the order is ready. Arrived for the front desk to tell me online orders and walk ins are both taking at least 45 minutes.
ive been coming here since they opened and i got my card...i like the staff..i like the manager i met there last year nice guy smart ...i just ordered some pre rolls today i showed my wife ...omg!...1 gram pre rolls for just 8 bucks.....right next to two different prerolls that were 1/2 gram..showed my wife the nurse she said good price....then ordered like 10.....get home fire one up they are 1/2 gram....still a fair deal i guess but not the price when i ordered!..went to chat a few minutes ago...was told they come in 1/2 gram prerolls can i help you with anything else!...i said no your worthless..so called a liar!..are you kidding me?...i didnt know what to do so i just left...shocked!....never had a trulieve person treat me like that ever!...i feel cheated when i checked back we were surprised someone had caught and changed it...i guess...me and the wife and she's on nothing!...i could be mistaken?..her not so much nurse!...,i tried to contact eric from trulieve he never contacted me so rating stands im disappointed....
My experience was great - short wait, polite and well informed staff, had everything I needed. I'd forgotten it was cash only so I had to make my order smaller. They were totally fine with that and really helpful. Seemed to be adequately stocked. I'll be back - or using their delivery service. All around, a good experience.
OK, I went once in 2017 and it was OK, but had a long wait. Tried to get vapes last month, O M G what a mess. After waiting for an hour at the dispensary and finally getting to the back they told me they were out of vapes. Really, what else do you sell?!?!? Tried their online ordering and they've given me every excuse short of a giant meteor. It's been over a month and still no product and none of the promised call backs ever occurred!!! IMHO I'd RUN AWAY from this place!!!
COLLIN K IS THE MAN! Collin made me feel welcomed and was super helpful! If I could give Colin 5 stars I would. Not only did he have a nice conversation with me but he was also very knowledgeable about the product. Collin you saved my visit because at first I was a little skeptical going to this dispensary just because of the size and location of it. There is a armed security guard which makes it a little better but it's still on 14th in Bradenton.
Horrible. Probably the most mismanaged business I've experienced in a long time. I ordered delivery 3 days ago and just received a callback. The person who called and left a message has a mailbox that hasn't been set up, so it was impossible to leave a message due to no answer. During an online chat, I was hung up on. Horrible at every point of contact.
Very professional staff and service! This place is a blessing the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and they take special care and time to see to it that EACH and every patient is comfortable and are awaare of how to use their products quick service they do their best to get their patients in and out within a reasonable time quick!
Only have 1 star because zero stars isn't an option. Place an online order, they send me a text saying I'm good to come in and pick my order up. So I drive 20 min to get stopped at the front door saying it's going to be a 45 min wait. What was the fucking point of telling me my order is ready if it's not. Don't waste your time. Surterra and Muv are way better with wait times and customer service.
I had text confirming delivery date and time and then no delivery. I waited two hours and called the call center. Call center rep was going to have someone call me. Rep said he didn't show an order number attached to my name. Good grief! I am on hold still
Employees admit to being high to your face, which is why they're too stupid to get people in and out of the dispensary. It's not a hard job. The actual employee doesn't have to do much at the dispensary. I don't pay 250 for my medical card to stand around a dispensary for 2 hours after my order was "ready" for pickup, or anything else ridiculous. Get the patient in, wrap them up, get them to go. Absolutely no reason why it should take any longer than that. It's not like patients DONT KNOW WHAT THEY WANT. I mean I for sure as shit know what I want everytime I go in. It's not a guessing game. Get people in, get them out. Wake tf trulieve.
I have been coming here since the beginning and the staff is great here! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly the friendly staff is what kept me coming back. Unfortunately, I have made the decision to no longer use this dispensary because the parking is a complete nightmare! This location is entirely too small for the amount of patients it sees on any given day. It might be that I just have incredibly bad luck and timing but I've tried changing the time I would pick up or visit this location and there is NEVER any available parking spots open. With very limited street parking I have given up multiple times due to the extreme anxiety I get just trying to park. I'm just over it!!! I might be back if trulieve opens a new location in Bradenton that has proper parking accommodations.
Been coming here for a couple years. I accepted the wait and product choice. After visiting other dispensaries, there was never a wait and superior product. The vapes at Trulieve are expensive and WEAK. You have to vape many times to get relief and before you reach your desired relief ,......the vape is empty. Sorry but your competitors have it all over this place. Try VIdacann or Liberty Health. Better service, product, and prices.
Ordered my tru Stick an hour and a half before going to pick it up, they never told me when it was ready so when I arrived one of the associates complained about me showing up too close to closing time which was lame. No cap. And they've got B grade herb and wax other than tru stick that shit fye.
Haven't been to trulieve in over a year because of their terrible customer service. Today I had a $75 off order of $150 or more, and decided to give them another shot as it would be worth it. Nope. Walked in, security guard: "what do you want?"Me: To place an order, here's my card"What's your phone number?"Me: How long is the wait?"30 minutes or more"Why is that EVERY SINGLE dispensary in the area has me in and out in under 10 minutes, but Trulieve takes 30min-60min every single time? Why does your business not treat patients' time with respect? My time is just as important as yours. And yes, this has been the same experience whether I order online for express pick up or order in store. Unbelievable. I can't even bring myself to shop here with a $75 off coupon. Hire more staff, you've been in business for years and still haven't seemed to figure out that patients time is important. I wait less time at my doctors office than I do trying to get my medicine. I have never had to wait an entire hour to pick up an order at any other business in any profession - wise up. Your patients are professionals with things to do, not people with all of the time in the world to sit around to pick up their medicine. Do not go to any trulieve unless it is your day off and you have no plans.$20 says I get the same boilerplate "Oh no! Please send us an email so we can throw it in the trash with the rest of them!"If you check out their 5 star reviews, you'll see that about 90% of them are account with only one review (employees).
Staff is good. But this store is insanely small and has a 10 person max. So patients have to wait outside, which sucks in the summer. The parking is atrocious. Wish they would move to a larger location. Sometimes it's worth driving to SRQ for more room to breath
They have a great selection but majority of the product mid grade at best. I’ve tried rosins, wax, distillates, and flower. All of them mediocre at best. All the concentrates smell and taste like it was all trim run and no fresh flower runs, sadly the same with the rosin. Rosin tastes like it was pressed with mid grade trim at high temps. Super clean store but waiting times can be Ridiculous even when you do a pre-check in.
Delivery service was great today, on time. Friendly driver. Their product is stellar! Great discounts available. Leak proof bag and containers. I will tell my friends.
W. Bradenton is always well stocked with medicine choices and you cannot beat the service. Caleb always takes excellent care of me, as do all others. Staff takes great care to ensure the waiting room is not overcrowded and is clean. Thank you
Great place to shop.... Matt D is great help and is very knowledgeable. ALWAYS Polite and courteous. I RECOMMEND IF ANY QUESTIONS ask him I'm sure he can help you find what medications might work for you.
I came In today for my first time ever and Melissa P. was my sales associate, she was amazing and very knowledgeable…being new i had lots of questions which she happily answered. She made my first time experience amazing and I will definitely request her every time I can. I highly recommend her!
