Delivery staff provided a convenient service and were very helpful by submitting a request for more information while they were here. They arrived in an unassuming delivery vehicle and were both professional and comfortable. The product is high quality but not up to the expectations of a modern connoisseur. You can find better and you can find worse medicine or service at FL dispensaries for around the same price. One of the containers was significantly less full that the other containers but I did not verify the weight of each of them. But, I will try 3Boys again.

First time visiting. I was impressed. Nicole provided excellent customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable. Whole operation is good . Will be back and will ask for Nicole.

I shop at One Plant- Boynton Beach at least once a week and always have a good experience. The workers are always friendly and informative. However when I shopped last week, I was helped by Nicole. She was very friendly and extremely informational, informing me of the point system they have in which I haven't known about for close to a year and answering some of the questions I had aswell as providing some recommendations for products. She was amazing and definitely improved my experience beyond the normal of visiting pleasure. She was the best bud tender I have had as a medical patient in Florida.

It was nice until it wasn't. My experience here was good until they decided to change their POS then told me they lost my order after 5 days of waiting for it. Then they tell me to reorder online and all inventory is out. On top of that, no one willing to match the specials or make it right. Thanks for letting me sit without medication one plant I can see how much value there is in the customer.

By far the worst customer service i have ever encountered. Takes 5 days for a delivery when the order was placed on a Wednesday…. Customer services agent stated we are processing orders swiftly but then states I will not get my order until Monday. YES SO SWIFTLY…

Sunny Side is where quality meets customer service. There products are one of the best so far in the state. From when you are greeted walking through the door, to having your order brought out at the end and reviewed. Eric is friendly, organized, and professional. He double checked that my products were correct and coincided with the receipt. Just what more could you ask for? Team Sunny Side.
