When I got home I tried and it never work. Not even once. I tried resetting the pen but still nothing...Today I went to the store with the intention of getting a refund and it was denied. They woudnt even offered me another product instead. The only option was to exchange for the same item.Stephanie refused to contact me to a manager. She was nice but didn't care about the fact that I had a bad experience with the product. My nextflix and chill got cancelled last night. They didn't care.Anyway. That what happens when you buy weed from big corporations: they never contact you to the owner, and you stay forever on that customer service battle.I also contacted the company Dosist. They can't offer customers products for free. It's against the law. In other words you get screwed either way.I hope the owner of this place fixes this issue so other customers like me don't feel harassed. Meanwhile, go to another dispensary with strong customer service policies.

The staff was super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! My friends and I rolled in right off the plane, and as people from out of state, we were a little overwhelmed by all of the options. The staff helped us sort through them all and make some very good decisions. Definitely recommend!

Sadly this place has gone down hill. Between waiting 2 hours for delivery and then it never arriving, to purchasing product that smells and tastes old, I think it's time to find a new shop.

Everyone here is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. There is usually not a long wait time, and their hours are good. Definitely recommend this place.

Since Halloween was dead in my hood I decided to take a drive and ended up on Sunset Boulevard and Santa Monica Blvd. I walked past what appeared to be a new to me art exhibit space. The front was all glass and I could see some really cool art. There was a security guard in front which I thought was odd. I walked in and the woman at the front entranceway was wearing a great Halloween costume and she greeted me. I asked her if I could take pictures of the art and she said yes, but I couldn't go past the front part of the entranceway unless I registered. I still had no idea why I would register to take photographs of the art but I figured if that's what I had to do, I did it. I then was escorted by a staff person also wearing a costume and he started walking towards the back whereupon I stopped to take pictures. It was only then that I was told and realized as he took me to look at the various cases of product that the Art gallery was in a medical dispensary. I had never been in one before so this one was amazing to me. I was shown the buds and edibles as I snapped away. Everyone was very friendly in this clean cool joint.

The Good: The staff all seem very nice.The Bad: They messed up my order, bringing the wrong amount and then overcharging me by quite a lot. They repeatedly tried to explain the discrepancy by saying it was just taxes that I couldn't understand. When I asked them to explain these taxes so that I could understand, they were not able to make it clear, and quoted me multiple different prices: first it was $189, then $212, then $207, then $400, then $440, then a "discounted" $340, which still turned out to be the wrong amount.When they realized their mistake, they refunded me and I was able to return the unopened product, but it took almost an hour on the phone and speaking with multiple people about this issue before it was resolved. I love the idea behind this place, and the staff seem very friendly, but I want to know what I am paying for, be charged an honest amount, and not be told that "I don't understand taxes" when I'm being price gauged. TL;DR: I was overcharged, wasted an hour of my life complaining about it for a refund, I still have no cannabis, and nothing was done to make up for the lost time and frustration except to return money which was mine to begin with.Give this one a miss.

Amanda helped me place and order for the PAX 3 . She was very helpful and went above and beyond to check with a manager and to take my phone number so when they do come in I would get a call .

Was excited when I first found out about this place and was even more impressed when I saw the space & art. My first experience there was a decent one. I was really appreciative of the 30% off ftp. During my first check-in the tall lengthy caucasian gentleman said I'll get 30% off and 20% off my second visit. I spent almost close to $300 (rounding up lol) on some 710 rosin because I'm about the culture and respect it. Following my second return, excited to come back and obviously was looking forward to that 20% off. I assumed the bud-tender helping me would have brought it up themselves, therefore I decided to say something and when she asked the caucasian manager (in passing by) he couldn't even look at me to say no. He simply told her that was an "April" thing and meant to say 'March' because we're in the first week of April. Even though I still dropped $300+ the second time. I wasn't too happy about that. Don't falsely advertise just to try n retain a customer base that's not cool either. Definitely wont return unless they have deals here. But obviously they're concerned about their overhead considering the West Hollywood area real estate. (I can recall clearly the gentleman in the front letting me know that I'd receive 20% off my second visit, he had short hair and a tattoo or two on his arm). Cheers.

These flakes wasted two hours of my time with promises they could deliver to locations out of their range and unreliable shopping cart on WeedMaps.

I'm surprised by lazy behavior of the sales reps but I guess they may be too high from their own supply. Yesterday I stopped by this store and wanted to connect my phone to their guest wifi as my connection was very slow for some reason. I asked the rep who was ringing up my purchase for the password. She said "oh I just started here and don't know it". How about asking someone who does? She went as far as saying that the wifi is for payment system and not for customers. I said that they're not going to get my business then. HEY. YOUR JOB IS TO SELL MORE MJ TO CUSTOMERS AND NOT TO REPELL THEM.

Love this place. The people are always sweet and accommodating. The tax they charge is the best in the area. They always have deals and discounts and even when they don't the prices are always great.

Awesome dispensary! Gorgeous shop, great selection of top quality flower, edibles and concentrates and informed staff! These guys set the bar for what a dispensary should be!!

This shop is so beautifully decorated and clean - the staff is so friendly and they give great discounts regularly. The customer service is awesome as well - I had a pen that stopped working a after it was about half used but it was a couple months after I bought it so honestly I wasn't sure if they would return it or give me a new one but they did! I'm a regular here for sure!

Only the best- this is an amazing business. They have the most awesome staff and knowledable about allllll of their products (not just what gets you high) . I buy topicals from them and they always direct me to the best product- broken bones, messed up spine, tmj, etc. if you need relief and a great store experience come here to support a local woman owned business.

They have awesome clones! They also have seeds, seedlings, and teens! Loved the genetics from PCG. Purple City Genetics are the best! They even have all the hydroponic and growing supplies there for you too!

The artist tree is a beautiful store with a great selection. I've been in quite a few times and sadly my most recent visit will be my last. In the age of covid-19, it should be ideal for businesses to want people in and out of the store quickly. I knew exactly which vape cartridge I wanted to purchase going in, and spent a total of 15 minutes waiting to be helped and then to be checked out, with just one other group of three in the store checking out together in front of me.When I was finally rung up, I made a quiet complaint to the employee that the overall wait to be helped and rung had been a quite a long experience. The employee immediately got defensive and spoke back to me with such anger and berated me loudly with excuses. The other employee behind the register joined in to argue back at me with him. It was appalling to hear this from customer service reps after making a polite complaint, not even in malice. Such a sad experience because I had liked this store otherwise, but I can no longer give them my business.

Best dispensary ever. You get the most for your money here. I'm never disappointed. Returning patients always get deals and gift bags. The best thing about it though is that the employees ACTUALLY know what they are talking about. So friendly, educated, and welcoming. Paige H helped me the last time I went and made the BEST recommendations for new products. I struggle with anxiety and she found the exact product I needed. The highest quality for the best price.

The art is dope asf! Friendly security and they have a great selection highly recommend this spot! They have a great process for purchases keeping everything clean and safe for both employees and patients. Also! They told me they now deliver!!! This is an A+++ now you don't have to go the psychical store and stay home if you'd prefer staying home and not putting you're self at risk to COVID-19.

Wow , let me start with walking in I was in awe, this is not some seedy looking spot - nope it's the total opposite! The feel upon entering is 1/2 art gallery & 1/2 high end (no pun intended) boutique.  Next the experience, as a first timer at this store I was checked in quickly and effortlessly, had I been a rear client I could have used a self checking tablet , either way I would have been assigned a staff member to guide me on my experience, I was assigned to Jose and literally had him guide me through the entire store, he took his time and was super informed with technical data on everything they had, want to try something to mellow out & be functional, sure - want to just get baked, sure - want to relieve some anxiety, or what ever else , sure - don't want to smoke but want to vape, gummy's, edibles, hot sauce, honey, olive oil - you name it they had it and check out my pics , the cannabis is displayed in these little cases with built in magnifying glass so you can see all the detail of the herb you are looking to buy plus all the THC, CBD etc data you need to make an informed decision. Simply put this place was awesome !  I have been to 5 other dispensaries in the LA area but none were like this, knowledgeable staff, amazing ambiance and by they way wow what a selection too - does t matter if it's your first time visiting or a local regular - this is the place ! There is a great atmosphere that's welcoming and artistic. It was a firsthand experience for my now legal daughter. Great picture opportunity for the gram and pricing is fair and reasonable with the first time buyer discount make sure you share with the pleasant security guard how you found them and save some money. And the product is superior. The team seemed knowledgeable if you have any questions.

Understand if you go here and want to purchase anything because of COVID-19 they have gone away from STATE AND FEDERAL COVID-19 exceptions as for expired IDs and the extension. Front desk was EXTREMELY rude, wouldnt look up the LAWS or help or manually enter my information. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Everyone one here is great with customer service. But Jose M. feels like he's able to get away with the worst customer service. Everyone I tell to come here is going to know about Jose. Artist Tree was way better before he started to work here.

Been coming here ever since they opened but learned when checking in this time they never gave me my first time discount. The lady at the desk said I could use it now. When I went to check out the manager lady Danni told me and my bud tender that I couldn't use it bc I had been there so many times. I said well you guys never honored my discount. She didn't care. She probably should know I've brought in SEVERAL friends and introduced them to the nice new dispensary on the block. Never again. I won't be going back here after what just happened. Truly disappointed. I hope that $18 discount is worth losing a lifetime customer, Danni.  Go to Zen up the street-- much better. :)

The person welcomed us wasn't welcoming at all. He was so rude. He looked like he was making fun  of us and telling us not to walk anywhere or look but stay on the line. I left the store because he was so rude. I would never go there again nor I would recommend to anyone!

Really beautiful dispensary with the finest product. High quality concentrate that you can't find elsewhere. The staff is extremely helpful and I felt very safe shopping there during Covid.

As I told our budtender, I've been smoking flower longer than she's been alive, but hacking too much lately so thought I'd explore vape pens.  Unlike my experience at other dispensaries, here I had someone who knew the available products, heard me and tailored recommendations to what I was looking for, and pointed me to something that experience has proven to be a good fit for me.  All in a space that's so much nicer than the local alternatives.  Well worth a visit.

Expired Products - Sold me $100 CBD oil that was over a year old and near the expiration, and though I immediately pointed this out (after the transaction and I was handed the product for the first time), they said, without an apologetic hint, "No Refunds, No Credits, Only exchanges."  Ok, give me one that's not almost expired.  I was told all the other ones have the same expiration date.  The reason CBD oil has a manufactured date on the box is that CBD oil is supposed to be consumed within ONE year.  The product that Artist Tree sold me was almost exactly one year old.I asked, "Why are you selling products that are almost expired?"  I was told by the manager that some people consume it fast and they could consume it before the expiration date.  Ok, I'm not one of those people, 30ml of CBD oil will take me a year to consume.  Shouldn't you have told me about the expiration date before the purchase?  No apology.  No empathy.Any business that knowingly and deliberately sells flawed products cannot and should not be trusted. I would not trust this company with anything, let alone something you will be ingesting.

I believe if a man doesn't care about himself in the mirror, then he can't really care about his business or its' customers.   To prove they don't care about their customers, whoever runs it makes sure that their selection of grams is limited so that their customers have to buy MORE.  I just don't believe they are running their business right.  You have to go through THREE computers just to place an order lol.  Take better care of yourselves.

From the moment you walk in, this dispensary does not feel like a well polished machine. Multiple people have no idea what's going on, The kiosks do not work, and there is an artificial line because someone must babysit you while you shop. They basically do this to try to evoke you to buy more expensive product. My person was just making things up.   This is sad because I was so hopeful for this place.

Check your bag carefully before you leave.  I was short a package of stuff.   They seem to double check but obviously it doesn't work.

Lovely clean space filled with art! Super sweet and knowledgeable budtenders. I love the selection of products they have and they really have gone above and beyond in making sure their employees and patients are safe during COVID-19. If you are more comfortable at home though, they do delivery!

Stumbled in here when I was queuing outside in the summer heat at the vet. Usually go to Med Men bc I'm a lazy consumer but found MUCH better deals here and much faster service, if only because it's not as busy. And they have pretty pot plants in the entryway. And you don't have to walk around with a conspicuous red bag after you go there.

This review is for one reason. Really most of these next Gen dispensaries are pretty cool.  Danni the manager here makes the difference.  Knowledgeable and enthusiastic.  She will tell you if she doesn't know exactly about a product and bring someone over who does.  Danni will also tell you why a product she likes is so good. Not just a " I like it".  Thanks for making our trip to the AT A learning experience not just a sales pitch.

My friend and I came in pretty last minute since we are visiting and everywhere else was already closed due to COVID, but this place was opened so we checked it out! It has such super cute décoré and friendly staff! We weren't rushed and they were super friendly and helpful! Can't wait to go back on Black Friday

Beautiful dispensary. The employees are all great so my bone to pick is not with them. I'm a grower and have frequented the location a few different times in search of good genetics. Every single time I come to check out clones, their mother/veg room is half full of plants infected with powdery mildew. Not cool. Healthy plants eventually will become infected as well if they are in the same vicinity. I hope they take the time to read this. Not trying to be rude just trying to provide constructive criticism that may help them fix the problem. The clones desperately need LOST COAST PLANT THERAPY. Organic/Natural ingredients. Look into it. Will solve powdery mildew problem as well prevent other diseases/pests from wreaking havoc. You're welcome. -Jordan

I've been to the Artist Tree about a total of three times now. I love the selection and all the art that they have displayed. All of the employees have been super helpful and great a providing recommendations for new items or when they're out of something.But sadly I do not feel safe returning there after my pick up yesterday. I was there on April 3rd- and we are right in the midst of Covid 19 in LA with West Hollywood being hotspot area for cases. NO ONE j that store was practicing or enforcing distancing and only a few employees were wearing protective gear. As someone who is high risk with Asthma I was shocked to see the lack of protective measures. Esp since some many people who use weed for pain management have underlying health issues.Until the store can show that they will do a better job at protecting their employees and customers- I will be getting my products elsewhere.

Tourist trap that hires mostly pushy women to sucker in newcomers. They advertise sales that are misleading, the prices and inventory on their site is inaccurate and out of the different brands/strains I have bought there, ALL were incredibly dry and way overpriced. Even bottom shelf from a dlivery service with no storefront was better than this. Whenever I mention their false advertising, the employees always refer to this "mysterious person who got fired recently for posting the wrong prices". That is after they deny that they false advertised anything at all and you pull up their site on your phone. No they wont honor it either.The best part is the mystery tax. I called ahead to confirm its 15% but in store expect to pay 20% in tax alone, plus 2 fees for using your card. The price at the end will always be way off what you expect it will be. A $50 already overpriced eighth will be $65 at the register after taxes/fees. I mean, you can find good quality ounces in Los Angeles delivered to you for less than $150. Dont pay the high premium here because the storefront looks snazzy or "artsy". Theres way better options out there.Dont call ahead either as their employees have no issue giving you wrong info over the phone and are def much nicer over the phone than in person. Definitely avoid this spot.

I'm always happy when I can update a previous negative review.  I've since been back and my experience and expectations were completely met. The weed selection is fantastic and I appreciate the wide price range.  I'm happy to have the Artist Tree in my neighborhood

The Artist Tree is hands down the go to place in West Hollywood.   Excellent pricing, very helpful staff, extensive product list.   Kenny is a great manager and is extremely knowledgeable.    Love the art, very contemporary.   Parking in back is very good, but lot is a bit small.   Pickup is a breeze.

YAY WEST HOLLYWEED. What a gorgeous store. Makes buying cannabis such an enjoyable interactive experience. Plenty of staff to help you and such a big space with a great selection. BUT even better there is some awesome art in there. Since I had eaten an edible prior to arriving at the store I was having a grand ol' giggly time. My personal favorite is the shlong art. But, I digress... I prefer edibles to flower so I inquired about some of the products I hadn't seen before.  Answered all my questions and loved everything I bought. Prices were surprisingly CHEAP for such a nice store.  Even their uniforms are adorable. Definitely check this place out. Let's get high, baby.

The Artist Tree is a one of a kind business. When you walk in the door, you're welcomed by a very kind and friendly receptionist. The store is so beautiful, you almost forget where you are. Artist displayed by some of the best local artists fills the place with color and spirit. There is a vast array of products to suit any consumers needs. Staff is kind, helpful and not in the least bit pushy. Security is present for obvious reasons, but does not make you feel uncomfortable. The bright and light colors, are inviting, and really take you to another place. The owners clearly had a vision and executed this vision. What a terrific place.

Clean store, cool setup, location and concept. It was a great experience. Definitely recommend checking it out!

First time at this store! Rebecca was so nice and knowledgeable. I wanted to get a gift for my boyfriend and she had a general idea of a price point I was interested in, having researched a little on the brand the Good Flower and she said she really liked it. She also helped me pick a strain (grateful,  because I don't know too much) :) thank you!!! I'll be backUpdate! Loved the Good Flower strain Rebecca suggested. Huf something?? I've probably been to most of the dispensaries in the West Hollywood area, and I can easily say that Artist Tree is by far superior. They have the widest variety of cannabis products and strands. Mitch was very helpful. He guided me through different products that would help me sleep better. He knew what he was talking about and you didn't feel that sense of overbearingness. The art was cool too.

Loved my experience here! The employees were so helpful and nice. Not to mention the product was well worth the trip. I am definitely going to be a return customer!

The hours posted indicate they close at 10:00pm.  Upon arrival, I was told they close the registers at 9:50pm and they were closed. That's a problem.  Poor customer service.  Getting home was more important than serving the customer base.

I was greated at door and then followed around.  I did not feel comfortable browsing.  I ordered a multiple of items snd then was led to the cashier line and waited and waited before walking out!

I was in the area from out of town and yelped a place close by - and this one did not disappoint! I was able to get things I needed quickly and at a good price. Also love the decor - seems very mainstream compared to other stores that don't really look good. Will definitely return whenever I'm in town.

So a female employee at the Artist Tree just got annoyed at my husband when he asked her to cover her face before taking his order. The guy before him was visibly uncomfortable while she was talking to him and stepped back several times. 10+ minutes talking to customers with her mask pulled all the way down. WTF?

I will never go to M*dm*n again after shopping at The Artist Tree. The staff is just so much more attentive, and it's fun to roam around the space and see the art. They are also more honest with their pricing and don't gouge you for more than what the product is worth. Do yourself a favor and shop here.

Fantastic in store experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff and an efficient process with the budtenders combined with at register fulfillment. The interior ascetic also makes for a very pleasant time in the shop. The top shelf product is high quality and also comprehensive. I needed a few types of product and was grateful they had it all. Would definitely go back

Absolutely done with this place. Not only did they refuse to let me in originally with my disability scooter and then Stephanie apologized and told me she wanted to make up for it I removed my bad review of how they were biased against people with disabilities even though they are because I thought she was taking care of it I just ordered delivery at to not have to deal with them in person and once again they tried to overcharge me and oddly enough the driver was able to fix it once I said I will not pay that and showed him the proper price without even calling once I told him he needed to call then my card wasn't working on the machine however my card is fine I even showed him my balance. I asked him to call you guys and he refused you guys were a good place at first however now you have an awful staff that is discriminatory towards people with disabilities and refuses to treat the customer with any type of care way to get way too big while still pretending to be of the people

UPDATE: earlier I wrote a review about having a terrible customer experience. Since then, the manager gave me a call and immediately rectified the issue at hand and was super helpful by the end. Thanks so much again! Ps they have some really dope art work and solid choices of products.

Actually I thought it was a gallery when I first walked by..... the selection of product is amazing and the best part is.....WAIT FOR IT....The owner is so hot. I'd smoke that for sure. This place is amazing. It's unlike any other dispensary I've ever been in. The walls are filled with art from local artists. The staff is very informative and helpful. There is an abundance of product. You are sure to find everything you want. I was very impressed with the variety of product. I highly recommend coming here and checking it out. I can't wait for my next visit!

Decided to check out this dispensary since I got an ad on my front door for 30% FTP first time patient. Went during my weekend and it wasn't busy at all. The art is very nice and they have different choices of flowers, concentrates, and edibles. Yet coming back and referring my friend I was told I would be receiving 25% off my next purchase. Remember since the new law went into effect they charge state and city tax on top of the expensive product itself. My first time I spent over $100 and the second time over $200. I then decided to call them and see if they had my referral discount which they never applied from that day when I spent over $200. That being said the bud tenders had no idea how to adjust this problem and gave me an excuse with we are new. Well it's your job to be trained and to know your daily/weekly specials. Now it's incompetence and very inconvenient since I don't have my credit that was promised. Money doesn't grow on trees and I don't make a pretty penny so that 25% off would have been a tremendous help on my next big purchase. The gentleman decided to honor me 15% off but I would have to notify him in advance to receive this offer. Honestly I know it's a new business but get it together. Have your employees advertise the correct prices and specials not lead me on and not come through with what you are stating towards your customers. I'm a bit upset at this issue and really don't want to bring another friend just to receive 30% off that I was supposed to receive in the first place. Maybe I'll give you another chance but get it together The Artist Tree. Still want my 25% off

This is one of the most unique weed shops I have ever seen. Not only are their prices affordable but they have an amazing build out and great art. I got a gram and took some pics for my gram all in one stop!!

Beautiful new store in a really great location! The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend checking it out. There is a bunch of metered parking which is also a plus for me.

A unique place. Worth your while. Will not be surprised if you leave with something for your mental and visual wellbeing and pleasure.

I have mixed opinions about The Artist Tree... I have yet to go to their storefront (we'll see if I even make it there) but I can tell you that their delivery service and product line is a little unpredictable.. based off of two experiences I've had and one experience from a friend I recommended The Artist Tree two, I've come to the conclusion that they are a 2.5-3/5 star establishment. If they could become more consistent with their delivery prediction times, delivered the CORRECT product each time (I've been give the wrong item twice now and "sucked it up"), and provided a referral system that benefited their customers, than I'd say that The Artist Tree is the best place in Town... however, I am currently only supporting this establishment because of their higher discount rates on Weedmaps as well as the convenience of including taxes in their menu.. otherwise the place is mediocre... I hope I have provided some positive input... also the banner that pops up on your website that offers *20off is really annoying and repetitive because it pops up on every landing page and new page selection.. I probably won't come back but I'd recommend cashing in on their 30% off code from Weedmaps and then finding a place that's more consistent.

First time at The Artist Tree this place is so beautiful got  the best customer service from Sam he was so helpful and recommended me and my friend so much products. I had so much questions about a specific edible I wanted and Sam was so patient and educated me on a lot. I recommend everyone to come to this dispensary 10/10 !!!!

Very nice place! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in LA since I am here visiting from New Orleans.

The Artist Tree is hands down the best dispensary in the area. Their selection is unparalleled and their prices are very competitive- most often lower than the competitors.They stock all the best pre-rolls which is what I usually go for- Space Coyote, Jeeter, Fuzzies and Islands never disappoint and for loose flower the selection is endless and always updating and changing so you don't burn out on the choices.Most importantly, the customer service is great. The people usually know the product and when they aren't they aren't ashamed to hand off a question to an employee. I highly recommend this spot to locals and tourists who want a guaranteed good dispensary experience.

Michael was a gem of a Bud tender. He gave me a lot of great recommendations, and I left quite happy. Store is gorgeous, like a gallery, and all the staff is super friendly and engaging. I spend too much on herb but I'm kinda glad I'm not close to this store or I'd probably come too often. Definitely returning when in the area.

So I often come to the artistry and the employees there are all so helpful nice very polite and very helpful especially Rebecca who I believe deserves a raise because she's the one who usually helps me when I come to the store and she's always sufficient and adequate and finding my product and taking care of me in a timely fashion and she always has a smile on her face I love the artistry

There was a little issue with my rewards and Megan and Kristine were amazing! I'm so grateful that I was treated with respect and not like a Karen! I'll be back!

I went in as a first time customer. Got greeted upon and waited for my turn to be served. This guy, in a beanie - mid length curly hair - was helping me out. By describing the word "helping" was a way generous trust me. I knew what gummies i wanted, and then I asked for some recommendations on what's good since I am pretty mild in taking them. He could have asked and prompted more questions but he just said try this and that, and ended the conversation. It felt like he needed to rush me off, while the rest of the assistant in the store were taking their time ENGAGING with the customers. I also then asked what was the type of gummies on the display beside the brand that I got, he said oh it's too far he can't tell since he's standing at the cashier. He could have used his legs to walk me over to the display and explain. I could have purchased more with my 30% off as a first time customer. I will not revisit this store that is 3mins away from me anymore. I'd rather put my money where the people deserved it. Thanks but no thanks.

The most bipolar customer service place I've been to. Sometimes they greet you like wtf are you here for gtfoh energy and other times they are more than happy to see you. My friend tried to order pickup and it wouldn't let him order online so he called and got the best service from Matt who took the order over the phone and it was a breeze. A week later, we tried again and not only got attitude but got hung up on after a dispute about it's not a thing they do take orders over the phone. Ok fine, then make your website work? We didn't argue but tried to ask for a solution but got hung up on. Between the two of us we drop $200 a piece weekly, that's not going to make a dent for y'all but it's pretty steady for weekly buys in a saturated market where there's a dispensary literally every other store front. Have a staff meeting or put some of your people on lithium or let them use while working or something bc Jesus, mood swing much? Y'all work at a WEED PLACE.

Great store, But I couldn't find my favorite beverage Pabst Seltzer. Big fan of PBR. Hope to find them anytime soon at the store. Thanks

Cashier staff horrible attitude very rude and abrasive! Bamboozled me out of a extra $5 and I couldn’t even get a bag!!!! Handed my pre rolls to me on counter and gave me change even though I paid with card! I saw another review saying the same thing. I will not return horrible experience. So many places are better. Just because your in a particular city does not give you the right to be stuck up and pricey. My total was $29 on my card view my receipt and see the problem my total was $21.08

One of the best assortment of cannabis at this marijuana dispensary in Beverly Hills. They also offer delivery. This has been my top choice past month.
