LivWell is definitely not Mindful! They are a "wanna be" dispensary. They don't have the stock and what they do have - maybe TWO whole strains of Indica and/or Sativa, No hybrids.  It's crappy trimmed bud because it's machine trimmed in a factory (straight from the mouth of a bud tender in Fort Collins, Co) I think their testing percentages are wishful because they do NOT anywhere near give you the results of product anywhere else. All they have for shatter is CBD. They've been dragging the story out that "we will get it in next week". For FOUR weeks now that's been said, just so they can lead you on and make you want to come back and shop. Then they say we've got specials on gummy's by two get one for a dollar - but we don't have any of those either. Jokes on us! I'm done and everyone that I know that goes to LivWell is pretty much done as well. Berthoud and Fort Collins are the same story! I don't know about you but I'm going to Denver it's worth the drive to get ANYTHING better than what they have for the money!! LIVWELL-WHAT A JOKE!!! be well and beware, go elsewhere! Don't waste your time, gas or money on their crap! And don't bother writing to corporate because they don't even acknowledge your emails. So the customer service is crap as well! Oh and BTW, how about shorting me almost 4.5 G of an ounce container...NICE!!

Apparently any deals they list online aren't present in store for member or non member.  Will not be shopping here again this is the second time I've had to pay almost 1.5x the listed amount online for a so called "deal" go to green tree on the same street they treat you right!

Nice dispo! I found all I needed with a good selection of flower and  wax. They also take COVID seriously with huge sneeze guards, budtenders wear masks & gloves and good social distancing.

The last three times I've gone in, I've had issues. The first is in mid November, their debit card machines went haywire and ended up charging me, despite not printing out my stickers. As a result, they couldn't give me my product unless I got cash out to get the stickers for the product, which I did. After this, I've tried talking with them on three separate occasions to get my $55 back since it was taken out of my debit account still, but they have been unresponsive. Some of the employees also don't seem to know much about their product. For my most recent visit, the employee told me I was purchasing two 500mg products to equal 1g in place of the product I typically get, but when I got home I noticed they were 300mg, so 400mg less than I usually get at the same price... will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

I love the laidback atmosphere and friendly service. They are knowledgeable and let you know the deals they have going on even if what you originally wanted was full price. I've always had a great experience!!!

The best dispensary I've been to (speaking for the check in area and medical side). The employees are wonderful, product quality is great, and the prices are very fair. I had a fantastic customer experience with Sean today!

What a great experience! I'm a medical patient and Kate the budtender went beyond what I expected for customer service. INCREDIBLE prices for medical patients and Rec users, I will be sure to return when I'm in the area! Thanks again

The best dispensary in the area, by far. All of the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. Each budtender and employee has great knowledge of their products, usually at a great deal or a great general price. This is my go-to dispensary and I could not recommend them enough.
