Took my senior mom to her first dispensary visit.  Only ended up at Liberty because we arrived at our local shop without a required appointment.   Took a chance and called Liberty; no appointment necessary.  Every person I encountered was warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely patient.  Very positive experience!

Great communication with staff, starting there was new, but they made it feel comfortable. You build a relationship if your consistent going here. I enjoy going because it makes me feel good that they remember me and what our last conversation was. So they listen! A++++ thank you

Reward system is incredibly unclear, causing me to go here twice unnecessarily during a pandemic. For anyone who doesn't know since they don't state it anywhere until you go to redeem, on the 4th visit you must make a full price purchase to redeem your reward points. Rude staff as well, trite/glib attitudes all around.

Fuck this place I drove 30 to come try it out and they wouldn't take me as a new patient bc I got stuck in traffic and it was after 5:30. New ever giving them my business. Fucking bullshit. They should be shut down. Fucking assholes. I'm keeping my business with beyond hello in Bristol they aren't rude and inconsiderate pieces of shit like liberty

Quality products at a fair price. Staff is caring and knowledgeable. They know how to treat a client. Definitely the best in the area

So I placed an order at 10:40. Went to wait in line cause it takes forever anyway. Waited in line out side for half hour. Order not ready. Guy walks up. Says he'll pick something out and goes in. If online order isn't ready wait in car. Now there's another long line outside I'll have to stand in when it is ready.  How does that system make sense? Why not just have in store if I'm gonna have to wait extra?!

Never has product. Never has knowledgeable staff.0/2 with Disposables as in they just dont work.Did I say, lame? Go to Beyond/Hello and save yourself the headache

I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for my on line order to be filled. The orders were placed within 5 minutes of opening (10am) it's now 12:31pm still waiting!! Was told by security that there were 5 people ahead of me as I watched 10 people arrive and collect there orders, I'm STILL WAITING FOR THE READY TO BE PICKED UP MESSAGE!! Since they're not taking walk in customers this wait is ridiculous . Makes me wonder if they have a special listing of priority customers that they "bump up to the front of the line " .  At this rate I could have gone to Elkins park (Restore ) and been home for breakfast/now lunch!9 days ago l posted the earlier negative rating after spending 3 hours waiting for my order to be done. After cooling down I wondered if my bad experience was an anomaly so today I placed another internet order at 10:39 AM. The reason I know the time is it was displayed on the CONFIRMATION I received!! Rather than go to the parking lot and waiting for the follow up text indicating that my order was ready for pick up, I waited at home, as of 5:19 PM NO TEXT OF ANY TYPE!!  Not even a Cancelation text.  For the record I'm still waiting for the text from 9 days ago as well. While I understand that due to the extreme health issues could cause delays and problems ,the way this clinic is being mismanaged is truly a disgrace and embarrassment for the entire Liberty organization. Last week the front desk staff claimed there was an issue with my server that prevented the pick up text from reaching me. If that was true then how did the confirmation reach me? Being condescending to the customers to cover shortcomings in service is not professional , just pitiful

The guy didn't even know which products to recommend for pain. He offered me the tinctures that was for balance & clarity! Total waste of my money! You are not able to see the products so u better know what u want before you get there. On the other hand, the people at the front desks, and check out were nice, helpful, and professional, but I won't be back

Can not say enough good things about Liberty. As a first time patient I was so nervous but the pharmacist was available right away and answered any questions and concerns. I've been a repeat customer and have had a great and pleasant experience each time.

The front person and the people that checks you in and out are great. However, it stops there! I asked the guy that was helping me with the orders about the tinctures and which ones were best for pain. He pointed out the ILERA ease tincture which is a 10:1 CBD/ THC would help with my pain and would help me sleep. This tincture does NEITHER! When I looked up what this specific tincture was used for, it said for balance and clarity totally not what I wanted! I think they need people who has knowledge of ALL the products because we are paying our CASH money for something that doesn't even help with my pain! Will not be back and don't recommend this place!

Very discreetly and conveniently located. Good selection. Pharmacist was very helpful although I have bought most products based on my own research. Not crowded, no appointment required, nice staff. The sales staff could be a little bit more informed about the products, but that is my only negative about the place. Overall a good experience.

Liberty dispensary resides in a discreet and concealed location adjacent to the Neshaminy Mall. Their staff is very well informed and up to date with the latest standards in medicinal marijuana products and technologies. Their menu is relatively selective yet still provides a wide variety of brands and products. Security is tight and the cannabis industry is an all cash business so come prepared and make sure you are a medical card holder !!

Liberty was awesome.  I have a pharmacist at  my disposal as well as helpful staff. It's very professional in its set up.  I'm  quite relaxed here.

#PATIENTSAGAINSTLIBERTY  Seriously you need to stay away from this place, they don't believe in the HIPAA law, help me and others report this crooked dispensary to DOH. They smoke weed on the job and try to help you, all fuckin stupid. Check safety seals on all products  !!! They also do alot of other shifty shit too.Keep up  the great work Liberty,. Just looking out for the normal people, that would be anyone who is a MMJ patient. They don't keep your private INFORMATION private. The Bensalem Police should be driving by there more often and see these professionals step out back smoking weed on the job, and they should stop in and say HIGH once or twice a week, I'm sure if they do that they'll catch them involved in something shady..    to all.

This dispensary has a lot of catching up to do with its customer service and fulfillment process. I've visited four times and every time my order is incomplete, rude customer service, or takes forever to fill online order!! Tell me how it takes you 3 hrs to fill an order, when at every other dispensary I've been to it's instant?! Then on top of it, I made it known I was unhappy and I got nothing but and oh well this is a new business?!?!?! Get the heck out of here!!!

BEWARE!!!!! 2ND TIME THIS HAPPEN IN 2 MONTHS.  I would give NO Star, I bought 8 XL cartridges and 4 quarters, the sad thing is 2 of the cartridges of boxes the seal was ripped off and seems used there was a lot of head space, more then usual. Beware everyone check before you leave, either they are returns which would be nasty in the first place, but due to the covid virus unacceptable!!!!! They lost my business and I will now go somewhere else.

the staff here are as nice as they come! seriously the nicest people you'll meet. The service and quality of the products are amazing. the only negatives are the long lines and the new reward system SUCKS. it used to be cumulative and now you only get rewards by month. so don't expect rewards unless you're spending HELLA money each individual month. please switch it back!!!! i feel like it shouldn't be legal to have a system at a MEDICAL dispensary that encourages you to purchase more marijuana than you medically need

Liberty is one of the best well-known dispensaries around and everybody in there knows what they're talking about when I'm only not talkin about the one in Norristown or the one in Northeast Philly or the one in Liberty they all know what they're talkin about and there were very respectful

Friendly from the time you enter. Good and well versed budtenders make it a highly nice spot to purchase da goods. Thank you for being there.

Not the best rewards, but opposed to beyond hello.  This place is excellent, never an issues with online orders, wait times, staff of very friendly

Just be careful on what they charge,the computer doesn't automatically give you the sale price .Unreal but TRUE Makes me wonder how many times in the past this happened.

Liberty Dispensaries stands out as the most consistent chain of dispensaries in the Northeast Philly/Bucks county area. Old rewards program was great but the new one seems to still pay out better than the rest.

First time visitor here. What a great experience start to finish. Hurley, the security guard, was professional and friendly. Diane, at the front desk, was pleasant, professional and welcoming. Judy for my consult was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All in all, very pleased. Minimal waiting, spotless in side.
