LIKE WOW 100 outta 10 INSTANTLY FOR VALERIE!!! THIS YOUNG WOMAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TOTALLY PUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE A BROTHER HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE  THANK YOU VALERIE. YOU SET THE BAR FOR THEE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVERRRR. VALERIE U DA  GOAT. Lemme tell yall... I was having an ASS day, I knew I wanted to pick up today the question was where so I just wondered into Catalysts Bellflower location and to my surprise the front desk staff were very chill both ladies were gettin people checked in that sh** was smooooth. But the best best best part was when I had walked into the back room and I was immediately met with a positive blast of warm energy from VALERIE. After identifying what I had came to look for she took THEE biggest initiative of any bud-tender ive met in my life and gave me a small but in depth very engaging tour of of their products..each item from top shelf to bottom and walked to where everything was it was totally amazing take my word you want to feel better than when you came in go to VALERIE or just come here period sorry Belmont and Cherry but Bellflower got yall beat!!!!

Came here yesterday and bought a cartridge from Kurvana online, open it up and it's relabeled on the date, manufactured 7/19 and they are selling it in September 20? The manager there a skinny white guy is a prick, took it right back from my car and this ignorant prick gave  me attitude. Cartridge is two tone in color and he says it's perfect. Then tells me he has to go to back to see what he can do, 10 mins later he comes out. As he said he's going to change I question him on why he's selling old products that last week there Belmont shore location was selling the old outdated Kurvana for 1.00 with purchase of a full gram. I explained this to him and he then told me to fuck off , didn't give me anything but the old crap I bought and told his security to escort me out as he ran to the back. I asked to speak to someone else then all if a sudden he was the big boss. I was robbed at catalyst, not even given my money back. I reported this to Elliot Lewis the owner and let him know I will be calling the sheriff in bellflower to file a robbery complaint against catalyst and the white prick .

The budtender who I got stuck with looked like something out of night of the living dead. Eyes bloodshot red, could barely crack a smile, moving in slow motion. I ask her for hash recommendations and she gives me a menu. I ask her for indicas after explaining how I only use indica/ indica hybrids - she brings pure Sativa. I ask her I don't want certain strains and she responds ok; then she puts in it the little purchase cart anyways. And the worst, she gave me the wrong strain which I didn't realize till after I got in my car and was on my way home. I go back... get a refund and the dude who refunded me couldn't even muster a "hey sorry for the inconvenience". Yea, this place gives zero f*** about your customer satisfaction.

Needed some edibles that had both thc and cbd, heavier on the thc, and their menu in searching weedmaps showed they had the biggest selection within 10 miles and had a sick 25% in store discount due to thr pandemic scenario and 420 month. I was nervous about going in store though but the security guard opened the door for us, they has markers on the ground every 6ft and we didnt have to touch a thing. The budtender Dylan was awesome! Got us right what we wanted and helped make sure we got all the deals/discounts available. We ended up getting a heap of edibles for half the price compared to any visit ive had at any other store experience ive had. Not sure it was just my lucky day but just wanted to show some love for such a great experience! My favorite so far are the Smokiez 10mg edibles 10 mg thc 2mg cbdI was hoping they would have some Wcc Curepods so a little bummed i couldnt find them here along with my edible search, so just my little nudge to suggest those because i definitely will be coming back for your array of edibles but i go through pods much more quickly so...  wink wink)

Dave my bud tender knew about the products he was talking about, he recommended multiple and even gave me order ideas for future visits. He also sold me on some gummy edible he said I should give a try. This combined with the great first time, second, and third time visits discounts makes the shop great. Dndj

Dopest shop in the area. Always fire deals, best prices even with tax included. Cookies sells the same rosin $20 more BEFORE TAX!! If you want to shop smart with really knowledgeable budtenders and staff, you gotta come to Catalyst!

I've been coming here very regularly because it is so close to where I live. They always have good weed for great prices and the staff is very friendly, ESPECIALLY Joe! Joe is very sweet and helpful :) I'd give him a 6/5 if I could!!! Will definitely continue coming here :)

Just bought 140 dollars of counterfeit bunk ass bullshit Rove cartridges. They wouldn't even honor the deal they had on the website that they used to draw you in to buy their bunkass bullshit. Furious.Rove qr code doesn't work. Cant get a head change. I have to throw this shit in the trash. Who knows wtf is in it.

I want to give a huge shout out to Vincent! He's an amazing budtender. His vibe and personality was super chill and peaceful. If anyone ever comes here make sure you see Vincent and I promise you won't regret it. P.s. manager...he needs a raise and whatever you think it is, double it. Lol

the buds are fire. the service is great. the people who work here are amazing, shout out to yovann but who tf closes a medi at 8 on a weekend thats dumb af! also i understand its a security guards job to provide security but who tf hired that seal team six zero dark thirty headass go eat a burger or something bro fr fr takes his job way too serious. other than that its a cool place. 6/10please change the time scheduling small businesses are doing better than you guys !!! friday-sunday 8pm closing time!! its a dispensary a place where pot heads go to get their smoke! the dmv is opened later than you guys wtf man

Found out about connected through a friend and was happy it was so close to home, down side is it's over priced compared to MedMen and other dispensaries. I would come here when I couldn't make the drive out to MedMen.I was here on a Wednesday night and security said my license was expired, which it was but I had my DMV temporary and security guard yeah this cool, it's valid and gave it to the lady behind the desk. She ran my license and said "the system" shows expired, and I can't let you in. All I could think was why, she had my DMV temp in her hand, it's legit and MEdMen let me in with my DMV temporary. So I drove down to LB collective and went through security and they didn't have a problem with my DMV temporary license, I was let right in and made my purchase.This place is very clean and very good quality product and very close to my home, I'm bummed out that i had this experience here because it was going to be my go to.Moral of the story, if you have a Temporary License or ID because you lost it or it expired whatever the case may be, don't come here because they won't let you purchase product.

Best prices anywhere! Can't beat them! Very friendly staff, layout is a bit confusing when you first visit but you'll get the hang of it. Be prepared to spend at least maybe 30 min total (check in, waiting and browsing). Budtenders do not rush you like other places, they legit listen and recommend new products as well. Highly recommend!

Only shop you need to go to. Clean, convenient, friendly, and most important GOOD SHIT!

In bellflower, expensive for 3.5, can be up to 70.00. So not worth it. Crumble was good 35.00. 10% discount for seniors.

Went in. got my product. Nice clean store. Friendly helpful staff. I'll def be back when Im in the area. My only issue: The CBD Vet product I bought ($80) is $60 at a shop just a couple of miles away. I got a first time buyer discount so i just purchased it there instead of driving elsewhere. You may want to look into the pricing of that product. Other than that, thanks for your help.

they are using a third party  for delivery's and you have no idea who your dealing with. When I ask what was the hold up I was told you needed to send a picture and then I request to cancel my order because they told me it wont be done until tomorrow. I requested to cancel my order and then I was hung up. Is the is the new way to do business? I wasnt even charged and had no clue what was going on.

I guess I have to travel..all the way to Inglewood and Los Angeles for quality and service...I will not be a Customer...

We have tried everything to calm my dogs... all of the fireworks are making them nervous and scared! The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and gave me a few options. Started them on the tincture tonight and they are much calmer. Thank you for the help

Staff wear masks. They follow COVId guidelines, offer prices online for pickup for a speedy checkout, and stuff is already taxed so you don't have to worry about any additions, and plus the reward program is off the hook Yo.

As of 4/27/2020 Connected SoCal has changed their pricing and gotten rid of the Military and Disabled Discount which used to be 15%. Currently the prices have dropped 8% off regular price which means people who have been using their Senior Disabled or Military discount will see at least a 2%-7% price increase but according to the woman who answered the phone in her exact words "it's okay for Disabled and Military to pay 4 dollars more right now." This is not fair or right to those individuals especially right now. The reason I started coming to connected was because it was in my city and offered military discount. This new pricing is unfair to the disabled and military vets that have been frequent customers. If this doesn't change I will be using the rest of my rewards and find a new shop... Disabled and Military shouldn't be have to pay more than they would previously hopefully you guys change this. Do what is right and do something for the Disabled and the Military veterans like you guys used to do. That extra 4 dollars matters.

Beautiful space. Real clean. But way overpriced. Same flowers/products/brands at other locations are literally half the price. The tender couldn't answer our simple questions about cbd tinctures. What I appreciate most is when the tenders know what they have and show genuine interest in knowing what their customer is looking for/needs. This place is NOT it.

Both Les and the woman at the front desk (sorry I can't remember her name) were super helpful and getting me everything I needed. I will definitely be returning to Connected in the future. It's closer and has lower prices than my old place in LB. Thanks again!

Their newest shop in Bellflower is no exception.As a vendor for RAD vapes, I come in every couple weeks to run special deals for customers, and the wonderful staff here does a great job hyping us up every time we're in. A huge shout out to the team: Hazel, Chance, Leslie, Tyler, Andy, and Domenique for being amazing budtenders and always going above and beyond to ensure all who come in are provided with the best experience possible.The RAD team loves this dispensary and is looking forward to coming through more.

Came here yesterday with a friend. Really nice inside, clean and great customer service. I'm not really into smoking but more so into edibles. I suffer with insomnia and edibles usually help put me to sleep. They didn't have any specials here especially for it being your first time. I'm use to getting some type of specials. The line was really song so I suggest coming before 1pm. We stood in a line for almost 40 mins. And they're pretty overpriced in comparison to the spots I usually frequent. This spot was nice and customer service was great but I think I'll continue to frequent my less expensive spots in the hood,lol. But, I can see myself coming here every now and then. They had some interesting flavors of edibles that I haven't seen at other dispensaries. I will say I had an edible from here last night and it put me to sleep within 20 minutes, lol. So yeah, regardless of price I'll still visit every blue moon. They have some good stuff,lol

I do not review many dispensaries because I am very critical and not nice due to how much I know about the industry lol. But here we go, I love this place. Catalyst is one of the only places I go. Bellflower in particular. Big shout out to my girl Justice, and my new homie Jennifer that I met the other night getting my online order. Speaking of online orders, this place has it dialed in. I'm in and out in 5 min unless I stay and chat. Real talk, don't sleep on Catalyst. Insider info, if you plan to go to the Belmont Shore store you can get 15 min free parking on the meters because parkingis tough, Bellflower has a huge parking never much of a wait, and Santa Ana tends to have more of a wait to shop inside so I reccomend online order for them

Honestly they were good up until now so there weed is taxed for some trash there concentrate deal are good but they need to update there weed maps menu and when some one calls to confirm a product don't lie cause some people drive far to go check u guys out and u end up wasting my gas and time like y'all not funna pay for tht so I say fuck catalyst my boii and I use to waste racks there now fuck them go to Greenwolf they don't waste ur time

Go-to shop.Plenty of parking.I like that their list prices are the final prices you pay and aren't surprised by all the taxes.Clean. Safe. Great staff.Online ordering makes pickup a breeze and they fulfill their orders right away so you don't have to wait.I wish their 30 & under concentrates were better stocked at times but there's always alternatives available.

Website is a complete joke won't  honor price on the website in-store. Ordered a product online received confirmation when it was ready when I arrived to pick it up they informed me that they no longer have the product. If they had ran out why didn't they just call me to see if I would like to replace it with something else. But that option was not afforded to me I was just shot out of luck. So a waste of time and gas

Honestly the 5 starts go to my man David B. He's very helpful funny and friendly. My girlfriend and I go to visit her grandparents down the road from catalyst, And last night we stopped in to reup' and David gave us our best experience.

Absolutely outstanding service in a pristine space. The neighborhood is sketchy. So, it's a relief that the place is as clean and well-run as it is. They make you sign up for a "membership" (at no cost) to register you. There are all kinds of discounts for various reasons. 20% off your first purchase. 30% off your 2nd, 50% off your 3rd. As someone who knows next to nothing about cannabis, it was incredibly helpful to have a salesman (Bryan) who could answer any question I asked, and wasn't interested in upselling me.

We LOVE this place! We only shop here now because of the service and the bud. Also, they have a rewards system that always comes in clutch. Specifically, Jesse, Elvis, and Zack are always so nice and helpful. We constantly recommend this shop to all our friends and family. You have lifelong customers here!

Very good first experience, Steven was awesome as well as the lovely lady up front. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. My only complaint is there were no bike locks but that's not mandatory so absolutely no worries !! Steven was a good help with picking out some good edibles and making sure I would be comfortable. Will be coming in again soon !!

Derrian was awesome, I was short about 2 dollars (which I was easily gonna go down the street), this dude takes 2 bucks out of his own tip jar and covers the rest. I go to this dispensary all time and this quite possibly is the best service I have ever received. I promised him that I got him next time! Please commend him, he did not have to give money from his tip jar but he did anyways! Also a shout out to Jesse M! Very quick and polite! A+ service!

My bud tender, Valerie, was extremely knowledgeable about the different products available and was a huge asset in getting me the therapies I needed. The location is gorgeous, clean, and the entire staff is all around pleasant. Prices are quite fair and their specials are ongoing. Definitely recommend. See Valerie!
